Because I'm so livid at this point it's taking a lot for me to remain positive and concise . Initially I requested to exchange my phone number for a new number. Not a new phone , not an additional line . A NEW PHONE NUMBER!!! I have received two additional phones on my account without my knowledge, but the phones do not physically exist which brings me to 4 phones on my account . I have been on the chat line 4 times , I have spoken directly to customer NO SERVICE by phone about 6 times !! Explaining it was only supposed to be a new phone number swap which is free. Wait for it ! Then the rep disconnected my phone and I couldn't make any calls . Ha !! This all happened in a span of two days . Ok , since the reps do not speak or understand clear English, not even by chat . I went to the nearest AT&T store. This location . The rep. restored the phone service and swapped out the old PHONE NUMBER for a NEW PHONE NUMBER . The old number was to be removed . Supposedly . Wait for it ! I get a text message 1 week later with a bill extremely high and congratulating me on the new phone . What phone ? The old number was never removed . This is how I ended up with 4 phone lines and two physical phones. What sense does this make? I was standing in front of the rep and he was an American. Which spoke clear English and he still didn't satisfy my concerns. Yesterday , July 8, 2026 a rep by the name of Peter called me apologizing for the confusion. He said , he didn't understand the notes on my account and wanted to know which phone number is to be deleted ? I hate to use the word pissed , but I have reached to the extent of being pissed off . What ? Once again for the millionth time I explained the situation. He repeated my request back to me more than 5 times to make sure I felt he understood. Later that day . I received a text that the 90.00 charge was removed and the old phone number will be removed on the next billing cycle . The bill still looks relatively high for 2 phones . How do I know that I'm not being charged a hidden fee for something I didn't request? I've been with AT&T as a customer when it was doing business as Bell South Mobility. Decades ago ! Probably 30 years or more . Is it time for me to leave ? Cell service shouldn't be this expensive anyway , but at least provide the customers care I deserve ! I will be writing a complaint to corporate . How is it that a communications company lack communication and comprehension?

After calling the store about the situation they're only reasoning was that it my have been some sort of "glitch" on the stores end....doubt that. I guess it is more of a way for them to get their commission check. Basically just do all your business with getting a phone online.

I cannot install my OS because the HDD controller is probably set to RAID mode. Looking back later I noticed that this listing did not have any bios pictures like their other listings...so incriminating. It was also packed very poorly with no packaging on two sides of the laptop. There was an imprint of the laptop in the cardboard box. no padding between laptop and charger. They ignored my messages for 2.5 business days until I mentioned contacting ebay. It is still unresolved over a week after arrival. The listing was as follows: "Laptop tested to be in excellent working condition. Has scruffs and scratches see photos for details. Does not include charger, battery, ssd/storage, or os. Sold as-is [...specs...] With no operating system and SSD included, users can customize the system to their preferences."

We signed up gave him the old phone and got the Verizon phone and thought everything was set. We get our first bill and his phone is not six dollars and that is not including the service fee and startup charges. And we never received our $600 gift card like promised. When we called to ask about it, they said they still had our phone and it was never turned in. They were going to fix the situation now and we got a ticket number to reference it from the "manager" Sophia. I Was also told they would follow up in 24 hours to make sure we received our gift card. no one followed up. We never got a gift card. We went back to the store to find out what was going on. They looked up the reference number and nothing was linked to it. Everything everyone said was a lie. They basically just stole our money to gain our business and lie to us. Do not go there do not trust them. It's all a scam. I am still to this day trying to get in touch with a true manager to speak too but no luck.

I used this company back in 2020 and he was vert quick came out and fixed my iPhone SX front…read morescreen. So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were, gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! Your response to my post about your company shows right there that you truly are a piece of shit I mean most businesses ask the person how they could've made their experience better bot not you. You already know you are a piece of work and you'll just about do whatever you have to do to get a sale and if someone has an issue with your work you are 'too busy' to come back and look at the work you did but if they have something else their wanting to pay for you'll be right there. It's all good I have seen your type before you wont make it long in life. You;ll end up dying early of something like a heart attack or something bless your heart.

I walked in and stood unacknowledged for 5-7 minutes, despite two associates being present, one of whom wasn't engaged with any customer. I had to approach the available associate myself. She put down her phone and asked, "What do you need," with visible reluctance. I was there to discuss an upgrade after cracking my phone. When I asked the price of each model, she repeatedly quoted the monthly payment instead of the total cost. It took five direct requests to get a straight answer. The visit went downhill from there. She made an error exchanging my SIM card and couldn't fix it. She called another associate who wasn't in-store, then her own store manager, before finally reaching regional manager (RM) as a last resort to cover for her mistake. When I spoke with the RM myself, he was dismissive, condescending, and rude, offering no real accountability for the store's failures or my time. Between the wait, the runaround on pricing, the hours I can't get back, and a regional manager who couldn't be bothered to treat a customer with basic respect, this was the worst service experience I've had. I won't be returning to this location, and I'd think twice before trusting this team with anything.
