Both he and I tried to figure out what brand this unit was but could not. He took pictures. I did a google reverse photo search which is hardly comprehensive and it was possibly a LC unit. So he charges me 110.00 and says he will try to figure it out and get back to me. A week later I have heard nothing back, I called for a status check. The receptionist paged the guy in the field then relayed back that, "he doesn't know what brand it is. He'll sell you a new system " Heaven help us! The guy ghosted me and now wants to extract from me a lot more than 110.00? Think not! Avoid this company, they are not the only game in town

I just lost all my confidence in Cardinal. If they can't do something so simple and easy; how can I ever trust them to do something complicated and difficult? I never had this problem with them in the past. I can no longer recommend Cardinal. This morning Indian Wells Valley Plumbing showed up, drilled the hole into my sink which is thin sheet metal, and installed the air gap kit. It took them half an hour and they under charged me $130 from their original estimate of $150-$175. In less than 24 hours after I called them, the air gap is installed. They don't try to rip you off like other plumbers do. You can trust IWVP.
