Since my vent goes to the roof rather than the side, I didn't want to do it myself. He set a specific time for the appointment, not a "window" time. He was within 5 minutes of that time, even with that little of a delay, he called and let us know. He was quick and efficient, I think to do both took him right around 30 minutes including the paperwork. He was polite and genuinely pleasant to deal with. The pricing was a special he is running, if you check his page, I think it runs till the end of the month. If you need this service and don't want do/can't do it yourself, I would absolutely recommend him.

Eric arrived on-time and stated something is wrong with your sink and it appears it has to be remounted. He stated Daniel does this work for us and is one of our plumbers. Daniel took a look this week and gave me a fair estimate for repairs. In addition to the sink, he found a leak on the cold water side of the faucet. The people here at Can Do are all excellent. Daniel, Eric, and Tyler did their estimates and plumbing work this week and the next day I met Renee and Christian that repaired the dry wall area where repairs were made to fix the water leak. I was then quoted $765 to repair the shower. The technician himself told me the company is expensive but said they provide a warranty. I understand paying for quality work and a warranty, but $765 for this repair felt completely unreasonable to me. What made the experience worse is that another licensed plumbing company reviewed the same problem and quoted me $285, including the shower cartridge, removing the broken/stuck part, and fixing the handle. That is a difference of $480 for essentially the same repair. I also received an estimate totaling $688 for other plumbing work, including a shower/faucet cartridge and a toilet fill valve/supply line. After already paying $125 just for the service visit and having nothing repaired, I felt the overall pricing was excessive and unfair. I understand that companies can set their own prices, but customers should know what they may be getting into. In my experience, I paid $125, nothing was fixed, and I was left with a very high repair quote. I recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to the work.
