I like to throw bubble tea across the room, mainly to see if the Tea's Mobile. It usually is. This is not a bad cell phone store inside the Crossgates Mall, and I was trying to find out what they thought about me switching over from me Verizon, because I was trying to save on the awful fees and massive costs at Verizon. I was considering it at first, but I didn't hear anything convincing in terms of me actually saving a lot of money, and I think it's in the end somewhat comprable. read more

T-Mobile - I threw my tea at you so obviously my tea is mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Albany, New York

They charged us for a BOGO deal even though we clearly said NO. They tried to pair an Apple stand alone watch to my phone so we can communicate with my son, they weren't able to do it so we went to the T-Mobile store in Glenmont where we find out that they sold us two lines (BOGO) instead of one and one of them was for an android watch account. That's why they couldn't pair the Apple Watch on the first place. We figured out their lies at the other store while looking at our account. Unbelievable!!! Awful, thank goodness we went to the store in Glenmont!! read more

Horrible service and they lie to you. To sell you things they will promise all things, but afterwards they don't fulfill anything. Your bill comes differently of what they promise you. When you come to this shop to complain they try to blame you for not understanding. AVOID this particular shop here at this mall. Staring with manager (Cristian) that keeps laughing at you the whole time. Sales person (Austin) was the one promising and not fulfilling it. You can see both going after I leave the shop. read more

This store fucking sucks. T-Mobile's coverage isn't terrible in this area (it leaves a lot to be desired, however), but their pricing is pretty solid, and the coverage is very good where I'm moving. I went into the Crossgates T-Mobile store for a couple of quick issues: (1) to ask a question about some billing changes, and (2) to ask about a strange issue I've been having intermittently when receiving MMS messages through the default texting app. Like I said: This store sucks. What a waste of my time. The employee I dealt with was absolutely useless, and didn't even know his company's policies. He gave me completely erroneous information, which not only conflicted with the information I was given from T-Mobile prior to coming into the store, but was outright rejected by T-Mobile management when I called them after my visit. Neither of my issues were resolved here. If you need to go into a T-Mobile store and can't resolve the issue over the phone or online, don't waste your time here. Go to another location, like the one on Wolf Road. read more

Such an amazing atmosphere. Great Music and Staff. Very accommodating to my needs, with impeccable service as well. Opened up a line for myself and family with this location because they made the process hassle less !!!!! read more

Want to feel used go here ! I don't know why he would think it was ok but a rep though it would be ok to go into my Samsung pay acct and type in his own promo code to get points . I don't know how many people he did this to but his 97,000 point tell me probley alot don't let them touch your phone. I called him out and told him next time he should ask before doing something like that again! Very disappointed in the scam he tried to pull on me it was wrong ! read more

Wow! Fantastic experience, just switched our family plan to t-mobile and couldn't be happier! Really good price, unlimited everything, and free data and texting abroad (phone calls are extra). Brandon Smith is the man! Works hard to make us happy. Took his time, explained our options and the best and easiest way to move all the lines into t-mobile. Helped us sign up online, get the iPhone app, port all the numbers, answer our stupid questions with patience and kindness. Zero problems, but if there are its great to know they have such a great team working here to help us out. Highly recommended! read more

My experience her was excellent. The woman who helped me was very patient, and did a great job explaining to me. My whole family switched from Sprint to T-Mobile and I am more than satisfied with the customer service given to me and the service on my phone. read more

Absolutely LOVE this store! It's upbeat and the reps are so personable. I refuse to go to any other T-Mobile store.

If there were a way which I could give them zero stars I would. The salesman lied to me about the warranty on my phone and in addition showed me a phone which he had to show me what the phone was like. It was his personal phone and it had pornographic material on it....hardly professional the service was spotty at best and the signal was weak as a highschool nerd. The bill each month was horrendous read more

I really enjoyed this store! I'm not really a tech savvy person but there was a young lady who was very helpful and broke down my phone's issues to me in ways I'd understand. I'm very pleased with my experience! :) read more

Tmobile should be given zero stars, if that were an option. Horrendous equipment, poor coverage, terrible policy-quoting customer "service". Counting the days until we are out of contract. read more

If you're looking for a great cell phone plan, check out T-mobile, 1 Crossgates Mall in Albany! Thank you Dennis W for all your help and patience. You went above and beyond to help my husband and I get our account set up, and in explaining the differences in the plans and phones. Not everyone is patient with seniors, but you couldn't have been more pleasant. We wish you much success in your future endeavors. God bless you. read more

Terrible! I have to say that going with T-Mobile was one of the worst choices I ever made. First, they charge me $5 every time I want to pay my bill at the store! What???? You are charging me to pay my bill??? Did I miss something here. Second, the coverage is terrible. I loose my signal every where. Lastly... no 3G!!!! Blah. read more

Well the store was fabulous. They actually had customer service. However I needed to call customer service to talk about my data usage. They were HORRIBLE!! I called to inquire about my data usage as I knew I had overage but needed to know how not to have it in the future. As I am on the phone waiting my data usage goes form overage of 7th data to 9th data overage in 22 minutes. How the hell does that happen??? I was connected to the supervisor Jason? and he told me that because I was the account manager and not the account holder he couldn't do anything for me. He proceeded to tell me to have the owner of the account call and discuss these matters.... He didn't even try to help me. He was arrogant and ignorant. I was appalled. He put me on hold and then the call was lost. What the hell?? I give Verizon a lot of business and all I want to know is how to keep Verizon my carrier at a more affordable price. Maybe the girl at Sprint was correct in switching. They offered me a way better plan with all of the devices we have but I truly want to keep Verizon. I am not sure how confident I am in referring them. My advice to anyone is even though Verizon is connected in so many ways, they are money hungry and hire people who are not truly invested in the companies delivery of service!! read more
