My laptop has had issues over the past few years, and I tried to have these folks see if they could recover some lost data. Maybe if I knew about this place sooner and gone there right away, they might have been able to recover what I needed. But Camilla, the tech, was very friendly and helpful and she didn't even charge me for the effort. It's nice to have tech support like this so close to home. read more

Hey you still have my phone but it says the business is permanently closed and the windows are covered when can I get it back it's been 3 weeks y'all have had it read more

Beware of scam!! First red flag is a waver if they damage your screen, YOU have to pay for it. Guess what, they damaged my screen on the iPad and it cost $550 just for the screen. I also got my IPad back in worse condition than I dropped it off with glue everywhere on the device and the screen not even put back in to the iPad. (I dropped this off because it was not charging. Now I'm dealing with a screen problem. They also said the screen glitches now in the corner. THANKS! This is not a professional place. The excuse was that iPads cannot open from the back because it's an enclosed case... (what device is these days!!) They do not have the skills or the right tools or the professionalism, I don't know how they have more than 2 stars. You've been warned. Pictures with the glue and screen open after I picked it up is with this review. read more

TERRIBLE. BEWARE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPAD HERE. I can't believe how terrible my experience was at iTouch Repair. Where to start. My ipad had a cracked screen. When I dropped the device off, I was told it would take a couple of days. It took a couple of weeks. Okay, things happen - right? They needed a new top/part. Once the part was on, I had to take it back because the home key didn't work. Okay, things happen right? During this time, the man behind the counter would yell and argue with me if I had a concern as a customer. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and honestly a lack of kindness and humanity that we should have for fellow human beings. Guess what, the touch screen does not work properly. I called to talk with them about my experience, and they kindly offered a reimbursement as I am not local to the area. However, weeks and months went by with no repayment, blowing off follow-up calls and yelling at me. Absolutely terrible. I was simply following up with what they promised as a business. They offered it. Why offer to reimburse someone if you don't plan to follow up? What a mess. If I had known this was situation, I would have lived with the crack. I wish I could have foreseen my choices here. I would have appreciated kindness and honesty in this situation. I am all supportive of a small business but not one that is corrupt and dishonest. I would NOT recommend this place. read more

I couldn't say enough good things about the shop. Came in yesterday after busting up my iPhone. The team here was incredibly courteous, helpful, and communicative. I was really grateful for them clearly explaining a few different options and solutions that would help me fix or transfer data off my phone, and the relative price points of each. I feel like clear communication for this type of service is essential, and the shop really shined at it. Prices were fair and service was quick. They were able to replace my screen while I waited, allowing me to transfer data to my new phone and keep my old phone around as a spare device. While I was there, I saw the team very gracefully handle, a variety of customers, patiently and graceful, even when they were being difficult. 6 stars for this shop and team. read more

These folks are highly trustworthy and professional. My iPad screen needed to be replaced. i needed to keep the cost down, and agreed to a replacement purchased on the after market. Unfortunately the second screen was flawed. But iTouch kept their commitment to deliver a functioning iPad without extra cost. I'm now very happy with the device, and appreciate their repair and the level of service I received from them to "make it right". read more

Daughter's iPhone 5s was dropped, and of course she was upset and "Dad" had to get it fixed asap. Thankfully they offered Sunday hours. Daughter paid for repair, but Dad arranged and made sure it was repaired correctly. Took it in, they performed a screen replacement, but it wasn't working quite right. They immediately took it back and corrected the repair, making sure it worked perfectly. It has. Returned to daughter, who barely said thanks- and then immediately went off texting friends about minecraft. You're welcome. $60. Overall, good quality repair and a clear bright screen. read more

I have seen them several times for repairs. They do satisfactory work but be prepared to wait. Have had one computer in their shop since the end of May 2025, that is 6 weeks and it is not done. They have had another for 3 weeks. Again, they do ok work but be prepared to wait. The shop has one technician in the front who processes orders and another part time guy who comes in 2 days a week. My suspicion is they take on more work than they can handle. read more

It's a nasty business to work with. Rafael D. Cabrera doesn't pay what he agreed for his employees, not to mention skipping weeks before the first paycheck. Employees don't usually last here. I brought in an iPhone 12 with a broken screen, and I had a great experience. Temka provided excellent service at the counter, and Nacho, the tech, was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what the problem was with my phone. Fast and friendly service, and they are pros who know all about phone repairs. The screen of my phone had a crack. I called ahead to make sure they have the parts, and agreed to have them order the parts. They worked miracle. The parts arrived in a matter of minutes from next door they said. I came in the same day. 4 pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday. They promptly diagnosed the problem (luckily it's just the screen and no other costly components). It was $180. They replaced it within 45 minutes while I sat there and waited. Since I didn't have the phone I couldn't take photos. There were comfy white sofas, and the shop was huge. Not a "hole in the wall" kind of place. I also ended up paying $25 for a rigid screen protector which they also installed. I appreciate same day service. Horrible After replacing screen on my device, my iPhone speaker and battery became defective During the repair (in Walmart) on a stock shelf, I asked her "how do you manage not to lose those tiny screws" Her reply was " this board has 4 if I lost one it would still have 3 " Charged me 175 to ruin my phone (iPhone 12) wouldn't refund my money Never take a device here had to replace it through cell carrier They keep blocking my review on google read more

Needed a quick fix for my broken screen. Went in on the same day and got it fixed. Quick and easy. Great service and would go again.

I went to the Apple Store about a problem that they claimed wasn't fixable & I should just get a new phone. Came here for a second opinion and they immediately said "This is what's wrong, here's the cost, come back in 4 hours," easy. I practically had a new phone when I came back without dropping $800. Thanks so much - y'all made my week! read more

Unfortunately cracked my screen really bad and I google these guys. When I called they said I can come by and place the order. When I showed up they said they had a screen in stock. I left the phone and when I came back later they said it wasn't the right screen. I still placed the order to which they told me it would be there in a few days. Once I got home they called and said that a delivery driver dropped off a screen because they saw my ticket in the system. I went back and they immediately fixed my screen in about 20 minutes I mostly dealt with Keith but Fernando and Nelson were all great. I got a phone charger for free as well! It was a great quick experience. I highly recommend if you need your screen repaired! read more

Updating my previous review from 2 stars to 1. Everything I previously said still applies, but the owner (Roy, who I mentioned in my previous post and still consider the only positive of this business) reached out to me immediately after I posted my initial review, wanting to make it right. He offered to fix their mistake and add a free tempered glass screen protector. I called and made an appointment, but when I showed up for my appointment, the woman at the counter said, "No, sorry, I called you and told you the technician wouldn't be here today." This never happened. I asked when she called me (as I never spoke to anyone or even received a voicemail or missed call from them), and she said it had been that day and I agreed to come in the next day. I couldn't believe she was lying straight to my face - about speaking to me! What?? (Also, I never would have agreed to the next day because I was going to be out of town and it would have been impossible.) At this point, I was annoyed and left. I had taken off of work early specifically to get there before they closed and so my phone would be fixed for a trip I was taking the next day. I left and the owner contacted me soon after, asking what happened. He then offered to give me a lens glass to take to another technician, but I told him at that point I just wanted my money back. (After quite a few days, my return has finally been processed.) All in all, this was a complete waste of time. My camera lens glass is completely shattered now (after nothing happening to it!) and in worse condition than when I brought it in for the original repair. The shards of glass started chipping away so I had to pull them all out because I was afraid they would fall inward and scratch the actual camera lens. My original break was a scratch and small chip. This is unsalvageable. I would not trust any of their parts - I believe they are using subpar qualities and I doubt their technician's abilities. Stay away from this place and save yourself time as well as a massive headache. read more

Cracked the screen of my iPad Pro severely, and went here as they had previously fixed a phone screen for me. Specifically asked if they could handle an iPad and was assured that they could. Paid them $300 to fix it. They fried the motherboard. I had to call them after two weeks to find out- clearly they were avoiding telling me. They were "kind" enough to offer a refund on the repair fee, but this is an $1800 machine so that doesn't help much. They have no way of fixing the motherboard and other repair shops I have taken it to since have told me that this was assuredly the result of incompetence. Was put on hold several times, and it became evident that they knew my number and avoided answering when I called. I'm not sure what's worse- the lack of skill in one's chosen industry or the lack of professionalism in rectifying a wrong. I now have to buy a new iPad, which is incredibly frustrating considering that mine was working fine aside from a cracked screen. I will be actively discouraging friends from going here. read more

I have had my cracked iphone screen fixed with them 2 times. The first time was good and I hand no issues. So about 2 years later, with a different iphone (8s), I went back to them for the same issue. Only to have them RUIN MY PHONE. I can hardly use the screen it freaks out constantly, not letting me use buttons, performing random commands, takes 15 minutes to send one text, completely glitchy. It only works normally for about 20 minutes at the beginning of the day after a full charge, if I am lucky. I finally decided to write this review because currently I have been trying to type a text to send for the past hour and still cant use the keyboard. I try to touch anything on my phone and its completely unresponsive. And this happens ALL DAY LONG!!! I cant explain to you how frustrating this is to just be in the middle of sending a message or doing something on my phone and then it just freaks out again and I cant do anything on the screen. Not sure what is the next step to even take. Don't necessarily trust them to fix it but also want a refund. Not to mention the workers left selfies they took on my phone. Should have just lived with my cracked screen or took it to Apple. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

So, I'm giving itouch repair two stars for a few reasons: I first came here because my phone was completely shattered. The repair took 50 minutes (way over the initial estimate) and I was in a rush so I was annoyed. When I left, I realized that I could see glares of light in the corner of the screen when the screen was dark (the alarm screen, Twitter, Netflix, etc.). I went back again to get it fixed, and they fixed it- so the phone LOOKS fine. But here's the issue. My phone screen is now compromised. The keys jump all over the place, I call people by accident because the phone is glitchy, when I'm putting in the right passcode it tells me it's the wrong one and locks the screen.... wtf did they do to my device?! Even music skips now when it's playing. I don't know what they did during the repair but essentially I'm going to be needing a new phone sooner or later. read more

These guys were amazing! My MacBook Air screen was accidentally damaged which certainly affected my work - I was desperate. Apple didn't have any available appointments till a week later. I made an appointment with iTouch in Courthouse for the next day. They called me in the morning of that day to verify my computer information, were able to order the new screen right away and I had my computer back that afternoon. They price was the same as it would have been at Apple, but the speed of repair was way faster - not even comparable. Thank you iTouch! read more

I took it to fix the screen and they fucked up the microphone and camera. We took it back three days later. While we waited there, they "fixed" it. We tested it at the site and it was still not working (don't know how they define "it's fixed"). Then they took it back. After a while, they said that we fixed the microphone but because all the part is connected, the phone is not charging. So they asked us to wait more. (At that point, we know this place really doesn't know how to fix phones. I mean I know all the parts are connected but it doesn't mean that it's legit to damage another part while fixing one!!!!) After lots of "try and error" they did and the long wait, it looked fine at the end of that day (I can use my phone to call and the camera looks fine). But it was really frustrating experience communicating with them too. That lady didn't apologize or anything, sounded very rude with the attitude that she (or they) is (are) always right. What got us really angry is that after the second visit, a day after, the microphone and camera was fine but my phone screen is all fucked up. The screen is not responding when I touch it. It's not useable now. I don't know how they got so many good reviews but ... it was absolutely nightmare visit for me. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX PHONES. read more

Either I am the unluckiest man alive, or this establishment uses lower quality/subpar glass to repair iPhone screens. After cracking my phone the first time, I brought it in for repair - and appeared to work appropriately. After a few days, the phone began to glitch - and I brought it back in for repairs - where it was fixed (free of charge). No more than a few weeks later, the phone screen cracked. Attributing the failure to bad luck, I returned and asked to have the screen replaced - it was (for a charge). No more than a few weeks later, the screen cracked again (for a charge). I am on my fourth screen in a year and a half, and low and behold - the screen cracked again. Take your business elsewhere. read more
