It is staffed very well by nice, caring cashiers and some know the inventory better than others. The owners and managers consign and price items very well. I shop there a lot - consigning name brand outgrown clothes and equipment and buying clothes, shoes, toys and equipment for 3 kids for the last 5 years and I have high standards. You need to shop often and go in person. Don't expect service over the phone. There are no guarantees. You are buying used, granted gently used, but used items. The owners care about their regular customers and will go the extra mile, but remember where you're shopping.

Since that initial purchase, I seriously buy from Blue Door almost weekly. They make their return policy MORE than well known and to me, I could care less that I only get store credit because it gets used on a new purchase within a day or two of getting the store credit refunded to me. I haven't had any issues with the clothes being of poor quality and almost every time that I wear an outfit from this store I get a compliment. I've been sending so many people their way! I'm from Maryland so I don't have any personal experience with the actual store, but when I call everyone is very courteous and respectful. My one girlfriend lived in Columbus for awhile and said that she went in for an outfit for a wedding and that they were the most helpful and pleasant people she ever worked with! She walked out with an adorable outfit that the staff put together for her! If you're on the fence about this place - PLEASE disregard the poor reviews and GO! The only regret I have is not buying from them sooner!! I was able to ship returns from two separate orders together and they only charged one label fee which I appreciated. The items are shipped promptly and wrapped beautifully. I would say their items run on the large size, simply pay attention to the materials and if they have stretch. Overall, I love their store from Texas, wish we had one here.
