Ultimately, I chose Advance Doors and Chris in particular because of his flexibility...during that first schedule meeting...my schedule changed suddenly and he instead met with my realtor. He adjusted to the change, no problem, and followed up with a reasonable quote to replace two old doors with new style track slide up doors with openers. I also had him instal a rollup door (like those on industrial business for my workshop(adjacent to the garage). We had to change the install dates a couple of time due to my schedule and the weather and through it all Chis was cool. Miguel came out within a couple hours, took a look and confirmed the spring had gone to wherever broken springs go. Of course our home builder used the cheapest door they could find (Miguel was impressed it lasted as long as it did) so we got a fair price to replace the spring components for the next morning.
