Rude people running this place! Nasty woman flipped out on the phone yelling "I DON'T HAVE ORDER HISTORY FOR YOUR PHONE NUMBER!". It was our first, and last, time ordering from here. Wife asked for an order of steamed wonton (not fried) and they became very confused over the concept of steamed wontons. They had no idea what that is. When I picked up the order, I saw them microwaving fried wontons then dipped them in hot oil. I thought this was someone else's order, but, when we got home, there were the fried wontons! The Wonton Soup smelled like a wet dog, had no flavor, no shredded pork, no greens. When called about the mistake, they suddenly no longer understood English, mumbled something then hung up. Stiffed us on egg foo young which we ordered for first time to try after having ordered from them perhaps 100 times in last eight years. (Never came with order) Woman on phone told me next time they would add to our order for free and when we called today about to order another 70 dollars worth of food she said she remembered from three months ago that we never paid for that specific dish and she would have to charge us full price. Bad business model and bad service. We will never order from them again which is a shame because their food is amazing for a strip mall delivery place. Hearts broken :-(. The people who run this restaurant are pretty nice and always greet me with a big smile, which is a huge pro in my book. The food is pretty standard chinese takeout but over the years I have found that the amount given and the quality have begun to deteriorate a little bit. I used to love this take out restaurant.... until they confused me totally .... I have been ordering fro here for 2 years now... I am a vegetarian and I was happy that they cater to vegetarian needs very well. I always order a tofu soup and it was delicious. Last Sunday when I tried to place an order and asked for a vegetarian broth.... the guy on the other side said all their soups have meat broth and they never make veggies broth.... I was shocked and I told him I order almost every alternate day and the lady on phone has assured me it's veggies broth.... and this info is new to me.... he still stuck to his version saying they. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 as I hope the "New Management" improves, we've been getting take out here for more than a decade, we ordered last week and everything tasted completely different. The soups were very salty, sauces all changed and the food did not agree with us. Called the next day to ask for the old owner and was told she's out on an extended leave of absence and they don't know when she will be back. The woman I was speaking to said she was the manager and would let the cook know. Unfortunately we're going to have to scratch this place off the list, although she claims the cook is the same I strongly suspect the owner and her husband, the original cook, have sold the place. read more

Live up the hill for 10 years and never tried it until recently. Really love it for take out. The shrimp and broccoli is so delicious that I keep ordering it every time but menu looks really good for traditional Chinese. Am now a regular. Would give it 5 stars if you're only interested in take out. The atmosphere doesn't appeal to me if you are looking for a sitdown meal in a restaurant. I am highly disappointed in the cleanliness and freshness of my food. The Lo Mein and shrimp was old. You could taste the sourness in the shrimp. The chicken was not clean at all. Last but not least, shrimp shells was in the white rice. No wonder my food came in 15 minutes.
