This is by far the WORST company in regards to billing I've ever experienced. Mind you, I was a…read moremedical biller for close to 40 years. They couldn't get a statement correct if they tried. I've sent back bills showing payments & they STILL don't correct it. They posted incorrect payments from the insurance company on a routine basis. They sent us a bill that we know our secondary payor will pay automatically & when I called them they stated "how can that be when we haven't billed them" - they didn't believe me when I tried to explain Medicare sends the secondary payor the claim automatically. He responded as if I was talking black magic. Having to had to deal with this horrid company for 2 years I'm SHOCKED they are still in business. Customer service personnel are the rudest & most condescending people I've ever dealt with. They truly don't know what the frickity frack their doing!!

My wife needed a new pharmacy after changing doctors for convenience. She made certain to have all…read morethe information readily available prior to having the prescription electronically sent, as the medication is quite a delicate one. From the beginning, she felt they were very prejudicial about it, even saying "the insurance needed preauthorization" for a medication she had been taking for over a dozen years. When she called to ask what the issue was, they ran it again and it was just fine. Today, they called to say they couldn't fill the medication because the prescriber wasn't in the immediate area and they could only fill those from the immediate area. Mind you, they've filled it several times but they just "couldn't believe it hadn't been flagged before". It's from less than 3 hours away and insurance is perfectly fine-filled perfectly on time. Then it was a "Good luck finding another pharmacy!" This has been a terrible experience for my wife, who had been so happy to have the ease of a hometown pharmacy. I would suggest you avoid this pharmacy if you aren't a local or have a medication they may not agree with (Even if they don't know why you take it or your health history). It often concerns me that pharmacists have the power to make medical decisions that should be between a patient and their physician. I understand abuse of medications happens, but utilizing common sense happens, as well.
