The staff is still friendly, they balance making sure you are finding what you need and leaving you alone to shop well. The experienced staff always knows the merchandise and the newer ones improve over time. I do regret that the stores do not always carry the same merchandise. It's hard to purchase online, when you don't know the weight or material of the item, but it's not their fault, just a system comment. What I love most about this staff is that they try and remember sizes and preferences of return customers which is so helpful and definitely makes you feel like you have a personal shopper. Merchandise was in the floor, fixtures half empty while others way too full. Brands are mixed, styles are mixed... wasn't sure what I was looking at. Mannequins are missing limbs and their outfits don't match. The only bright spot was the young lady at the front register gave a nice greeting. Others never even said hello or offered assistance. I've worked in retail for many years and whoever manages this store needs to be retrained or demoted.
