He took phone calls and sounded distressed about his workload. I hung out by the counter, waved, said "hello" and never got an answer. The door has a loud bell when you walk in. Drove next door to Autozone, where they had 3+ employees working. Greeted me with "good morning" tested my battery, got me a replacement, did everything for me, etc. They were also busy with phone ringing constantly but handled everything spectacularly. Summary: O'Reilly's under-staffed, but luckily next to an AutoZone that will handle your needs quickly!!

This year my Rolex needed similar repairs that Ware handled in 2016. Interesting that this time I…read morewent straight to Rolex. The repairs were almost identical but the cost was more than 50% less. In 2016 Ware charged $100 to just look at the watch while Rolex charged zero. But more importantly although the repairs were similar the cost for more repairs with Rolex will be $850 while less repairs with Ware were over $2000. Additionally Ware no longer appears to be Rolex dealer. I wonder why.
