John is the nicest guy. He cares about your wants needs and cares about the money your spending. He took his time and explained everything! We were very informed. My husband being an architect, always specs out Milgard windows and was very familiar with them. John suggested a 60/40 front and back windows and I am so happy I went with them. Our house is 1939 ranch style bunglow. It looks amazing. Did we get another quote from a different company? Yes at $82k (you can guess the company name by the price) I'm NO Thank You! I would have expected them to send me an email letting me know the situation and the solution but they didn't . I had to follow up with them to make sure they were actually going to get it fixed. They took another week to finally fix it. I also caught one of there employees making a disturbing comment on my ring camera thinking it didn't work . I called them and advised them about the comment they had made and how I had it on video and they didn't seem to care . There employees were also seen the next morning really early in the morning sitting in there van in the neighborhood. Honestly really unprofessional and sketchy people.. I wouldn't trust them in my house without supervision at all times. They cared more about getting the remaining balance then their customer satisfaction or dealing with there employee's, even threaten to send me to collections and get a mechanical lien for 299 dollars All the attempts made by you guys where to collect the remaining balance . None of those attempts where to obtain the video or figure out why I was unsatisfied .

The licensed contractor was not present on site and crews worked unsupervised. After documenting defects, we terminated the contract in writing. Despite this, we received lien threats and continued pressure to proceed with additional work. We are now obtaining independent estimates to remove the failed coating and correct the damage. Mike, Max, and Velgin installed the front windows, which were larger and more complex. Their skill and precision were impressive, especially given the size and weight of the units. They also installed the patio wood and bathroom windows. Jose, David, and Steven handled the west-side windows. Jose R., the Project Manager, completed a bedroom window that required stucco cutting to meet current fire codes. His workmanship was first-rate, and the finished result looks beautiful. During installation, a cracked bedroom window and patio lock were identified. Burtiny Carter promptly arranged for replacements after we sent photos, and both were replaced on October 18, 2023. The entire visit felt like a long sales presentation rather than someone actually trying to help with my window project. To make matters worse, he never even gave me a real quote. It was more like him saying the project would probably be around $60,000 for 15 windows and 2 sliders. There was no real breakdown or formal estimate, just a number thrown out there after all the talking. I had already received other quotes around $20,000 for similar work. When I mentioned that, the sales rep said that if someone is quoting $20,000 it must be cheap products that will not last more than six years. That sounded more like a scare tactic than an honest explanation. The most annoying part was at the end. I told him that it seemed like he did not even want to measure anything around my house and that it was fine if he just left. Instead of addressing that, he actually had the audacity to tell me that a survey would be coming and asked me to give him a 10 star review. After sitting through a long sales pitch, not even receiving a real quote, and then being asked for a perfect review, the whole experience felt like a complete waste of time. I simply wanted someone to come out, measure the windows, and give me a fair and honest price.
