Forget about supporting local businesses. I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in particular (which I was) and she pointed me in the direction I was already in. She was NO help in her pink dress and sneakers (you'll remain anonymous). Here's my opinion, when women such as myself are shopping for "flats" and you're a contemporary woman, no one wants a kitten heel. My late grandmother would have loved them. RIP I have decided that yesterday was my last visit especially when I've been supporting this establishment since its inception. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent.
