No one greeted me or asked to help. I walked around with an arm-full of clothes... no assistance. I asked for a fitting room. Someone sorta pointed. While dressing I heard the staff GLEEFULLY welcome other patrons and offer to assist if needed. Interesting. There were only about 4 shoppers present. I was the youngest and only nonwhite person. When I stepped out of the dressing room, a staff member behind the desk merely stared at me. She didn't ask me if I liked anything, needed anything, wanted anything... total disregard.
