Ordered lunch online: lukewarm wonton soup served in a really small container (disappointing). Chicken and broccoli actually fairly good, but the serving too small. In a strip mall boxed in by office buildings (thank goodness for GPS). Indifferent service. I'm not hungry anymore, but I'm not really satisfied. Average. read more

Very good lo mein, good roasted pork dishes and good fried rice Shrimp with lobster sauce was bland and watery and expensive for what they give you I love their fast efficient delivery read more

The food is always good, fast service and the customer service is excellent. The prices are good and they have a wide variety of dishes. They are in a great location and are very prompt when delivering. Excellent choice to get your Szechuan fix....a definite must try!!!! read more

The food needs more flavoring, service is slow and service. Need to be dressed and cleaned up a bit more, ambience is poor. The inside, definitely needs updating and a good painting. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I ordered 3 containers of what you see in the picture and it was all broccoli... barely chicken and it came with three mini rice containers as you see for $30.34 (including tax). Cheapest Chinese takeout I've seen. Disrespectful to your customers. read more

Szechuan Delite - a plate of broccoli on a table - Chinese Near Me - Morris Plains, New Jersey

WATCH what you get charged here! I ordered online and paid online! Picture below... When I went to pick up this is the receipt (picture below) I got! All the prices were marked up! The online menu and the store menu are the same prices! They jacked up the prices on everything and didn't say a word. This is false advertising. These "new prices are not listed anywhere!" I gave them two stars because the food is tasty. read more

Consistency is something I have found missing in almost every takeout Chinese restaurant. Not the case here. Everything is not only great but it's consistently great. Excellent food and friendly staff. What's not to love. read more

Rude people running this place! Nasty woman flipped out on the phone yelling "I DON'T HAVE ORDER HISTORY FOR YOUR PHONE NUMBER!". It was our first, and last, time ordering from here. Wife asked for an order of steamed wonton (not fried) and they became very confused over the concept of steamed wontons. They had no idea what that is. When I picked up the order, I saw them microwaving fried wontons then dipped them in hot oil. I thought this was someone else's order, but, when we got home, there were the fried wontons! The Wonton Soup smelled like a wet dog, had no flavor, no shredded pork, no greens. When called about the mistake, they suddenly no longer understood English, mumbled something then hung up. Summary: Rude, clueless staff microwaves flavorless food and doesn't care if you're satisfied or not. read more

Awesome neighborhood Chinese restaurant! Staff is friendly and food tastes awesome. Highly recommended!

Stiffed us on egg foo young which we ordered for first time to try after having ordered from them perhaps 100 times in last eight years. (Never came with order) Woman on phone told me next time they would add to our order for free and when we called today about to order another 70 dollars worth of food she said she remembered from three months ago that we never paid for that specific dish and she would have to charge us full price. Bad business model and bad service. We will never order from them again which is a shame because their food is amazing for a strip mall delivery place. Hearts broken :-(. We're more upset because we loved their food. Perhaps the thousands we have spent there in the last decade means nothing to them. read more

The people who run this restaurant are pretty nice and always greet me with a big smile, which is a huge pro in my book. The food is pretty standard chinese takeout but over the years I have found that the amount given and the quality have begun to deteriorate a little bit. It's just so close to my house I can't resist. I've had better takeout from other places though so if you're looking for something special, this isn't your place. read more

Their food is always fresh and tasty without being drowned in sauce. The quality of the food is great at fair pricing. Delivery is very fast and the servers are always so gracious and appreciative. Extremely pleased and I'm not the easiest to please. read more

This is a very good Chinese restaurant. I have picked up twice during the pandemic. Both times - delicious. Prices very reasonable. Food is very tasty. Portions large. I have several Chinese restaurants closer to me. This place is worth the extra 5-10 minute drive. Highly recommend. read more

I used to like them. Ever since the pandemic began, they just won't do delivery. It's very disappointing. So I've been going elsewhere.

Horrid food! Pad Thai was awful and not recognizable- had an awful red sauce all over it. Threw it all out...Spring rolls were burnt and stringy...and pork inside the won ton soup is awful. DON'T DO IT!! read more

This Chinese restaurant, by far, is the best around!! They are always friendly, accurate and quick with their deliveries. I have used them frequently for delivery to my house and have now recommended them to my colleagues who have also raves about the food and prompt delivery. I will continue being a loyal customer and recommend everyone give them a try. read more

Best Chinese delivery in Morris Plains area! I still don't know how they can get the food there so fast. Always hot, always fresh. Prices are right on the money! Ribs, Pork Dumplings, Soups, Sesame Chicken, Noodles... nothing ever disappoints! A must try! read more

Home made Chinese food. Best Chinese fast-food around. I am a fan and a regular. The food is just right on oil, soy-sauce, salt. There is good mix of veggies in most dishes. The curry chicken and kug-pao are exceptional. The place does not win any points for ambience, but the food makes it up for everything else. read more

I ordered from this place for the first time today. Shrimp Egg Foo young is one of my favorite Chinese dishes and it's hard to find a place it makes it well with a good quality sauce. Well, I'd say this place knocked it out of the park. It's probably one of the best Egg Foo Young I have had. The sauce is delicious. I will be back. Thank you! read more

Used to be much better, the new owners or management have made changes since they had the old space on the end. Quality of food not really as good as it once was. Very oily, not as flavorful as before. I had the Chicken with garlic sauce and brown rice. read more

Ordered beef and broccoli combination platter. Surprisingly the food had very nice flavor. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Delicious Chinese. Fast, well-priced and not overly greasy. Definitely try the chicken wings and teriyaki beef - they're favorites of ours.

Every dish tasted as if it had curry in it, which is a bizarre flavor for a chinese restaurant.

Freshest Chinese food around I love the chicken broccoli and beef sticks. Staff is friendly no problems understanding when calling in an order definitely give them a try read more

The restaurant can be found in the Powder Mill Village strip mall. A couple of months ago, they reduced their space to half so it's mainly a takeout/deliver eatery with a dining area for sit-down meals for about 20 people. read more

Best Chinese take out place I've experienced. I'm used to NY style Chinese food, so my standards are high. I have been going here for more than 20 years now. My favorite is their scallion pancake. They will also customize the order to a more healthy option- no soy sauce, less salt, etc. Love the family who owns the restaurant. read more

Best take-out Chinese food in the area, but you may not know it as it is hidden at the very end of the Powder Mill Plaza. Staff is courteous, quick, and attentive. Place is pretty clean. Food is always delicious. No complaints. read more

This is the best Szechuan food that I have had in this area. Everything is fresh and well prepared. I have not had a bad meal yet! Highly recommend. read more

I ordered chicken lo mein and got shrimp lo mein, shrimp toast was burnt, spring rolls were cold and soggy, menu didnt say anything about $2 delivery charge, just delivery $15 minimum, called about the shrimp/ chicken lo mein mix and they asked me if the shrimp lo mein would be ok, I said if I wanted shrimp lo mein I would have ordered it, they offered to bring me chicken lo mein but I had to give back the shrimp lo mein even though I opened it and took a forkful before I realized it was shrimp.....good thing Im not allergic to shell fish read more

I used to love this take out restaurant.... until they confused me totally .... I have been ordering fro here for 2 years now... I am a vegetarian and I was happy that they cater to vegetarian needs very well. I always order a tofu soup and it was delicious. Last Sunday when I tried to place an order and asked for a vegetarian broth.... the guy on the other side said all their soups have meat broth and they never make veggies broth.... I was shocked and I told him I order almost every alternate day and the lady on phone has assured me it's veggies broth.... and this info is new to me.... he still stuck to his version saying they. Ever made a veggie broth in the restaurant.... I complained to my hubby n didn't place an order.... when I called again bathe next day to re confirm... the lady picked up n asked for the soup she said it's a meat free veggie broth that she will make my soup in..... I am now so confused that I don't wanna take a risk eating here again..... read more

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 as I hope the "New Management" improves, we've been getting take out here for more than a decade, we ordered last week and everything tasted completely different. The soups were very salty, sauces all changed and the food did not agree with us. Called the next day to ask for the old owner and was told she's out on an extended leave of absence and they don't know when she will be back. The woman I was speaking to said she was the manager and would let the cook know. Unfortunately we're going to have to scratch this place off the list, although she claims the cook is the same I strongly suspect the owner and her husband, the original cook, have sold the place. read more

Very nice people, good and fast food! I always get the king pow! Would recommend. Every time I go there; the service is prompt and the product is consistent and very yummy! read more

Live up the hill for 10 years and never tried it until recently. Really love it for take out. The shrimp and broccoli is so delicious that I keep ordering it every time but menu looks really good for traditional Chinese. Am now a regular. Would give it 5 stars if you're only interested in take out. The atmosphere doesn't appeal to me if you are looking for a sitdown meal in a restaurant. However I find the food to be delicious, and the people who work there seemed very friendly. read more

I am highly disappointed in the cleanliness and freshness of my food. The Lo Mein and shrimp was old. You could taste the sourness in the shrimp. The chicken was not clean at all. Last but not least, shrimp shells was in the white rice. No wonder my food came in 15 minutes. Thank goodness I paid with a credit card...I will be disputing this failed attempt of respectable food. read more

Great carry out Chinese food, even has a diet menu. Food is great, The chicken & broccoli and the dumplings are my favorite!
