When he finally did it was up to two years and already in my kitchen the ceiling has a major leak. I understand the ADU is not covered but this is the main part of the roof. I contacted Pete as the certification is good for two years. His mailbox is always full and when he finally answered texts he stopped by when I wasn't there to check out the damage. All good and we decided he would come back and get started. That was the end of june. He got back to my texts once since then saying he had a huge project and would get to me when he is done. Pete and his crew came the next day, evaluated the job, and provided me with an estimate that evening that was a very reasonable price. The following morning the crew was on-site and beginning work. They completed the job in a timely manor, the workers were polite, and when the job was done they left the property clean and debris free. Pete and his crew fixed the mistakes of the previous individual that was hired and my roof didn't have a single leak with all of the rain (even hurricane Hillary)! We are just as pleased now as we were then with the quality of workmanship done on the remodel. It even held up superbly during 2019's summer of earthquakes! The workmen are respectful of the house and, while they came and went freely, they never wanted to be in the way or to inconvenience us any more than they had to. They are family men who are kind and courteous, work hard, and do it all day every day. The work site was clean both physically and in language/demeanor of the workmen. When we looked for licensed contractors for the job, we narrowed it down to 3 who were within about $1500 of each other for the same job. Working with Marilupe was a dream! A female contractor had the very best measuring tools, communicated clearly and as frequently as needed, and was very thorough. When we requested to get cabinets through a local company rather than regular suppliers, she happily began that partnership and the whole job was coordinated and finished earlier than anticipated and with great quality products. Don't be afraid to ask for something if you want it! We're still thrilled with everything and how it was installed. I recommend them to everyone I know looking to do some remodeling!

We initially called them out to repair a roof leak after discovering a few broken roof tiles around and below our solar panels. Based on the visible damage, it appeared that area was the source of the leak. After the repairs were completed, we experienced another significant rainstorm and unfortunately discovered the leak was still present. When I contacted Heritage Roofing Solutions, Johnny immediately stood behind his work. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area. He identified the underlying issue and repaired the entire section beneath the solar panels. What impressed me most was that Johnny completed the additional repairs at no charge. That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is hard to find these days. Throughout the process, the entire crew was professional, friendly, punctual, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed and provided detailed before-and-after photos so we could clearly see the repairs that had been made. If you're looking for an honest roofing company that stands behind its work and truly cares about its customers, Heritage Roofing Solutions is an excellent choice. We couldn't be happier with the service we received.

FAST, EFFICIENT, CLEAN AND EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE!!!…read more I called Kern Co. Roofing for an estimate on a roof I have been having issues with for a few years. I thought the original job was inadequate. Mike did not criticize the quality of the original roof job, but took the time to explain that all tile roofs require frequent upkeep (I thought tile roofs were good for 50+ yrs with no upkeep). Long story short they repaired my roof for far less money that I expected. They started and finished the work much sooner than originally estimated and the job was left clean and free of debris. I know I have to wait until it rains again to fully test the outcome, but for now I am much relieved and have no doubt that if there are future issues, Kern Co. Roofing will stand behind their work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
