Great place!!!! This is a second-hand store. Ignore the lousy reviews because they seem to think that a small consignment store has low overhead and highly paid employees as well as personal service. Not so. It is staffed very well by nice, caring cashiers and some know the inventory better than others. The owners and managers consign and price items very well. I shop there a lot - consigning name brand outgrown clothes and equipment and buying clothes, shoes, toys and equipment for 3 kids for the last 5 years and I have high standards. You need to shop often and go in person. Don't expect service over the phone. There are no guarantees. You are buying used, granted gently used, but used items. The owners care about their regular customers and will go the extra mile, but remember where you're shopping. read more

I always find great deals when I go in! They always have a large selection of merchandise and it is a great spot to snag an inexpensive toy. I also love that I can sell my daughter's things that she has outgrown or no longer plays with and get some cash. The employees are also helpful. read more

Bad customer service! Called about an item and showed up in 10 minutes after telling her it would take me 15, so five minutes earlier and the same associate was selling it to someone else. Thankfully once upon a child saved the day and had the same one at a better price with wonderful customer service. read more

I used to shop here at least once a week. I've spent hundreds of dollars here and used to always send everyone I knew who had, was expecting, or was buying baby gifts here. I have heard a few stories about bad customer experience as customers tried to return things and were refused to which I understood as its a second hand shop with low prices and a no return policy. After my treatment today as I bought something second hand which turned out to be cheaper everywhere else new (Walmart, Amazon, etc) and I called to tell them, the customer service I received and the bad management I will never come here again and I will make sure to share my experience. They are a small business which I always try to support but my business will now go elsewhere. read more

I love this store. I'm able to buy lightly used items and sell my child's clothes and shoes that have gotten too small for some extra cash. The people are really nice that work in the store. The turn around time of when you drop your items off is reasonable. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. read more

The place is clean and good prices, but I wouldn't recommend selling to them. Especially since they can't hire friendly people in the back who is going through your stuff. The lady we had to deal with was really rude and snobby today, she acted like it was such a huge problem that we was there. She did not help or offer to help getting stuff from our car I knocked on the door to let them know we was there they said okay and shut the door back without telling us what to do then once we got everything out she pointed at all the stuff she wouldn't take walked back in there and made us drag everything in ourselves again without offering to help. Then once they got done sorting our stuff they through everything back in without even folding it back it took me 3 hours to go through everything and folding it and making it look nice for them just to toss it back in like it was trash. Then offered $41 bucks which honestly wasn't enough now that I noticed she took all the good stuff that was brand new in still in the package. The mixie bottles that was still packaged in the box and never used alone are more then that! Along with that brand new boppy body pillow and my little pony bedspread! They treated me and my sister horrible and was so rude to us! I will never sell to them again! And y'all need to hire new help and offer to help and Learn how to fold people's stuff back and treat it with respect it may not be worth something to y'all but there are people out there and spend there hard earn money on stuff and resell it to y'all only for y'all to treat them like crap! We went to once upon a child after we left y'alls place and got more money and was treated so much better for the stuff y'all toss back! read more
