When I dropped the device off, I was told it would take a couple of days. It took a couple of weeks. Okay, things happen - right? They needed a new top/part. Once the part was on, I had to take it back because the home key didn't work. Okay, things happen right? During this time, the man behind the counter would yell and argue with me if I had a concern as a customer. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and honestly a lack of kindness and humanity that we should have for fellow human beings. Guess what, the touch screen does not work properly. I called to talk with them about my experience, and they kindly offered a reimbursement as I am not local to the area. However, weeks and months went by with no repayment, blowing off follow-up calls and yelling at me. Absolutely terrible. I was simply following up with what they promised as a business. They offered it. Why offer to reimburse someone if you don't plan to follow up? What a mess. If I had known this was situation, I would have lived with the crack. I wish I could have foreseen my choices here. I would have appreciated kindness and honesty in this situation. I am all supportive of a small business but not one that is corrupt and dishonest. I was really grateful for them clearly explaining a few different options and solutions that would help me fix or transfer data off my phone, and the relative price points of each. I have seen them several times for repairs. They do satisfactory work but be prepared to wait. Have had one computer in their shop since the end of May 2025, that is 6 weeks and it is not done. They have had another for 3 weeks. Again, they do ok work but be prepared to wait. The shop has one technician in the front who processes orders and another part time guy who comes in 2 days a week. I called ahead to make sure they have the parts, and agreed to have them order the parts. They worked miracle. The parts arrived in a matter of minutes from next door they said. I came in the same day. 4 pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday. They promptly diagnosed the problem (luckily it's just the screen and no other costly components). It was $180. They replaced it within 45 minutes while I sat there and waited. Since I didn't have the phone I couldn't take photos. There were comfy white sofas, and the shop was huge. Unfortunately cracked my screen really bad and I google these guys. When I called they said I can come by and place the order. When I showed up they said they had a screen in stock. I left the phone and when I came back later they said it wasn't the right screen. I still placed the order to which they told me it would be there in a few days. Once I got home they called and said that a delivery driver dropped off a screen because they saw my ticket in the system. I went back and they immediately fixed my screen in about 20 minutes I mostly dealt with Keith but Fernando and Nelson were all great. I got a phone charger for free as well! Everything I previously said still applies, but the owner (Roy, who I mentioned in my previous post and still consider the only positive of this business) reached out to me immediately after I posted my initial review, wanting to make it right. He offered to fix their mistake and add a free tempered glass screen protector. I called and made an appointment, but when I showed up for my appointment, the woman at the counter said, "No, sorry, I called you and told you the technician wouldn't be here today." This never happened. I asked when she called me (as I never spoke to anyone or even received a voicemail or missed call from them), and she said it had been that day and I agreed to come in the next day. I couldn't believe she was lying straight to my face - about speaking to me! What?? (Also, I never would have agreed to the next day because I was going to be out of town and it would have been impossible.) At this point, I was annoyed and left. I had taken off of work early specifically to get there before they closed and so my phone would be fixed for a trip I was taking the next day. I left and the owner contacted me soon after, asking what happened. He then offered to give me a lens glass to take to another technician, but I told him at that point I just wanted my money back. (After quite a few days, my return has finally been processed.) All in all, this was a complete waste of time. My camera lens glass is completely shattered now (after nothing happening to it!) and in worse condition than when I brought it in for the original repair. The shards of glass started chipping away so I had to pull them all out because I was afraid they would fall inward and scratch the actual camera lens. My original break was a scratch and small chip. This is unsalvageable. I would not trust any of their parts - I believe they are using subpar qualities and I doubt their technician's abilities. Stay away from this place and save yourself time as well as a massive headache. read more

Cracked the screen of my iPad Pro severely, and went here as they had previously fixed a phone screen for me. Specifically asked if they could handle an iPad and was assured that they could. Paid them $300 to fix it. They fried the motherboard. I had to call them after two weeks to find out- clearly they were avoiding telling me. They were "kind" enough to offer a refund on the repair fee, but this is an $1800 machine so that doesn't help much. They have no way of fixing the motherboard and other repair shops I have taken it to since have told me that this was assuredly the result of incompetence. Was put on hold several times, and it became evident that they knew my number and avoided answering when I called. I'm not sure what's worse- the lack of skill in one's chosen industry or the lack of professionalism in rectifying a wrong. I now have to buy a new iPad, which is incredibly frustrating considering that mine was working fine aside from a cracked screen. I will be actively discouraging friends from going here. read more

I have had my cracked iphone screen fixed with them 2 times. The first time was good and I hand no issues. So about 2 years later, with a different iphone (8s), I went back to them for the same issue. Only to have them RUIN MY PHONE. I can hardly use the screen it freaks out constantly, not letting me use buttons, performing random commands, takes 15 minutes to send one text, completely glitchy. It only works normally for about 20 minutes at the beginning of the day after a full charge, if I am lucky. I finally decided to write this review because currently I have been trying to type a text to send for the past hour and still cant use the keyboard. I try to touch anything on my phone and its completely unresponsive. And this happens ALL DAY LONG!!! I cant explain to you how frustrating this is to just be in the middle of sending a message or doing something on my phone and then it just freaks out again and I cant do anything on the screen. Not sure what is the next step to even take. Don't necessarily trust them to fix it but also want a refund. Not to mention the workers left selfies they took on my phone. So, I'm giving itouch repair two stars for a few reasons: I first came here because my phone was completely shattered. The repair took 50 minutes (way over the initial estimate) and I was in a rush so I was annoyed. When I left, I realized that I could see glares of light in the corner of the screen when the screen was dark (the alarm screen, Twitter, Netflix, etc.). I went back again to get it fixed, and they fixed it- so the phone LOOKS fine. But here's the issue. My phone screen is now compromised. The keys jump all over the place, I call people by accident because the phone is glitchy, when I'm putting in the right passcode it tells me it's the wrong one and locks the screen.... wtf did they do to my device?! Even music skips now when it's playing. I don't know what they did during the repair but essentially I'm going to be needing a new phone sooner or later. read more

These guys were amazing! My MacBook Air screen was accidentally damaged which certainly affected my work - I was desperate. Apple didn't have any available appointments till a week later. I made an appointment with iTouch in Courthouse for the next day. They called me in the morning of that day to verify my computer information, were able to order the new screen right away and I had my computer back that afternoon. I took it to fix the screen and they fucked up the microphone and camera. We took it back three days later. While we waited there, they "fixed" it. We tested it at the site and it was still not working (don't know how they define "it's fixed"). Then they took it back. After a while, they said that we fixed the microphone but because all the part is connected, the phone is not charging. So they asked us to wait more. (At that point, we know this place really doesn't know how to fix phones. I mean I know all the parts are connected but it doesn't mean that it's legit to damage another part while fixing one!!!!) After lots of "try and error" they did and the long wait, it looked fine at the end of that day (I can use my phone to call and the camera looks fine). But it was really frustrating experience communicating with them too. That lady didn't apologize or anything, sounded very rude with the attitude that she (or they) is (are) always right. What got us really angry is that after the second visit, a day after, the microphone and camera was fine but my phone screen is all fucked up. The screen is not responding when I touch it. Either I am the unluckiest man alive, or this establishment uses lower quality/subpar glass to repair iPhone screens. After cracking my phone the first time, I brought it in for repair - and appeared to work appropriately. After a few days, the phone began to glitch - and I brought it back in for repairs - where it was fixed (free of charge). No more than a few weeks later, the phone screen cracked. Attributing the failure to bad luck, I returned and asked to have the screen replaced - it was (for a charge). No more than a few weeks later, the screen cracked again (for a charge). I am on my fourth screen in a year and a half, and low and behold - the screen cracked again. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I've been taking my electronics (mostly Apple iPhones and a couple of MacBooks) to iTouch Repair on Wilson Blvd for several years. This shop is very reasonably priced, Has convenient location and business hours, and performs standard repairs very fast (often they can fix your device while you wait, and almost always the same day). I am taking off one star because one time iTouch majorly screwed up a fairly simple repair of a portable hard drive. After more than several days of "working on it" (very unusual timeline for them), theIt approach to repair caused full data loss, and forced me to go to a different company for a very expensive data recovery service. As of the time of this review, the staff that handled that particular transaction no longer works at this location. On that note, staff turnover seems to be fairly regular, but the techs they hire seem to be mostly knowledgeable, and the counter staff have always been excellent. One comment that would go for any small repair shop like this: make sure to specify whether you need an OEM part or If you are ok with "comparable" part from a third party manufacturer. For some items like screens, the difference between OEM and third party will be noticeable. Unless you specify, you will likely get a third party replacement - it will work, but may not be quite as good as the original. For a little bit more money, and if you are willing to wait, iTouch should be able to get and install the OEM part. Bottom line, I would trust iTouch with repair of any mobile devices, especially Apple devices. For more complex computer repairs, ask to speak with the tech first, and then decide. read more
