This is the best ladies store in Auburn. The friendly customer service is exceptional and everything about the store is first class. This is no mom and pop store! I wanted to love, love, love Therapy, but it just was not happening. Wait! Let me justify. The boutique decor is Pottery Barn-ish, but aesthetically pleasing. It is certainly thought out. The lines Therapy carries, which cannot really be classified as designer lines, are tres expensive for what they are. 250 for a cotton dress without exquisite lines, fabrics, or colors? I don't think so. Having said that, it doesn't mean that I don't enjoy perusing the racks of the store. There is a large disconnect between the pricing of their clothes and their accessories. The accessories are considered a great bargain; no more than 20 for a necklace.I suppose that for the unsuspecting and uneducated sorority girl that it is fabulous. They carry lines such as Molly B., random and outdated OPI collections, and a smattering of hanky panky. The sales associates are snobby but sweet. In a world of increased globalization I choose to spend my money in a way that my dollar goes farther. read more

Love love love therapy. They always have the latest fashion trends and new items arriving almost daily. The girls who work there and the owner are friendly and always willing to help. Therapy has designer boutique brands like Leona for $200, but they also carry a girls everyday basics and dresses for $20. I love therapy because they have a wide variety of prices and I know I can always find something in there that I can afford. I know I can go there and get something to wear for a special occasion and spend $200 on a dress, but I can get accessories to go with it at an affordable price. Therapy also has a great variety of fashion books, picture frames, candles at home items. I love the fact that I can go in Therapy and shop for myself, but if it is my girlfriends birthday I know I can go in there and get her a birthday present too. I think Therapy has something that everyone will like and is able to afford. read more

I tried to like this store because they sometimes have cute clothes but, after my visit today I will never be back. The ladies working were extremely rude to us. They were very judge-mental and seemed offended that we were shopping there. While we were waiting to check out the workers were conversing with a customer and when that customer left the store- the employees gossiped about her appearance once she left. I'm offended for her and I assume that they did the same to us when we left too. It's not that hard to be kind to people, especially the ones paying your bills. read more

I could not disagree more with the other review. I know the owner of this boutique----it is the nicest one in Auburn, and if she opened additional ones in Birmingham they would crush the competition. 75% of her stock is under $50. She has one or two lines which are more pricey for customers who are looking for higher end vendors. The owner does an outstanding job of inventory selection---beautiful, particularly given that you can find a dress for $45 or a top for $30. She has the best accessory selection---( in particular necklaces and earrings) of anywhere that I've seen----none over $25 that I could find. The sales staff is very helpful and friendly, particularly with what is "in" on college campuses. If I could franchise this store, I would----they exceed Franchesca's, Charming Charlie, Lotus, or any similar boutique. I've never left the store empty-handed. read more

The customer service is nice, but it's a little overpriced (lowish end boutique clothes that garner a premium in a land littered with awl-mart). You're better off going for the sale racks (which are usually pretty good) and heading to Atlanta for anything you really want. read more

This is by far the best boutique I've ever bought from. I wear the items I've purchased constantly. The quality of their clothes is amazing and the customer service from the ladies that work here is amazing. They do anything in their power to make your experience wonderful.
