Update on response to business owners comment: You had a…read morechance to make it right. It has no cracks. Even before the screen randomly stopped working the one you replaced it with was absolute trash. No cutout for the proximity/light sensor. Also I received no options. Just a lie that it was near oem. I brought my phone in to get the screen replaced. They didn't give me any options for OLED or LCD. When I picked up the phone the screen they replaced it with with LCD and absolutely huge and drained the battery extremely fast. I had asked if this was OEM replacement and they said it was practically OEM which it was not. I ended up buying my OLED screen replacing it to make the phone work. When I opened up the phone they did for repair. They did not place a new gasket around the screen. One of the screws was loose and half off. They broke another screw out and the screen brightness sensor did not have an opening on the screen meaning the proximity sensor did not work, and the auto brightness did not work because a cheap screen was used. I called them about the issue and they told me I just needed to bring it in and they would not answer any questions about getting a refund. I was just gonna bring the screen back, but it sounded like they were just gonna continue to waste my time. Picture is the replacement screen they used. It stopped working on the sides a week after I got it. Good thing I had already purchased a new screen. Sad you only pretend to try and make things right in your comments but in person your staff is very scammy. Also one worker was promising a person in the phone they would be there to help the person. When they hung up they laughed and said "I'm not even working tomorrow". What a POS. I believe you were there to witness.

Last Sunday, my wife lost her phone. We received the replacement device yesterday, and I immediately contacted AT&T customer service at 800-331-0500 to transfer her phone number (ending in 6262) to the new device. Unfortunately, the representative mistakenly transferred my number (ending in 9805) instead. This error occurred while I was en route to a colleague's 30-year retirement celebration, leaving me without service. After returning home to connect to Wi-Fi and speaking with customer service a second time, the representative confirmed the mistake and recommended that I visit a local AT&T store for assistance. I called the San Leandro store around 7:00 PM to inquire about wait times and was advised that no appointment was necessary. Upon arrival, Ms. Christina Weng assisted me immediately. She demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency, resolving the issue and restoring service to both phones in less than 20 minutes. Her outstanding support completely turned around a very frustrating experience. Ms. Weng truly deserves high recognition--potentially a raise--for her excellent performance. I would give her the highest possible rating. For other customers, I recommend calling the store ahead of time or scheduling an appointment before visiting.

The guy that was helping me was Ramon, he told me that he would be able to help, then asked for my phone number however, the account on my cell phone is not under my name. He said that he would not be able to help me. I told him the internet is under my name that it has nothing to do with the cellular account and he said he can't help me because my cellular is not the same name as my internet. I told him many times that has nothing to do with the internet which he replied, "Do you know how many years I've been working here". I left before he could say anything else. Now you are telling me that he was going to be able to give my personal PIN number to someone else whose name is NOT in the account, but he can't give the number to me? That is really a BIG CONCERN for the security of my account! Also I want to add that the security guy there was really nice and polite.
