The tech found it was just a washer out of place, fixed it in seconds, and confirmed nothing was broken--yet I was charged $190. Overpriced and untrustworthy. I'll never use them again, and I'd recommend others stay away.

They visited our home seven times in a attempt to service our upstairs unit. They finally said they weren't able to diagnose it. Another company was sent and they diagnosed it as a bad compressor and replaced it. These folks aren't technically capable of working on sophisticated equipment and wasted months of our time . Their degree of ineptitude is astonishing and I don't have the time or patience to explain every crazy thing they did in our home. Just beware and stay away from them .

The absolute worst experience. 10,500.00 for a Lennox unit bought in May of 2025. We have already…read morehad problems the night it was installed( would not cut on), the first cold night it went out( they had hooked it to the old line and not installed a new breaker for it), then June 13 it was out until the evening of the 17 because of a bad TXV. Now the TXV is out again and they want 400.00 for labor to come and fix it again, plus 150..00 for the last time...for a unit that is less than a year and three months old. Quiet the racket isn't it? Faulty parts and multiple labor charges to fix the faulty parts. Asked for a new unit as it is under a 10 year warranty...nope they won't do that. Saw on the internet that Lennox is not having good reports and can't keep parts in stock for repairs. Why would a company install a unit that was already being called a failure online? Just so over trying to expect good service when clearly all they care about is money. So disappointed.I think they are aware that we are hot and thinking that we will pay anything to get it fixed so why not 400.00 for labor.

I've been using Palmetto Heat & Air for years now. I get their annual Furnace and AC tune ups, have…read morehad them seal my old ducts, install a whole-house air filtration system, do multiple repairs, and most recently, replace my dead AC and old furnace with a new system. Their price has always been fair, their communication good to excellent, their advice trustworthy, their work fast and professional, they tidy up well afterwards, and I've been very happy with the final results. I love my new AC unit. It's incredibly quiet! People sometimes underestimate the importance of a good installer who will be around if you have problems later (it's always possible to get a lemon from the factory). It makes a huge difference in how well your unit works and how long it lasts. I highly recommend Palmetto--and I've had enough experiences with them to see their consistent quality.
