When I asked for my nails she said it was $50 for a full set. I said how about your fill she said also $50 . I was already there so I agreed she was going fast she cut me many times. She offered me a pedicure she was very pushy and she was also pushy for me to get gel on my toes. At the end she charges 3% extra if you pay with card. I wasn't the biggest fan. My favorite nail salon! The customer service was great. They used the color that I wanted. The polish was cured properly considering it was a gel manicure. They cut my nails the correct length. Though the price was a bit much for my taste, but it was definitely worth the $35 I spent. I would definitely recommend this even though this place isn't as popular as other nail salons in Livermore. Great experience......not only did the gals of T Lnails accommodate me and my group of 4 for homecoming, but they did a great job, nice and attentive. That experience made me come back, they got me in when they were closing in 30 min, I had no idea! My shellac nails are perfect! I believe the owner helped me, or the manager, she told me not to feel bad because I kept apologizing for keeping them late. My pedi was not cut short or hurried, it was the full deal. Low score review for VERY bad service and discrimination. Usually this place has delivered on quality, and so-so on service because sometimes they talk shit in their language and always ask for tip. We don't mind giving tips when the quality and service is good and worth the tip Van is our go to nail designer, and my used to be favorite nail designer. I never missed my appointments with Van, and I have sometimes come in last minute without an appointment asking for Van. I stopped doing that when Van requested that I make appointments since she is very busy with clients. Okay no problem, she gave good quality nails with good service so she is popular. But this exchange with me was extremely out of nowhere, and she treated me with such disrespect. A person who's in the business industry knows to at least treat your clients with respect. This review is my experience with this store's employee that has occurred through my sister and directly affected me. I am explaining my sister's side of the story to add context to my personal experience and review as it's directly related to it. My sister started going to Van because I highly recommended her to Van. My sister had to cancel her appointment and she canceled it with at least 2 day prior notice. Her babysitter cancelled last minute, and had no one to take care of her less than 1 year old baby. She talked normally to Van telling her that she can't make the appointment not because she didnt take the appointment seriously or Van's time meaningless, it was because she had no one to care for her baby child and is sick. Van told her okay, you can show up or not show up at your scheduled time at 9:45am, it's your choice. My sister said she will not be able to show up and she didn't, but she gave prior notice of the cancellation due to changes beyond her control. This is the part that is very disrespectful. She texted me telling her that she and I(had only 1 appointment 12/20/19, so I did not miss any appointment) did not show up to their appointment, so she is cancelling my mother's appointment for next week on Thursday and that she should not show up for her appointment. I tried to call her to talk to her why is she cancelling her appointment when I have nothing to do with my sister cancelling her appointment. Also because I paid her $25 ahead of time for my appointment Thursday 12/20. If she is cancelling my appointment, then it's only fair that I receive my $25 back for a service I am no longer getting. Very rude, very disrespectful and VERY BAD service. Avoid at all costs. Many other nail salons around Livermore with good quality designs, materials and cheaper prices. I was searching for a place to get my nails done on Easter, and was very excited when I saw this place was open which had great reviews. I called and said I wanted a pedicure and also Gel Acrylic nails, i was told over the phone it would be $60 which made me even more happy. When I got to the location I was slowly disappointed. Right when I walked in I noticed the place was very cluttered, messy, and looked run down. It did not look clean what so ever. I got there at around 11:10 for my appt at 11:30. I was looking at the colors where a good majority of the nail polish colors were sticky on the caps. I picked my colors and was seated and started getting worked on at about 11:40. I wanted coffin shaped nails. I've gotten my nails done SOOOO many times in the past, so I know that before you put on the powder the nail needs to be very skinny and tapered because once the powder goes on, the nail gets more straight and square shaped. I told my manicurist this, but she said I couldn't do that because my nails were so short. I didn't want long nails so I don't see why the shape would effect anything. Anyways. My nails came out square shaped and a few of my nails are crooked(as you will see in pictures) My pedicure was fine, nothing special and something I could have easily done at home. I went to pay and she told me it would be $65. I wasn't going to complain because it's only $5 extra than what I was told on the phone plus it was Easter. What bothered me was I felt I was pestered for a tip. She kept saying "oh so no tip on the card? Oh you have cash? Ok". I am never going back and I wasn't happy with my nails so I didn't even bother giving her a tip. Not the most pleasant experience. I would not recommend. read more

WTF!.... let me start off by saying I'm a mom who never has time to go get a pedicure so today I was kid free and decided to make a 10 am appt the day before. They confirmed my appt as well. I showed up today a little before 10 and nobody was there! The salon was CLOSED! I waited until 10:15 ish hoping someone might show up for my appointment but nope. I did not receive a call and did not get my nails done because nobody even bothered to show up. What terrible customer service!!!! I will not try them again after this incident. I've been getting regular pedicures for many years. Last Friday, I tried TL Nails for the first time because I had eaten lunch at the nearby sushi place. The place was very crowded and they were really rushing.... which resulted in some very aggressive cuticle cutting and a bacterial infection on my big toe. I don't know if the tools weren't properly disinfected, or the bowls, or what, but ouch. This has never happened to me before and I will tell you that it was quite painful! read more
