It has pretty much all of the products you could ever want for very affordable prices (so many things to possibly try in the future). Oyin products are my personal saves right now, and it's so nice to be able to go in and just pull them off the shelf rather than ordering them online. The music selections were on point, and all of the people working there were super friendly and nice to talk to. Plus, they're very interested in feedback, which is always a good look for a new business. The store is a bit of a drive for me, but I think it's one that I'll happily be making regularly because it's worth it.

I can always find what I need and the staff is helpful to answer any questions I ask. No matter what hairstyle I want to try out, I can find the right products and items to take care of it. If I want the latest brand or if I want to make my own Ayurvedic hair treatments, I can find what I need. The owner is such a sweet lady and she is always willing to help, she even helped me with cutting the lace on a unit before for my protective style. The store has a reward card to earn points and savings and the prices are affordable for great quality products. Like the name of the store, hair plus - they have hair plus more...lol. The store is large with a big selection of everything hair related! While on my hair growth journey, I find all of my hair care things, protective style items, and hair fashion. The staff is diverse, so I appreciate product knowledge and personal hair care experience that employees are able to share. I've never had a bad customer service experience in the many years that I've shopped here. I also shop here because this location has the largest selection of gray (salt/pepper) hair products. My exact hair color is difficult to find at other supply stores. Like most large beauty supply stores, they carry a variety of hair, wigs, makeup, jewelry, purses, and hair products but it's the great customer service that separates them from the rest.

They had everything the other store didn't have and then some. I was looking for the GYNORMOUS bottles of pink lotion for my daughter's hair. Her hair is almost down to her waist so I go through this stuff like crazy. The beauty supply store by my house has been out the last 3 times I have been there so I had been buying the smaller bottles (which really pisses me off because they cost double the price of the big ones per ounce). This Saturday I had had it. I wasn't going to buy the small ones just because that was what they had in stock, and set out on a mission to find what I needed. I knew there was a hair store around the Northern Lights area by Kroger so I headed that way. They not only had 1 bottle, they had 3!! So of course, I bought all 3. They had tons of barrettes, hair pieces, beads, anything you could think of for ethnic hair care. This is my new go to location!!!!!!!!

So, dried out salt was shoved into my palm and water being squirted in my hand. The guy was talking so fast, I couldn't understand what he was saying. He was going on and on about the product which I guarantee will cause me to break out. I couldn't even check out the "business", products, or reviews online. I kept asking "how much" but I couldn't get a straight answer. I kept getting all these different prices and combinations and free products. What I can gather is the oily salt product is normally $79, on sale for $59 (but the company online sells for $54) and after trying to get away, was offered it for $29. Stupid me, I bought it and based on all the complaints and reviews I've read, I'll have to learn to live with the loss. I should have known how bad it was when I was handed a generic plastic bag with my salt purchase. This should be illegal and is probably considered assault based on other posts I've seen. When you see these fools I suggest you scream, "No means no", and call the police. Unfortunately there are many others that have been sucked into their scam. Stay clear!!!

So I've been here a couple of times now. And it's fun. Really- we walk around and make fun of most of the wigs, and pick out a few that might work for her. The staff are always helpful and join in the fun, the products seem decent in quality and price (though remember, I've never actually worn them; she likes them and they look good on her.) There's a large selection, in many styles; if you don't like the color, they usually have several varieties of each wig in the back. Don't forget styrofoam heads to store your extras, and the little headcaps for your hair. It looks like they have a lot of other hair accessories, but I can really only comment on the wig-related stuff.
