The next day Mario and boss, Cris, came by to give me an estimate to paint the trim on my house and out building. Some wood was rotten and in need of replacing. The estimate was as expected so Cris and Mario started work midweek and finished Saturday. More rotted wood was discovered (50 yo house), so price went up some.
