They have quality items, easy return policy and excellent communication. If I ever have an issue with something, I haven't had to wait more than minutes before someone addressed my concern (not kidding). They also have 2-day shipping on basically everything so when I by something on Wednesday, I typically get it at my door Friday which is crazy (only other reliable place I know like this is Amazon). Some people get upset that they get store credit but honestly that's how it is at most boutiques and I enjoy having a gift card that I can spend next shopping spree. They have a large selection of items. Always up to date on the latest fashion. Only complaint I would make is that they don't have many curvy models. I appreciate boutiques that do this as it makes buying things online easier since we can't try it on. There are many times I'm hesitant to buy something because I know I'm not the size 2 nor their height and wondering if it will near the same. Otherwise, this boutique is great. Hope they incorporate curvy models (including their pictures as the main picture for the item; not hiding their curvy models to the last photo on an item when swiping). When they answered a bratty teen answered and said "What do you want" so i replied I would like to track my package, so she says" We dont do that here try calling our customer service" I told her i had called more times than i can count and the AI message just hanges up on you. I asked to cancel my order she said "no" and hung up on me. ( I had placed my order more than a month ago and still the order had not been filled.) I tried on my outfit and it made me look like Tammy from Thousand Pound sisters, mind you i weigh 135 pounds and 5'8. THIS IS A COMUNIST RUN BUISSNES!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sizing is for small dwarfs who weigh 70 pounds at the most, got a size large, more like a XXXS. I also got a kids dress for my daughter who is 5"4 and we got the biggest size they had and she could not even put it on, and it made her break out in hives (we hat to go to the ER if you have sensitive skin get your Epi Pen ready!) There seemed to be lots of sales going on, and there was a discount rack in the back too. A big chunk of the clothing inventory were dresses so if you're going to an event in the future, checking out Francesca's could be an option. She insisted that the marks were not a discoloration, that sometimes they just came from the factory like that... which to me means that it's a manufacturer error and the merchandise should probably be discounted.
