I always seem to find a cute shirt for myself or an outfit for my niece each time I stop in. The staff are kind and courteous.

It's in a pretty good location because it's just off of the interstate (I-85, exit 58 in Opelika). There's a couple of hotels and gas stations nearby (Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn). So if you're staying at either of these locations you won't have to go very far to dine and shop. There's also O'Charley's, LongHorn Steakhouse, Jim Bob's and Sonic which are close by, but not within, the Shopping Center. I say stop by this shopping center if you're in the area.

Tiger Town is the changing face of shopping habits in America. No longer does the mall reign…read moresupreme. If you need a clear example of that, look at Auburn, where the mall houses large department stores and a mix of off beat retailers interspersed with empty space. Contrast that with the bustling open air market that is Tiger Town. It seemingly has everything from mainstream retailers like Old Navy, Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Home Depot and Target to specialty shops like Hobby Lobby, Ulta, World Market and Party City to restaurants that run the gamut from full service to fast food. Think Olive Garden to Chick-Fil-A. And that's just a sampling of what you'll find here. Yes, I still like shopping the mall, but the real fun is at Tiger Town, hopping from store to store for an abundance of choices.

Read all of them other reviews and some have merit and others questionable. Folks need to think of…read morewhat the store is doing to begin with. Not advertised as having all new merchandise but simply used items that may be useful for somebody and certainly worthwhile to continue the operation to provide support for those less fortunate folks. I do agree that many of the items are pricey for a thrift store and the store does need a bit of sprucing and cleaning and perhaps some better assisted management folks on staff. A difficult situation for this type of operation. Those out of state folks that gave bad reviews must have experienced some classy thrift shops along the way but it is what it is and it does serve a purpose. Odors? Not as fresh as a store selling new merchandise and perhaps could be addressed by management but not all that bad. Leftover yard sale items? Possibly true that many things are donated when not sold at area yard sales. A way to fill some empty spaces and may even find a good home. Not everything there for everybody but an occasional goody may be found. Stop in and share your opinions with management and even lend a hand if time permits. Nursing/breast feeding in the store? Could be a distraction for some, as not the norm in most shopping areas but I do agree that it could have been handled in a different manner without relegating you to a rest room. Another thing to be discussed with management that could result in a more favorable solution for everyone. All said, give the folks a chance and offer suggestions instead of writing a bad review. Your assistance would be very much appreciated and everyone would be a winner. God Bless you all. Ray

I used to be a regular customer here and genuinely enjoyed shopping at this store, but I've stopped…read moregoing because of how uncomfortable some of the male staff have made me feel. On multiple visits, I was stared at and looked over in a way that felt inappropriate and made me feel unsafe rather than welcome. This isn't about one bad interaction, it became a pattern, and it's disappointing that this kind of behavior seems to be tolerated. I want to caution other women, especially if you're shopping alone, to be aware of this. I can't in good conscience continue supporting a business where customers are made to feel this way by staff. I'd love to see this addressed, because the store itself has good finds, but I won't be returning until the environment actually feels safe and respectful for everyone.
