I can always find what I need and the staff is helpful to answer any questions I ask. No matter what hairstyle I want to try out, I can find the right products and items to take care of it. If I want the latest brand or if I want to make my own Ayurvedic hair treatments, I can find what I need. The owner is such a sweet lady and she is always willing to help, she even helped me with cutting the lace on a unit before for my protective style. The store has a reward card to earn points and savings and the prices are affordable for great quality products. Like the name of the store, hair plus - they have hair plus more...lol. The store is large with a big selection of everything hair related! While on my hair growth journey, I find all of my hair care things, protective style items, and hair fashion. I went in and was blown away by all of the different scents that they have! They are cruelty free, use no harsh chemicals, plant based, and items are handmade daily. I bought two laundry soaps (they were buy one get one), shower oil, body scrub, two soap sleeves (LOVE THESE SO MUCH), two soap bars, and a bath bomb for around $60. This price is unheard of for everything that I purchased! The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because I had a reaction to the actual scent that I bought. I purchased 'Good Morning Sunshine' in all of the products except the soap bars. My skin reacted fine to the soap bars, but I had a reaction that left my skin itching all over. When I reached out to customer service, I was told to speak with the manager (Julie) for either an exchange or refund due to the reaction. When I arrived to the store, Julie was not there so another manager helped me. This store is so new that it seems like everyone is still trying to learn how to use the system! Unfortunately, I was not able to get an actual refund to my card. I did end up getting store credit, which is great, but I probably will not be able to use it! I am planning on passing this store credit on to someone who loves Lush as much as I do and can benefit from trying something new! The employees at this store are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure all of your questions are answered! There is a place where you can try their items as well! I definitely recommend doing this! I loved the feeling of putting on the shower oil after using the body scrub. It sounds like this reaction was definitely scent related... my nerves got the best of me and I was too afraid to try the unscented due to the past few weeks of constant itching. I now am back to using my regular laundry detergent and skin care items!

I went to Buff City Soap recently for the first time and they were having a sale on laundry so I decided to try their dryer balls that weren't part of the sale but they gave me a sample so it was a good buy for me. I tried their laundry detergent and am very impressed, my clothes have never smelled and felt better as the detergent comes with Soap With 100 % Coconut Oil, Citric Acid, Washing Powder, Essential Oils and/or Phthalate & Paraben Free Fragrances. My clothes are so soft and feel fresh. The Wool Dryer Balls (3 Pack) are great as they replace those stupid dryer sheets and I just read on their website now that you can return to any Makery to get them re-scented. I knew that I needed to get the re- scented every 100 loads but wow! Another thing I want to note is that I didn't like the scent that I got at all so I brought them back the next day and they just switched them out, no questions asked. Great customer service. Can't wait to go back soon and try more.

Like most large beauty supply stores, they carry a variety of hair, wigs, makeup, jewelry, purses, and hair products but it's the great customer service that separates them from the rest.
