Awesome experience for a situation that could've been very frustrating. I'll be back for sure!

Since then Ranger Joe's is where I have made numerous visits to as a civilian every time I am in the area on a business trip or passing through on vacation with the family. My most recent trip was to Ranger Joe's gift shop at the National Infantry Museum there at Benning (a MUST SEE museum that is fabulous!), last month (to see my oldest son graduate from US Army Jump School Class #007-20), and the gift shop was awesome! Ranger Joe's is a shrine to all soldiers and especially Infantry, Paratroopers, Rangers, Pathfinders, and Jumpmasters! Keep up the great work and support of our soldiers. Upon walking in and heading straight to the customer service counter, the lady behind the counter says nothing, she only points to another register, kinda like I was a dog. Then after that, the only thing I get from her was snide, borderline rude comments and barking orders. Now, if I wasn't mistaken, I felt like this lady (who was black) didn't like me because she thought I was white (wearing an American flag hat); for there was no other reason that I could think of for her to treat me the way she did. And actually for the record, I'm half Asian and White but look almost Hispanic -- I tan good. Anyways, I'm so tired of going into places and getting bad service. If this continues at this store, you can bet I'll be finding another place to buy my sporting goods from. This is one of the main reasons online stores are beating the pants off local retailers. So here is some friendly advice. If you don't like your job or the people that frequent your place of business, then go find another job. The fact that people like me shop in that store is the reason you get a paycheck at the end of the week. It is truly a sad commentary on us (as a society), that computers and AI can be programmed to have better manners and treat people with more respect than we do. Smh!

The cashier had to start over multiple times due to user error. Nothing came. So, I called them back on Jan 10th and spoke to Jason. Jason was rude, unhelpful, would not let me finish what I was saying, basically doing everything a customer service person should not do. I essentially told me in so many words, that he "was" going to email someone by my issue, but I got the feeling this wasn't going to be. Here it is now Feb 4th, nothing has arrived and Hk has ripped me off on just a patch. I think now, I was going to buy the new SP5 this spring, but, I think not. Had my USP Compact in for some warranty repair due to a false trigger reset condition. On…read moreFriday,within 24 hours of a Thursday arrival at the repair facility, H&K armor, Lyman, contacted me by phone to discuss first hand the issue and to assure me it was both an easy repair and a fast turn around. Lyman also offered to upgrade my 2004 factory sights to ensure I had the best weapon configuration possible for personal defense. On Monday I spoke with customer service rep Tommy, who also provided great service, and was informed that I would be receiving my firearm the very next day on Tuesday and signature was required. Today, Tuesday, I have my H&K firearm back in hand repaired and functioning as designed with upgrades as if brand new. Also included was a very sweet personal note from Lyman wishing me well and satisfaction with the repair and which included a 10 round capacity magazine, adding two (2) more 45 cal rounds to my std, 8 round capacity mags which came with my weapon new. Coast to coast shipping and repair all within one week, I have never received or heard of better customer service in my life. Thanks H&K and especially Lyman. Heckler & Koch, your the best.

Despite repeated assurances, the trigger replacement was never successfully performed. Throughout this extended period, I experienced ongoing delays, inconsistent communication, and what felt like a continuous runaround whenever I attempted to get updates on the status of my firearm. This level of service falls far below reasonable expectations for professionalism and customer care. To make matters worse, I was charged for a service that was ultimately not completed. Retaining payment under these circumstances is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your business practices. I virtually pay you to baby sit my own gun! They gave me back my weapon offer no apologies or explanation also one of the females working the phones covers their unjust practices.
