This was a very good Kohl's. It was clean and well organized. And it had a lot of merchandise. More than the last two of this brand that I'd been to recently. I'm on their mailing list for specials, etc. And I recently received a limited time coupon for 40 percent off -- only good today and tomorrow. So of course, i had to check them out. I used to shop at Kohl's quite a bit back in the day, especially for kids clothing, but also for myself. However on my last few visits I've noticed that the store has taken a bit of a downturn. I might be crazy, but it seems like there is much less merchandise here than there used to be. In particular in the men's department, I had a hard time finding anything that I was looking for. It also looks visibly sparse, much more so than it used to. Sadly, it reminded me of what latter day Sears look like shortly before it collapsed. Also one of the two entrances was closed off. Nothing says nice vibrant store like closing off one entrance with a shopping cart. Not that it made a difference, the store was generally empty I was there at about 5:00 on a Friday and there were maybe 6 people in the entire store. I also have to mention the idiotic shift with how they process Kohl's website returns. Kohl's is very different from Amazon in that they do not give you free labels or free returns. You either have to pay to mail it in or go to the store to return it. They used to process returns in the back at the dedicated customer service desk which was fairly easy. But for some reason that area is now "Amazon returns only". So customers who decided to purchase something from Kohl's over Amazon now have to wait in the checkout line to return something, while people that went to their competitor get to do an easy drop off. Like can Kohl's corporate be any stupider? They're just making the competition look good at their own expense. Anyway, still not a terrible store. They do serve a purpose and hey there aren't many traditional department stores left. I guess Macy's is kind of close but it all kind of feels like a dying breed. Three stars. read more

I can always find what I'm looking for at Kohl's and there is amazing choices. Not only can shopping the store, I can shop online too.

My visit here wasn't great. The merchandise was not organized well and it was not a fun experience. I was looking for a few blazers & they were in both the ladies department and near the coats/jackets. This created a lot of frustration on my end. I didn't find what I was looking for but I did leave with one new top that I liked which I found in the Nine West section of the ladies department. The lines were long with only two cashiers open. Waiting on a fifteen minute line to purchase one item seemed ridiculous & it was. I understand they are short staffed like the rest of the world but I was still annoyed. I did look at their website and found a few items I will order. The website had a larger selection of colors/sizes of many of the items I saw in the store. I hate shopping in general especially since covid, but for now I will continue to shop online. The sales people on the floor were a mixed bag; two ladies were not able or willing to help me because they were busy chatting-with each other. One sweet girl did go out of her way to help me find items I might like. I wish I remembered her name because she was spectacular. Lots of available parking in their large lot. read more

Walked into the store. No one greeted me even though we made eye contact. I came to this location to grab something from the Sephora located inside. They didn't have what I needed, but I remember I needed to grab a sweater and sweat pants for my upcoming trip. The store is relatively clean. They got shipping, so that's what was mostly in the main aisle. I did get help with directions to the product I was interested in. The price was decent. I did overhear that the store gives kohl bucks to its members, so maybe I need to look more into that because I look forward to a good deal. read more

Nothing again here for my teen son. Need size 16 dress slacks and they are empty. They basically have very casual items for teen boys. They have plenty of dresses if you are a teen girl. Not sure why there is such a huge differential. Not happy. read more

Gonna rate this based off my one experience. So the service was somewhat well, only because someone working the sections was very polite with me and put effort into helping. However, the main register has a rude employee there who didn't seem to want to help and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain my problem. And then proceed to give me unclear instructions. The selection here is very little with what I was looking for which is professional clothes. I barely found any different brands or different styles. That goes for the pants and the shirt. Price is also expensive, nothing here was cheap for what it is. And when I tried to use a coupon it didn't work nor could I find what the coupon worked for, nor did I get help with that. All in all after spending already 20-30 minutes trying to buy 2 pieces of clothing I decided to just leave and go to target. Wouldn't recommend shopping here, service is awful, selection is subpar, and the pricing is ridiculous. 2 stars only for the nice employee working in the store sections. read more

Beautiful colorful things. I've shopped at Kohl's, my family has shopped there. They offer alot of merchandise for pretty decent prices. My dad went to Kohl's one day and bought me two shirts..he kind of went with his instinct on what my taste was. Totally loved both of them. For a long time afterward, when I wore them I would get compliments. Both of them were bright and colorful..just Florida pretty. They really do have an assortment. I like Kohl'd because they have so much..it's almost impossible not to find something. My only pet peeve is the setup..seems always to be mobbed there, no matter what time you go. I guess that's good for them but on a hot day with so many people, it can put me off. But I'm still a big fan. read more

But they only ever have things in XS or XXL. It's very frustrating. Today I tried to buy two bras, same brand, but two different styles because one style didn't have my size, of course. When I went to check out, I couldn't get them buy-one-get-one half off because they weren't the same style. Despite costing the same, same brand, same discount offered for both styles... and the lady at the register must have asked me 6 times to get a credit card since the discount wasn't working. I kept saying "no" and finally just left everything behind. What a wasted trip. Not sure they'll be open much longer, I'll end up buying my bras on Amazon. read more

This is the cleanest and best kept Kohl's in Florida! This location stocks a lot of different clothing items that you won't find in other Kohl's outside of the area. I first came to this Kohl's when I found the Miramar Kohl's to be in a disarray that was headache producing. My journey was fruitful! Went to Kohl's this week for their usual every week sale. I always buy the same polo shirts in different colors . They are almost always on sale for $12.95. Now for their big sale they were $20.00, but there was a coupon for 15% off. So the shirts I buy for $12.95 were now $17.00 Such a deal! Only stupid suckers think they are getting a bargain. BEWARE! They do not give full refunds as promised by cashier. Kohl's stole more than 10.00 from me returning a pair of sneakers I bought online. I will never return to their store again. I bought the sneakers online for $56.00. After picking them up, I decided to run into the store and use up my $10.00 Kohl's cash buying 2 small items and then paying the difference of $3.72. I had asked the cashier pryer to ringing it up, if I return the sneakers, do I have to bring back the coupon items as well, in order to get my full refund. She said yes!!!!! She did not elaborate on how it works when using the Kohl cash dollars and that I would not get my full amount back. WEll, to my horror, returning the sneakers and the 2 items yesterday, the manager had the nerve to tell me the $10.00 coupon was 'used up'. I said I don't want the trinket items, therefore trying to return the items so I can get my full refund back on the sneakers plus the coupon items I purchased. They refused to refund me in full and took off a full 10.00 plus giving me back less tax money on it as well. So I took back my trinkets, which I ultimately don't want. Now I'm out nearly $15.00 for a very uncomfortable pair of sneakers that I had just pick up. I got back ony $44.00 for the sneakers. Stuck with 2 crap items I didn' t need or want, just to use up the 10.00 Kohl Cash. They completely rob people out of their money this way. For every person they do this to, they make money. This should be told to people prior to using your stupid Kohl's cash dollars, which is not a gift in the end. The cashier lied to me, either she did not know the policy or was too lazy to repeat or just wanted to make the sale. The lame manager let me leave the store fuming. I don't think this is legal practice for consumers. I will reach out to the Florida consumer division. Amazing deals always! This is my go to store for anything and everything. I suggest you sign up for a card to get coupons and Kohl's Cash frequently. Rewards add up and you can use multiple on one purchase. My favorite thing here is the house decor. It's almost always on sale and makes a great gift. The wooden sayings are all super cute. :) The clothes for kids and adults are trendy and good quality. The shoe selection is great. I love doing school clothes shopping here. This location is clean, organized well, and has nice staff. One time I needed to return a bed sheet that I lost the package and receipt for and they did it! Went right back on my Kohl's Card. Good Human Resources, hired a manager that has the skill set for some corporate policies except for the policy that says don't stand and chat while on company time. Interestingly enough ask the manager a question regarding work and she is verbally assertive or company policy. Although Chatty Cathy is good at that she lacks people skills and should be working in a place where she does not have to be social. Being a ride corporate store manger while being a their on company time makes you just that a rude thief , nothing more. Like all Kohls, prices are great. But the representatives here all hate people. They put on a great facade, but none of them want to help you. They all push you to another associate. And each one changes store policy - first they can look up my Kohl's charge then they can't and then all of a sudden they can. And don't even get me started on their shipping policy - first person said they'd ship it to my home then the next said to the nearest kohl's store and then the last only to the store. I used to work at Kohl's in NY and was surprised at the lack of professionalism of the staff. While I was there, an employee stood in the front of the store and yelled to another employee while asking a personal question. A woman who worked there asked him, "Did you just yell out across the store?" He responded like it wasn't a big deal. Also, a woman waited on me in jewelry and she was rushing me and wasn't very helpful. She had somewhat of an attitude and I ended up not wanting her to wait on me any longer. When I was checking out, there was a customer at one of the registers who was obviously very unhappy with the clerk. She asked for the clerk's last name and the clerk was clearly not at all apologetic. The clerk got on the phone and asked another clerk if she should waste the manager's time with a question she needed answered for the customer. Wow, that sure was rude! Recently came to this department store looking for a couple different pieces of clothing. Store looked to be very cleaned and well taken care of. I was able to find a couple shirts that I liked very much. While standing in line for checkout I was greeted by what looked like to be the manager or assistant manager for the store who was very friendly. I shopped at Kohl's (Boynton Beach) yesterday to spend my Kohl's cash before it expired. After looking through shoes, appliances, and bedding, I finally made a decision. A beautiful comforter made by Vera Wang that I thought was on clearance 60% off. Since it was on a display bed and the sign clearly said 60% off, I was ecstatic. It was in range of the amount of my Kohl's cash and there was only one left in a King size. So it was meant to be. I went to check out and found out it was mislabeled and was still the original price making it out of my price range. I went back to the bedding department to figure out the discrepancy and ran into the manager on staff at that time, Tara. She could probably sense I was going to lose it and listened to my situation. She agreed that it was mislabeled however honored the 60% off due to the mistake of the store. Thank you for asking if we needed help and resolving the issue quickly. I finally made a decision to get something for myself and was so excited to walk out without paying a dime for my Vera Wang bedding thanks to my Kohl's cash and Tara's assistance.
