I have two kids that eat everything in sight, so I decided the polite thing to do would be to order some groceries (as well as sunscreen) to have on hand during our stay. This Target had a great selection. Pickup was seamless. Staff was friendly. Pricing was a bit high? But I am from the Midwest so it probably is just be a location thing... A amazing Exchange that offers a lot of side stores to choose from such as Starbucks, Baskin…read moreRobins, Cell phone service companie and etc. Also there is the huge PX Exchange that has a lot items to choose from such as personal items, electronics, clothing. The staff here are very nice and friendly which is nice. You also get to meet lot of the soldiers stationed here who do talk to you how your day is where you going and how long you been here.

Mannequins are missing limbs and their outfits don't match. The only bright spot was the young lady at the front register gave a nice greeting. Others never even said hello or offered assistance. I've worked in retail for many years and whoever manages this store needs to be retrained or demoted.

Anyway, I was on my 30-minute trek back home when thoughts triggered me to stop & check the +$60 receipt: My in-store phone scan of the Rocker Switches was $5.10; and the shelf card for the batteries was $3.99. Respectively, the receipt lists $6.64 (x2) and $4.74. This is potentially -$4 for me. The check-out was complete by 10:43:54. (The store seemed clean, and the associates seemed friendly). One of my main reasons for preferring the self-checkout is that my attention span stays neat and I generally spot discrepancies immediately. All of their self-checkouts were already, and disappointingly, disabled for the evening. This might read a bit dramatically for some; but I'm crying on the inside.

When he went to pick it up almost an hour later than the time it said it would be ready the lady that came up to the car asked him, "unless you got a text saying it's ready then it's not ready" he asked her if she had an estimated time and she just shrugged and walked off. He sat there for 2 hours and never received them. We called customer support and was told they had changed it from pickup to delivery and we would receive them the next day. Guess what never showed. Called customer support again to be told "due to covid we have lack of staff and drivers but we can refund you and you can go inside the store to do your shopping" Honestly I get it covid has messed everyone up but if you can't do pickups or delivery's don't give estimated times. And if someone calls about their groceries don't give them the run around just be honest. If we had been told "honestly you'd be better off getting a refund we're really backed up" we wouldn't be so pissed.
