What I thought was immature or undertrained staff is actually the product of a toxic, shameful and unacceptable culture. Saturday, I stopped by for something cute for a dinner date. No one greeted me or asked to help. I walked around with an arm-full of clothes... no assistance. I asked for a fitting room. Someone sorta pointed. While dressing I heard the staff GLEEFULLY welcome other patrons and offer to assist if needed. Interesting. There were only about 4 shoppers present. I was the youngest and only nonwhite person. When I stepped out of the dressing room, a staff member behind the desk merely stared at me. She didn't ask me if I liked anything, needed anything, wanted anything... total disregard. I had my teen daughters with me and for the first time was embarrassed for trying to fit into a place that obviously doesn't want me there. I will spend my money where I'm treated kindly.

Most of my clothes were from Express, shoes from Aldo and Nike, and two gently used Kate Spade bags. The ladies at the front counter were extremely helpful. It took about 30 minutes for them to sort through my clothing and price it. I was very happy with my experience at this location . I received $238 for my clothing and traded in a few of those dollars for a new outfit.

This particular location is in the same shopping center as Kinnucan's and seems to be fairly convenient in terms of location (at least from where I stayed). Even though the store isn't huge, we still got lost in the store for at least two hours.
