    Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!…read more I reached out to TrueClimate HVAC early yesterday morning and was honestly surprised to get a same-day appointment! By 3:30 p.m., "Q" was onsite -- professional, courteous, and every bit what you'd hope for from a true pro. After giving me a quick overview of the company and the process, Q jumped right into diagnosing the problem. Within about an hour, he pinpointed the issue, broke down all the electrical jargon so l could easily understand it, and clearly explained the repair options and pricing. He returned the next day exactly when promised, got straight to work, and within 30-40 minutes everything was repaired, cleaned up, and working perfectly. Huge kudos to Q and the entire TrueClimate HVAC team -- you've earned a lifetime customer. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for professional, prompt, and reliable HVAC service!

    UPDATE... Today I received a threat to sue from the "owner" of this establishment. Yes you came to…read moremy home and provided INTIAL SERVICE to my HVAC System but I didn't mention in my review here on Yelp that you also left me overnight October 31, 2025, in the Freezing Cold on one of the coldest nights in South Carolina because you forgot to turn the Service back on once you cleaned my system and when I contacted you you stated you would return "first thing in the morning" for that SERVICE you were PAID $1604.58! On the day of service you proceeded to ask if I wanted to purchase a maintenance agreement which included emergency service I agreed. You FAILED to provide the service in that agreed upon agreement. After repeated attempts at "Emergency Service" per your agreement you failed to provide said service! I asked you to cancel that agreement and refund my money and you stated I had already used the bulk of the service agreement and you would only refund $375. Hummmm I contacted my credit card company and after going back and forth with you and me last week they AGREED with me and credited my account $1600 from the TOTAL I PAID IN FULL TO YOU OF $3204.58! Now this morning you send me a text threatening to take me to court! GO AHEAD I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT!! BUT IN THE MEANTIME DO NOT CONTACT ME ANYMORE!! Ohhh and feel free to take this up with CHASE Bank and it's affiliates as they are the one who heard your Side and heard mine and CREDITED MY ACCOUNT $1600! Mahalo

    The manufactured home dealership HomeMax in Lexington, that I purchased my home from, hired Dallas…read moreRowe to install my HVAC. I used the Labor Licensing Board to track down who he was licensed under since I was given no last name or business name with only his phone number to get in touch with him. Dallas has been ghosting us since the very beginning when we had issues during the summer with the unit that was installed on February 18, 2025, freezing up. Leaving my very pregnant self and my two children dying from the heat in an over 80-degree house in mid-summer. We had to wait for the unit to defrost and after asking for him to come out to check on why it froze up, we heard NOTHING back. Now during these incredibly cold times with the state of emergency due to ice and the snow that we had the past two weekends. We noticed another issue. This one was worse than the last seeing as we had no HEAT and now, we have a 5-month-old baby that's been suffering with us. I reached back out to Dallas, although I never heard anything from him the past summer and once the dealer reached out and told him to give me a call, he started texting me. Telling me to check my breaker outside where the Duke Progress box is and make sure it's not flipped in which I didn't want to touch due to the warning labels and lock on the front of it telling you not to touch it and trying to blame the fact that I replaced the face of the thermostat for the issue. I ended up hiring Aire Serv to come and inspect everything, which pointed out the unit is wired wrong at this point I've reached out a ton through texts, attempted calls, left voicemails, and I'm still being dodged since I called Dallas out on how the issue was he wired my unit wrong in the very beginning. I paid $90 to have it diagnosed when I shouldn't have had to pay $1 if the HVAC guy wired the unit right in the beginning. Aire Serv has in the invoice the heat kit is a 15 KW but only 5 KW of the heat strips are coming on. Therefore, when the unit is in defrost mode, it blows out cold air.... which we have felt a TON and wasn't sure what was going on.... My 5-month-old has been waking up at 4am cold because I can't exactly cover his face with a blanket and no empathy has been given at ALL by the Dallas that according to the labor licensing board works for this company. I'm going to take this as far as I need to until someone comes out and fixes his mistake and refunds me for Aire Serv having to troubleshoot his mistake since he refuses to get in touch with us and take responsibility.
