Great customer service, all of my questions were answers and i was helped in a timely fashion

We were originally Sprint customers and had to deal with T-Mobile once they bought them out. After a year we finally decided to switch over officially and upgrade our phones. Jana M. was the associate that helped us and made the whole experience fun. She was really knowledgeable, helpful, fun and took great pride in what she was doing. read more

I came in yesterday because I was having difficulty filing a claim for a damaged phone. I dont know what I was doing wrong, its supposed to be easy. I arrived near closing time and felt a little embarrassed needing help with something simple. The employee Adrian was helpful, polite and professional. He patiently helped me gather the information needed and completed the process for me. I hope he receives recognition from his boss for his outstanding customer service. Although I wasn't an actual customer this time, ill be back because of this experience. Thanks Adian! read more

I needed to have my phones transferred from Sprint to T-Mobile. The individuals helped in switching/installing new sim cards and activating my phones as well. The entire process only took about 20 minutes. read more

Decided to finally switch from AT&T to T-Mobile to cut my bill in half (or more) for the same service. Went to the Lone Tree store, Elian helped me. He was fantastic. He walked me through everything so clearly, wrote everything down for me, took me through each step. It was so easy to follow. I haven't had that great of service in a long (long) time. Very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. So happy I switched to T-Mobile. If you need anything, ask for Elian. I promise you will be happy. Also, the other gentlemen in there seemed friendly and helpful but I didn't work with them! Great service! read more

Came in a few weeks ago with my family because we needed to create a new family plan. James Y helped us with our plans and helped us get a good deal! Super nice and answered all of our questions! :) read more

Look for Sean, Hector or Alex if you stop by this store. Hector Regalado was doing great service while training Alexander Interiano, I personally got their names to commend them and spread the word that this is the 1st tmobile store I've been to, where all the staff are awesome in what they do and makes you feel like you wanna come back and buy some more or get more lines even if you don't need them Sean also helped me like a month ago when I upgraded to the new iPhone SE because my old phone died it was an awesome experience every time I'm in the store and even brought in a friend/new customer yesterday! read more

Every time I go into this store I am acknowledged right away and greeted with a smile. Karina is AMAZING. She's the manager there and she really has trained her employees well. Love this location and their workers read more

My sister and I visited today to add me to her plan and ask about internet for our home. Not only was the experience seamless, the salesman was so kind. Shout out to Sheek (spelling?) who took care of everything and made sure we got the best deal. We want to give extra kudos to him because we are both spending less per month than we were before for two lines and high speed internet. read more

We met with Veronica to switch our carrier from Verizon. She was amazing. She took care of it all. She was able to use our current Verizon phones and switch them over with a Sim card, and keep our current numbers and get us service right away. All it cost was $25 for the sim cards. The phones weren't locked even though they say Verizon on them. Only my phone was still under contract, and when the Verizon bill come we just take it in and Tmobile will pay it off. We now have unlimited everything service for a total of $60 a month since we are over 55. We no longer have to use wifi to keep from racking up Data dollars. We didn't use our phones to get on the internet when we were out of the house. Now we can use them anywhere . Go see Veronica and she will go out of her way to help get you what you want! read more

Gabriela Garzon did her job and beyond!!! She was helpful and efficient at it! T-mobile is lucky!!! Go to her when your there if you can!!!All I needed was a 5G sim card and screen protector put on My Unlocked ROG lll 16GB RAM this was a few weeks ago around Late November to Early Dec 2020!!! The problem that I had was diligently fixed by Bruce! A sales associate added several lines to my account, when all I needed is one! This caused my bill to more than double in less than a month's time. So it was Bruce who spent over an hour with Customer Service fixing the problem. He was also able to handle other customers with their problems and or concerns; multitasking so well that he should teach a class on it! Anyway with his exquisite customer service; he not only got the lines removed I also received a credit toward my current bill! So thank you Bruce of T-mobile for restoring my faith in the service provided by this company! read more

I had an amazing experience. Courteous customer service and quick overall turnaround! My questions were answered and I was given clear instructions on how to add an authorized account holder. And I received my hotspot same day. I was able to go in and out within 10 minutes. read more

The five stars are for Stephanie - the darling rep that works there, NOT so much for T Mobile. I've been with T Mobile for years and have always loved them - but recently, I had realized I was not getting as much bang for my buck as I should be. I was on the verge of paying the early term fee on two of the four lines that are still on contract just to be done with them. Glad I took the time to go into the store to have someone, luck was on my side and I got Stephanie, go over my bill. She went over my bill and made some suggestions and then we made some changes. She even told me to come back again, if I was not happy later and she'd get a manager to meet wtih me to see what else, if anything, could be done to lower my bill. I hate calling customer service because you can speak with three different reps about the same exact thing, and get three different answers. Whatever happened to "this call may be recorded for training purposes"? doesnt that mean the replies should all be pretty much similar? So far, so good. But if Stephanie ever leaves T Mobile I assure you, so will I. Can you hear me, NOW? read more

Super helpful staff assisted with number changeovers from prior provider and setting up home internet.

Came to this store looking to switch carriers. Arrived here at 10:15am and the store is due to open at 10:30. Around 10:25 I seen some employees meet in front of the door, they then left to go to Starbucks. They returned around 10:36am and during this time several customers came to the door in the pouring rain wondering why the store was not open. It is now 10:52 and I have been sitting here waiting for the store to actually open. No sign of employees since they returned to Starbucks. Not a very good first impression on the behalf of TMobile.. I guess I have to rethink this switch! read more

We went in because my husbands Sprint phone quit. He was leaving on a trip out of town tomorrow so we had to make some quick decisions about new phones etc Ross was very helpful and informative. He was attentive but not condescending and an hour later we were out of there and my husband had his pics transfered to the new phone so we were happy. If t-mobile is as a good a network as they are at training their sales help we'll be glad to stay with them as customers. read more

Excellent experience all the way around. Staff was terrific and I've dealt with Jacob during both of my visits; he's low-keyed and a consummate professional, not to mention being extremely knowledgeable. He takes customer service to a new height! Their Customer Support via phone is remarkable as well, which is almost unheard of these days. Also bought a new T-Mobile phone while I was there, which was not a part of my original game plan. Got an LG K7 for $140.00 (Actually $139.99 for you anal folks) and I'm beyond pleased with it, and it's probably one of THE BEST phones I've ever owned. I would highly recommend T-Mobile to anyone, and especially this store in particular. If Jacob is available, ask to see him, but the other staff members are great as well. read more

Nancy was super helpful! My daughter's phone (her lifeline) had been acting up. Needless to say, it was also time for a "jump." Nancy, our rep, made us forget about the wait. Hey, it's T-Mobile (very popular), so it can be very busy at times. At any rate, Nancy took such great care of my daughter. Nancy was kind, sweet and very energetic; offering many options for phones, cases etc. (very knowledge about T-Mobile products). We even chatted, briefly, about her journey towards higher learning. Nancy is simply the best! There was also another lady (I did not get her name), decked out in T-Mobile gear, with pink shoes who was so nice. Both she and Nancy greeted every patron when they walked in the door with a "Welcome to T-Mobile." Talk about customer service. We felt like we were truly taken care of; one on one service uninterrupted. Thank you T-Mobile for taking care of my daughter! We're so grateful..can't be without your phone in college. :) read more

Excellent service. I was there Sunday and don't remember the gentlemen's name that helped. Excellent knowledge, took his time to explain my options and spent a good couple hours to get all my new devices set up. I was a 20 year customer of at and t, and decided to stop at this store after the terrible service at the at and t store just a couple blocks away. Didn't think I would ever switch to a new carrier, but the service I received, I couldn't help but make the change. I don't normally do these types of reviews but this customer service at this store was outstanding. Thank you! read more

Came in to upgrade a phone. Herb Gough was the manager on duty and told us we couldn't use the promotion because it was expired even though customer service told us we can still use the promotion. He refused to call customer service to confirm this information. He was very rude and started pounding on the counter and raising his voice saying he's not going to call customer service because he knows the promotion won't go through. He than started yelling at my wife and myself to leave his store. He was very unprofessional and very lazy. read more

Had the privilege to be assisted by Josh yesterday. My mom had a flip phone, in which we upgraded to a android touch screen. Did I mention my mother is 75! Josh was incredibly patient, put phone on easy mode. Encouraged her and the purchase was affordable and pleasant. Josh you make customer service look effortless! And you made my best~friend & mother satisfied like a little girl. We appreciate you Josh! You truly have a compassionate gift & know how to value people. We are grateful! read more

I have had Tmobile service for years, loyal customer. I have had good and bad experiences with staff there. One staff helped me get a free SIM card when I changed my plan to pre-paid (got a phone on ebay). Recently when I switched plans, the t-mobile website allows someone to get a free micro-SIM card. But, I got another phone on ebay and needed a new micro-SIM card. I asked the representative, but was informed that i had to pay $20 for the micro-SIM card. Wow. I guess they use that to get customers. I went to another tmobile store in stockton that allegedly isn't "cooperate owned" and was offered a free micro-SIM card with no problems. read more

I gotta say this was my best experience with any mobile phone company ever! I was greeted by all employees as soon as I walked through the door and helped right away. The sales associate that helped me was James. Hands down, best customer service. Explained everything in detail, gave me the best recommendations as far as best phones for the best prices. More importantly, he explained the updates and changes to my plan in so much detail to where I was one hundred percent aware of all charges on my bill. That is something that a lot of reps kinda rush through or even skip sometimes. If you need a phone for yourself or any member of the family, I highly recommend you ask for James Y. I'm more than confident that you'll receive the same service I did. Thanks again James! I'll be back to add lines for my other kids soon. read more

I waited about 4 months before doing this review and must say T-Mobile at off of Lone Tree at Slatten Ranch was a great experience for my wife and I in sales people explaining things to us that we could understand and showed us various phones depending on our use. We had questions later that were all answered over the phone by our salesperson. We are enjoying our new phones and the service/reception at a very reasonable price. Before we went there, we tried to see what Consumer Cellular had at the Target store across the way and waited 45 minutes to get some service from the one person there. so we left. Thank you T-Mobile. read more

I have many Tmobile stores in my area but the Tmobile store on Lone Tree is the best! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They ripped me off $2,000! Switched from Verizon after 14 years after sons begged me to try T-Mobile....WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! Dropped and missed calls cost me terribly. After 1 week, I went back to Verizon. T-Mobile cost me money. Then, when I got the bill for 2K, I was ticked! Called customer care (don't care) department. Now paying them $5 p/month; but they're destroying my credit....wouldn't work with me. I shouldn't have let my sons talk me into leaving Verizon....I can't believe how mean spirited T-Mobile is. No compassion talking to the supervisors and customer service department. All the more reason I'm glad to be back with Verizon! read more
