When I got to the store 25 mins ago there was only 2 people working and about 20 people in the store. Then they brought out a trainer from the back and can't help anyone with anything because he is in training. Then a woman comes in and bullied them to helping her because she's leaving the country at 3p today. At that point I had to say something because I'm in the business of problem solving which means working smarter and not harder. I read another review from a month ago that said they're under staffed and I was just told the same thing. Either call in the GM or bring someone from another store. There's too many people out here looking for jobs. Do better Verizon! read more

Verizon Hybla Valley. Even when this store is virtually empty, the staff members are dismissive to the point of rudeness. just a tad less rude and impatient if they find you're there to spend big money. if you're there to spend less, say for an accessory, it's even worse. It's as if they're operating by a script and if you veer off of that with a question, they pretend not to hear you. If I could rate this store with 0 stars I would. It is an extreme waste of my time to be writing this review but I feel obligated to my fellow Alexandrian's and US citizens to warn them specifically about this store but more importantly about Verizon and what they have become. I purchased a $2000+ iPhone from this location and signed up for Verizon service. The phone was stolen. I went back to the store to cancel my plan and pay off the remaining amount I owed for the phone (they suckered me in with a low cost payment plan) and I was immediately told they could not help me. While in the store the employee's only suggestion was for me to call Verizon directly because he could not cancel my plan or accept the remaining cash I owed for the phone. I asked for help from the manager but the manager would not leave the back office to even acknowledge me let alone chat about my situation (their was only 1 other customer in the store and all the other employees were sitting playing with their phones). I called Verizon 3 times (their automated service would not respond) from the store with my temporary TracFone I purchased in 10 mins at Target ($20 phone $20 a month unlimited calls and texts) because the employee would not use the store phone to call. After 3 attempts I was finally able to cancel my plan after a 30 min phone call and was told I could pay the rest of the money for the phone I never got to use at the store. I explained the situation to the store employee and I tried to pay cash but he said I could not do that because it was not a corporate store even though I had originally been given the phone at that store. After wasting over an hour of my time in the store and an hour of my time driving to and from the store I went home and mailed a check to Verizon to pay off my debt. The situation is still unresolved. I will never go to this store ever again and will never pay Verizon any more of my hard earned money. I purchased a new iPhone from AT&T and a new Android from T-Mobile and am much happier giving them my money for their service. Verizon... If I were you I would clean house and fire every employee and manager at this store and develop a new system before you lose every customer that walks into this store. I'm pretty sure no one at this lazy, unhelpful store will read this review but hopefully I can save some other customers like me from being hustled by these degenerates. I visited this store this weekend to change my mobile phone service provider to Verizon. Verizon Wireless is great, but this Victra store was a terrible experience. I should have gone to an actual Verizon Wireless store and not an authorized reseller. Staff was courteous and was able to get me setup after 30-45 minutes, or so I thought. They advised that the porting process would be automatic and take 4-24 hours. I left the store with my phone service being terminated and waited. Fast forward 25 hours and my service was never turned on. I had to spend about an hour on hold just to learn that my devices suffered a failed activation. I was then forwarded to tier 2 port support which took an addition hour and a half of waiting. I then was advised they had to do a full rebuild. That took about 45 minutes. After hours I thought I was finally setup. Not really. I now wanted to setup the My Verizon app/billing access, but the pin number I provided to Victra doesn't work. So, after another 90 or so minutes on hold with different facets of customer service, I'm finally setup. I'm seeing I have activation fees with Verizon on top of the activation fees I paid to Victra. So in the end I spent over 5 hours to get my mobile phone service switched (30 hours if you count the wasted wait on the failed activation) and paid Victra for a botched setup. TOTAL WASTE of time and money. Save yourself the hassle and time by going to an actual Verizon store, and NOT this Victra circus. read more

This landmark plaza location has definitely stepped its game up! The four lovely ladies, Diamond, Shay, Hydia, Brittany were absolutely. They were the dream team. I usually don't go out of my way to review every place I go to. However, I want to focus on positive experiences in 2021. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and receptive to my many questions regarding my iPhone plan. I also was able to get information regarding phone cases and pop sockets. Lastly, this location made me and the other customer feel comfortable. During these times, it is very critical that companies teach their employees to be exceptional in everything that they do. I feel bad writing this review since the team here seems genuinely nice, but this store is a definite no-go. I purchased a phone due to an urgent situation and was told I had 14 days to return it with a $50 restocking fee. The next day, when my situation changed, I went to return the phone. First, I realized this wasn't a regular Verizon store but a privately-owned one. I was told only the person who sold me the phone could process the return. I came back two days later when that person was working. The manager told me it would be hours before the salesperson could assist me (it was busy.) After about an hour and half wait the manager then claimed the return system was down until the first of the next month. I mean...what? I requested written confirmation that they would honor the return, which they provided. When I returned on the first of the month, the salesperson finally processed the return. However, about a month later, I started receiving bills, followed by a collection warning letter. When I called Verizon, they informed me that the phone was not disconnected and was not canceled. Additionally, there is some issue with more than one phone be linked to my account along with other issues. Furthermore, I was told I had to go back into the store and requests a copy of the receipt after being on the phone for 2 hours for the third time. If I am not able to obtain a receipt I'm assuming I'm screwed. Worst part is even if they send me to collections when I did nothing wrong, they will charge me for the full amount of the phone! I have been experiencing network issues and walked in to this store, then met the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service agent at this store, her name is Margaret if I spell it right. I can tell she has no desire to work. There was no customer when I walked in and it took about 10+ min for her to nod at me while seated. The moment I mention my problem, she was like I can't help you call 611, I told her I did and they sent me here. She looked agitated, I don't know if she's under the influence or something, but she doesn't belong there. Informed her Supervisor Hassan and he apologized, then explained that there is a known network issue, which they have been dealing with lots of customer complaints about it. This is the third time in the physical store and the service is absolutely horrible 1 person staff cannot help a room full of people. I just wanted a phone cord that took 45 minutes this time. The best Verizon store in the region. I drive past several other Verizon retailers to come here because it's the best. I always leave satisfied. I'm always able to accomplish what I came for. If there's a problem, they always find solutions and present the options in a clear way so I can make an informed decision. AND the staff is wonderful: patient, funny, and they have a way of making the whole experience feel like a visit with friends. The past 2 visits I was working primarily with Shay. I came in to switch cell phone providers and the reps were more than helpful. They were friendly, personable, and great vibes. Moe, our rep, kept us entertained the whole time. She didn't try to bs us like a lot of these places do. The next day I came in and Diamond helped me with trading in my other phone. I've never had this great of an experience at a phone store before.
