Really great customer service. Marco and London stayed after hours with my husband and I to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you!

Horrible customer service! This was my second time coming in and I won't waste my time or energy on a third or any future visits here

This store saved my hide today. My phone died and I am using a backup phone that I don't have a SIM…read morecard for. All the other T-Mobile stores I used to go to around here have closed, so I braved the terrible parking/garage situation at the Galleria to get to this store. Inside it was not too busy and someone came right over to me and offered his help. I explained that I needed a SIM card and he went and retrieved one for me quickly. He verified my ID and got to work on activating it. Unfortunately they were having some computer issues and couldn't complete the activation, but he gave me the card to go and explained how to call customer service to get it activated. I called and it took 4 minutes and 36 seconds end-to-end from the time I placed the call until the time it was finished. Would not hesitate to return to this store.

Worst experience in my life, I would say. Let's start with the poor management staff and general…read moreemployees; you only need to be efficient to check your phone or make a phone call on a simple transaction. Today on March 11, I got threatened by the employees of this location because they didn't want to help and refused to understand the simplicity of the job and tasks. Also, they told me that they don't care if they get fired and yelled at me.   Not sure when everything went wrong in customer service or when it is ok to treat people the way they do without any consequences, but this needs to be escalated to their superiors for sure.   Finding the right person to do the job is unnecessary as long as you can fill the opening with anybody who shows up daily. Then, without doing anything at work, they play music of their preference, talk about personal problems in front of customers and ignore you when you need help.   I won't recommend this place to anybody that  I know. However, after many years of being a customer, changing services may be a good idea. I will think twice about whom to do business with and where to spend my money.   For all the folks out there, be aware that all companies with poor management almost every day are happening. By the way, the manager responsible for this store was Samirawit. The disrespectful person who yielded and threatened people start with the letter Z.
