Throughout the entire process, Sean was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to pair our new iPhones with our other devices (including our Apple Watches) and made sure every setting was correct. What impressed me most was how meticulous he was in transferring all of our data and ensuring nothing was missed. Switching devices can be stressful, but Sean made it seamless and easy. If you need someone who truly cares about getting things right, ask for Sean--he's awesome!

However, when I got my bill it had increased by over $30! I called the customer service line and they adjusted the bill. Great! Right? Not so. A month later my bill showed a $20 increase. I called again, and the representative adjusted the bill and said this would fix the problem. But it did not, and for the next 3 months, these problems continued. The only solution was to leave T-Mobile and I did.
