2/21/21 A simple hello is always nice to hear when entering a store. This T-Mobile Store has done just that. Tommy greeted us and was prepared to sign us in because it was busy. We declined because we were just browsing at the different phones. While looking around, we saw the Samsung Galaxy 21 and decided that this is the phone we are likely to buy in a month or two. This store gave off a good vibe that the other T-Mobile stores I have been to didn't. T-Mobile is now the number one 5G's in the United States, but if their heads get to big like Verizon did, the will find themselves in The Can. I see more T-Mobile stores now adays with less Verizon Stores. More stores is not always better, but the store we went to today, makes all the difference in the world. We shall return. read more

Horrible Customer Skill. The entire store crew speaks Spanish all the time. I was not comfortable in the atmosphere. One guy I was dealing with was rude and even recommended the wrong products for my needs, so I had to return the merchandise I bought. I will never return to this store, and I am determined to boycott this store and T-Mobile products. They suck! read more

Horrible customer service. Personnel will see you walk in, stand there for 5 minutes and still not be greeted. I just switched my line to T-Mobile 2 weeks ago and paid for the 360 protection for a Zagg protector and no one is willing to help. The worst T-Mobile store I been to. read more

I was extremely skeptical about switching over to T-mobile from AT&T. But Max (the store manager) made it so easy and was so reassuring. Him and his team are so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had many questions throughout the switch and they treated me so kindly and answered all of my questions. The reps went above and beyond for their customers from what I have witnessed. Max made this switch a breeze for me and my family. I need to upgrade my sprint service after having them for 20 years to T-Mobile since I'm being informed That my phone's will no longer be supported by the new T-Mobile network so I go in with an iPhone 11 hoping to get the iPhone free replacement up no just to be told that it's gonna cost me $1000 per phone I have two numbers on my account so it looks like I'm gonna have to drop sprint after 20 years and I guess go with consumer cellular because T-Mobile is no help. Karen made this entire experience the best it could've been. She was genuinely friendly, and excited about the products. Not only that she really helped sort out a lot of things with our bill and upgrades and she really went the extra mile when She didn't have to. A friend and I signed up together for T-Mobile two years ago. They offered me a free tablet which would cost $20 a month for data. I balked at the $20 and the manager through employee Karen, (Karen is a liar) gave me four months free. I never got the four free months despite going into the store on Columbia Pike in Annandale at least three times. My friend needed a new phone and wanted to be on her own. We took her off my account. My bill was then $75 which seemed high. I just got an email with my February bill which is now $90. I called customer service. I was told that my discounts expired and that was the correct bill. I told them that I was leaving T-Mobile. I was told that was the best plan. How is that possible? I am switching to Consumer Cellular. My problem with them is that they are sending me a new phone. It is being sent with the USPS. It was supposed to arrive last Friday. They have been holding me hostage ever since and I have to sign for the package. Now it is supposed to arrive today by 2 pm. At least I won't be paying $90. read more

Very unpleasant experience. Staff is rude and spend the majority of the time speaking to each other than helping customers. We came to the store to fix a mistake that was made by a member of this store's staff, to only be met with more mistakes and added frustration. Advice to T-Mobile: don't hire random people off the street. Screen your employees and get a sense of their work ethic first. read more

THIS IS THE WORST TMOBILE STORE EVER. If i could give negative zero i would. This all started in November when tmobile was offering a buy one get one free iPhone 8 plus. We went in got the phones and were asked if we wanted to get some life-proof cases (which are literally the WORST cases ever absolutely no one can hear you regardless of how close you are to the phone) anyway we didn't want to get the cases because they were 90$ each and the lady was like "my manager said he will give you both for 90" so we are like ok cool. We get the cases and paid the 90$ in cash in the store. Later we get a tmobile bill and its extremely high so we called and asked why and they're saying there is a case for 90$ on our account that were paying for and we are like???? What??? No way we paid for them in cash in the store. So not only do i go in the store to talk to the women who sold us the phone and cases (she said she would fix it but never did) i called MULTIPLE times to speak to her or a manager or someone, ANYONE who could help me but each day it was "the manager is on vacation" or "the manager comes in at four" id call at four and its "the manager is in a meeting" or "ill have him call you back" they did not resolve a single thing and i fully regret ever going there because how dare you claim youre giving someone a deal but its actually just a scam. Not to mention the fact that no one even explained to us that it wasnt actually buy one gwt one free it was actually buy one get one 700!you would get a gift card in the mail of 700$ and have to pay the rest of the phone off! DONT GO HERE! Find a more respectable and useful tmobile that has employees that value their customers and actually care that people have bills to pay and are already struggling as is. Best business move would be to fire EVERYONE working here and hire new people because the way these imbeciles are conducting business in this foolish establishment is an embarrassment to tmobiles brand. read more
