I love TJ Maxx for all the great merchandise and how low the prices are. I love that they have some nice clearance items for jewelry and their selection of shoes are not all last season styles. Long line at registers while 2 female employees hung clothes and yucked it up while watching the line get longer. When I asked for the manager's name, she said I was talking to her. I asked why she let the line get so long and she said " I just asked someone to open up". Really? After we all stood in line for over 15 minutes? And what about the 2 women slowly hanging clothes ? Horrible representation of the TJMaxx brand. The store was a hot mess as well. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. The one on Glades Rd in Boca is so much better that it is worth the drive I will not darken the doorway of this location again! read more

I can always count on TJ Maxx for good value fashion and accessories. I was wearing a pair of pants without a belt and my pants kept falling off, so I decided to get a belt, since I was on my way to see friends and I was not close to our condo. The selection of belts is really good, you can pick leather, fabric, faux leather, etc...the variety of textures and colors are really good as well....and of course, the prices are excellent....you can pick any item by price point, material, look, etc. Great place for bargains ! read more

If I could give a zero as my review I definitely would. The manager walked around acting like she was busy while 2 employees worked the registers and the line got longer and longer. I bought clearance plant pots. One was not tagged and I was told it was the only outdoor pot in the store not clearance. Again the manager was too busy acting like she was busy doing ABSOLUTELY ​nothing that she couldn't be bothered to make a tag for the pot to be scanned. We had to wait for someone to come from the back to make a tag. Don't work retail of you don't like people and don't want to be bothered with them. WHY?? Is someone who clearly should not be a manager put in that position. She was rude and useless. read more

Yea so I was just in this TJMaxx location and let me tell if you'll have a great time there if you want to be stuck in a store for hours. Everyone that works there moves in slow motion and helps you at the same pace. I was at the jewelry counter and no one was behind it. I was just browsing at this time. I shortly after found 2 pieces I wanted to buy. I waited a few more mins and another shopper came over looking too. Well this shopper went a found a store associate to run the jewelry counter. Instead of helping me the first person that was at the counter (and I would've only taken 5 seconds because I knew what I wanted) no guess what she helped the other customer. Well this customer wanted to try on every piece of jewelry that was in the TjMax jewelry glass case. Instead of the employee explaining that there was another customer she let the customer play dress up for 20 MINS. Now I know your thinking why the hell would you wait 20 mins...I wanted to get some pieces for my husbands birthday and well foreshadowing that didn't happen. I kept looking over with the "hello I wanna buy something" eyes and did not even get an acknowledgment. After the customer was done playing dress up she bought 2 out of the 110 items she tried on and she was rung up. After her purchase was complete she continued to ask to try on more things. The best part is THE ASSOCIATE LET HER. HELLO I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE. I huffed and puffed they could see I was annoyed and after the customer finally finished and left the store associate straight up left the counter. SHE DID NOT SAY TWO WORDS TO ME AT ALL. I looked for a manager with no luck. And just left my cart and left. Good thing Marshall's and Burlington are across the street I drove right over and was able to find what I needed at no problem and no wait. So if you go to this TJMax just know you'll probably be there for 3 hours or more waiting in a line somehow for fast fashion. Would I go back probably it's TJMax but if I see the jewelry associate I will definitely ask for someone else to serve me. Definitely try any other store first Marshall's, Burlington, and Target are all on the same strip so try those first before you spend your time here. read more

Bad customer servic. I spend 200 dollars and I bought a bottle of coke to enjoyed my ride back home. On the way out my coke droped and shaked on the ground. When i asked if I could switch the coke for a unshake I was refused the good customer service... Dont come to this tj max location. Picke a different one read more

Went into this TJ Max with my mom, looked at the jewelry which had really cute selection and Debbie was amazing, she helped us and spoke to us so nicely. The reason for the 1 star review is due to her racist coworker who asked Debbie "is everything ok?" Which I responded to "why wouldn't it be ?" Then she proceeded to give us a death stare, and she asked "is there a problem?" Yes, the problem is that we are in the year 2023 and there is still COLORISM and RACISM in this world. I asked her "should there be a problem ?" please don't go here if you want to get racially profiled for being a person of color. Love my earrings tho ! read more

Most unfriendly staff at the registers I've ever seen. They seem put off that they have to ring you up.

MASK WEARING PROTOCOLS It says that masks are required, but I just left the store & all of the merchandise I was about to purchase because, when I pointed out to a manager that there was a young woman shopper blatantly not wearing a mask, this manager rudely told me they offer masks to those who enter without one, but cannot force anyone to wear a mask if they say they have a medical reason not to wear one. This particular shopper was young & appeared healthy as she browsed the racks unaided...but really, ANYONE WHO IS TOO SICK TO WEAR A MASK SHOULD STAY HOME & SHOP ONLINE. This is during the worst time in the pandemic. I will never shop here again. No wonder they are closing. read more

Good and clean, standard selection and expectations for a Maxx location. Good selection of puppy toys, lots of pillows, and some wall artwork I have not seen at other locations. The kids selection seemed smaller than most, but we did find some good books near the checkout area. Found some brand playdouh for a great price, stuffed into the kitchen section that was a must have for the kids. Wife found a couple of dresses, but no swim suits in stock which is disappointing because that is what we came in for. The men's section was not as large as other locations, and the men's toilet was an absolute gross disaster. Staff was nice and courteous as to be expected and quick on the check out. It's TJ Maxx, what more can I say. I did find what I was looking for at a reasonable price but not my first choice of a day shopping. I see this store as functional for needed items but it was a bit messy. I will give them points for keeping the check-out process moving and being pleasant. This is the worst TJ Maxx/Homegoods I've seen. They are massively understaffed and the store is so cluttered. The line to purchase items is always out of the gate and over 20 minutes just to check out! I've actually put down what I was going to buy and walked out of the store because the line was so long. They are losing business due to understaffed, stressed, and pissed off employees. read more

This TJ Maxx is in a great location, convenient to the road and has a good amount of parking available. The store is on the smaller size but has a lot of products to offer. It isn't always the cleanest of most organized but there is always plenty of staff reorganizing aisles and displays so you know that they are at least trying to stay on top of things. The prices are pretty good, but like with most stores, it just depends on the item. read more

I can't stress enough on how horrible this store and the workers made my fiancé and I feel tonight. We are an interracial couple. We have spent a lot of money at this location. Go there more then often, but tonight, was different. Since the moment we walked in, they had people watching my fiancé. We went there to buy a purse for me. I was walking around trying to see if the one I wanted was still there. My fiancé was walking around and then I told him to come here and as soon as he walked to the back with me, a employee walked right past us and was just watching. Made my fiancé and I feel so uncomfortable. So we let it go. Then we went on the other side, the worker in the jewelry section pointed and watched us as well!! I couldn't find the purse I wanted so he asked me if I wanted anything els, I walked to the home goods section, and there goes another one!! A employee watching and walking closely looking at us like we were trying to STEAL!!! Not a single person asked us how can we help you, how are you guys doing today. They were following my fiancé because of his appearance and mine! So, I decided not to spend my money there because of the horrible, disgusting not to mention raciest actions being shown to us. As we walk out holding hands, the jewelry employee says, there they go and 2 of the people behind the counter watch us. The guy eyed my fiancé down and didn't take his eyes off of him like he walked the security sensors to go off! We walked all the way to my car and the man still stalked us!
