When I mentioned it, instead of clipping them, they were quickly filed, and it felt very rushed with little attention to detail. When it came time to apply the polish, I asked for white. The application was very messy, with polish getting onto my cuticles, and once my toes came out of the UV lamp, the polish was visibly bumpy. I was told it was due to my toenails, but I explained that my nails are not naturally like that it was the polish. More polish was added, but the issue remained, so I said again that I wasn't happy with how it looked. At that point, the polish was removed and another staff member stepped in, but unfortunately, the service still felt rushed. There were still visible bumps, and I didn't feel like proper care or time was being taken. By then, I just wanted to leave. Overall, I didn't feel heard or understood during the service, and it felt like they were more focused on finishing quickly than providing quality work. This was disappointing, especially since this is a paid service and I expected better attention to detail.
