We walked into the store just intending to look at the phone I was considering and suddenly, it just made sense to do the upgrade. The miracle of this story is that we walked in at 5pm and were already in our car with a new phone by 5:25. That has GOT to be a record of some sort, no? Gian was my sales rep and they were fantastic. Showed me the cases from which I could choose, took care of all the phone swap and was just a great person. I've had issues with this location in years past but today was an exceptional experience and I thank you.
