What can you say about Target? The stores are clean, and well stocked. I don't shop here too…read moreoften, but it is my go-to for certain facial tissues. Other household items like bathroom accessories are frequently bought there by my wife. But I want to take this opportunity to issue them a REWARD! Yes, a reward. Would you believe I'm most impressed by their shopping carts? They are the quietest and most smooth rolling shopping carts of any store I've ever shopped in. They even feel just right when you are holding on to them and steering them through the aisles. I don't know that I'd go so far as to say they are the BMW of shopping carts, but they give you a feeling of confidence as you push them through the store. Thank you, Target, for raising my shopping experience to the next level.

So today, my focus was ladies clothing not homegoods, pet supplies, and snacks such as Dubai Chocolate. I found some good buys in the neatly organized racks. For, example, Sketchers Sneakers, "Lululicious" brand flared yoga style pants ($12.99 and $16.99) at great prices and in a few colors. Bought a burgundy zip jacket to coordinate with the yoga pants. Also bought a practical dress up or down beige open front sweater for only $19.99. Clearance items were picked over, but the new fall stock consisted of quality casual items perfect for my retired lifestyle. Biggest benefit of retail in store shopping: Being able to try on clothing! Can not beat the prices the TJX group of stores offers through knowledgeable buyers with good contacts. The dressing room was neat. The clothing racks were organized and well labeled. Even the clearance racks were tidy. Check out was speedy with six registers in operation. Parking lot was just resurfaced and marked well. Did not check out the restroom.

Parking is also much easier as the lot is larger and other large chain stores in the same complex are far enough away with their own parking area. Merchandise is the standard discount home products also found at their corporate cousins, Marshalls and T J Maxx, although more extensive and sans clothing. Some good bargains can be found.

That's just the look and feel, aesthetically very old mall. I wouldn't be able to tell about service bc I hardly saw anyone with uniform that looks like they work for the mall operations. As for shops, there are quite a few decent stores - Zara, H&M, Victoria Secrets, Primack, REI, very typical mall brands. If you ever need something, outfit for something, hit this mall up. I'm excited to see a Singapore Cafe type spot is opening soon! Can't wait.

The restaurants are great and the theater is huge. There are some decent clothing stores and fun shops like lush and bath and bodywork's etc. It's a fun place to kill a few hours or a whole day if you wanted! It can be dirty in the bathrooms but I think that it's just that busy all the time it's hard to keep up with.

Instead of rummaging through the racks at the big box or off-price stores, shopping at Fancy Schmancy is like the Cadillac of shopping experiences: pretty much one-stop shopping for all your fancy outfit needs, with attentive and sweet sales associates helping you find what you're looking for, minus the crowds and the parking and the other headaches that come with shopping at places like the mall. Fancy Schmancy is popular on the high school prom circuit (and rightfully so!); however, this shop is so much more than prom dresses and ball gowns - it's one of my favorite places to shop when I'm looking for something a little fancier than usual, so if/when you need something for a special occasion, you should definitely give this place a try!
