He took the time to carefully look around and figure out what was causing the problem instead of rushing through the job. I had contacted other companies before, but it was sometimes difficult to understand their explanations, and I didn't feel like I was getting clear answers. Johnny was completely different. He explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were. I also really appreciated that he explained the cost upfront and let me know about things I wasn't aware of before starting the work. There were no surprises, and I felt comfortable knowing exactly what was being done and how much it would cost. Johnny was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I'm very thankful for his help and the way he treated me with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend Johnny and All City Plumbing & Air to anyone who needs plumbing or air conditioning service. From the start, he took the time to explain his entire process in detail so I could easily understand exactly what he was going to do. We hired him for a significant amount of work, and he handled all of it flawlessly. He replaced our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and the angle stops around our bathrooms. He also installed a brand-new water heater, a Flow Tech anti-scale system, and a thermal expansion tank. Additionally, he replaced the main faucet and pipes connecting our house to the city water supply and successfully fixed our home's water pressure, which had been running dangerously high. What truly sets Gabe apart is his customer service. He is incredibly friendly, attentive, and kept in constant contact throughout the entire project. He is completely transparent and never acts like a pushy salesman; he simply assesses the issue, states the exact cost to fix it, and gives you the space to make up your own mind without any pressure. I would absolutely hire Gabe Smith and All City Plumbing again.

He even took the time to greet my children and was very warm and friendly with them. Daniel was able to determine that a faulty line/wire was causing the power issues in the bedrooms. After checking the attic, he also discovered some problematic wiring and conditions involving the subpanel. He recommended running new wiring and replacing a damaged breaker in the attic panel, which would not only fix the problem but provide a much safer setup and help prevent potential hazards like an electrical fire. The price was fair, and the work took about two hours, just as he estimated. He worked diligently the entire time without taking a break. I honestly felt bad for him being up in our attic because it had to be easily 120° up there! I offered him water throughout the job, which he graciously accepted. Before leaving, Daniel also gave me an estimate to upgrade our existing breaker box. That price seemed very reasonable as well, especially compared to estimates I've received from other companies in the past. Overall, great experience. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and got the problem taken care of. We'll definitely be reaching out to Nick' Electric again for future electrical repairs and other work. Thanks again, Daniel!

Most importantly, he's experienced and super knowledgeable! He installed an exhaust fan in two restrooms, and, because he did a great job, I asked him to come back to install recessed lighting in our living room. He recommended adjustable lights bc our ceiling is vaulted (to avoid the bottom row shining right at us), and they look awesome! I plan to call him for all our electrical needs in the future, and I'll be recommending him to all my neighbors and friends in the area. I was shocked to find out after looking for an electrician on Yelp that some have expired licenses and are uninsured/bonded (I checked on the state's contractor website). Cardenas Electric checked out, and I can't recommend them enough!! Thank you, Javier!

I was able to uninstall the shower head, install the filter and reinstall the shower head in one bathroom, but I didn't have the tools or elbow grease to do the same in the second bathroom. Within minutes of submitting the request, I received a message from Nick with his cell phone number, asking me to send him photos of the work. I texted him and he responded quickly confirming he could do the work with an estimate and potential time to schedule the job. He required a small deposit via Zelle. I was a little skeptical about the deposit, but he affirmed his business means more to him than the deposit and his word is worth more as well. He was able to get me on the schedule the following day and confirmed a time later that evening. That day, he texted me telling me when he was on his way and with an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he got straight to work. He confirmed the shower head was REALLY on there! He was able to remove it, as well as the stupid flow restrictor I'd asked the previous plumber to not install--but he did anyway--threaded the connections, and installed the shower filter and shower head quickly. He also gave me an opportunity to douse the shower head in Lime Away before reinstalling! We tested the connection and he made one minor adjustment and then was done! Unlike other electricians who charge separately for assembling fixtures, his price already included assembling both my chandeliers and ceiling fan, along with the installation. That was such a great value! He worked quickly without compromising the quality of his work. He was meticulous, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was properly installed. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. It's not always easy to find someone who is skilled, trustworthy, hardworking, and reasonably priced, but Dion truly checks all those boxes! done in a jiff…read more Sent out a request for a tesla wall connector installation via yelp. A reason why i went with this company is that they are licensed .... which i did double check and they do have a C10 which is for electrical. Also, they did answer with regard to how much a particular job would be. Originally, we had an after lunch timeslot... I requested if there was a possibility of a morning one the day prior... Thankfully, they were able to come on over and accommodate. So that's a plus. When they arrived, Nick was respectful and straight to the point. He pointed out some items that were needed to be addressed... and upgraded... Felt like an upsell but i do understand that when it comes to keeping a house safe, you gotta do what you gotta do and hopefully you get what you paid for. They offered to 1. do grounding.... 2. and also to install a surge protector.... 3. to change parts of the breaker that were damaged or cooked and not rated properly 4. Patch up the dry wall. 5. In addition to installing the tesla wall connector. Now originally, i just wanted to have just my tesla wall connector installed. The price for such is pretty affordable and comparable to other electricians. Unfortunately, with all the other things that needed to be done... the price exponentially increased. Good thing, they offered different modes of payment,.... like credit, debit, check, and even zelle. Since the bill was a pretty penny, he did mention doing a 60amp rather than a 50amp for the tesla wall connecter and making sure that all connections are up to code. I assumed from the beginning that it's supposed to be a 60amp since that is what the wall connector is rated for... In any case..... They got here at 8:43 am and were done by 10:07.... pretty quick and fast. I did like that Nick showed me the issues and also showed what they did and he assure me that everything is up to code. They sent an invoice via email and i paid them via check . Edit 2 weeks after: I have messaged them to cash the check i gave. They replied and promised that they will the following day but still hasn't ... i told them that I would be changing accounts .... Looking back, i think i should have asked for a breakdown of the services with the prices for each. They gave me an initial proposal of installation for a charge of : 300 usd. (50amp then 60amp) Then offered a surge protector for 350usd... Then said.... said let's make it up to code and charged me a total of 2,500.... for changing of fuses and putting a ground .... they didn't give a price but total was 2,500 USD. So i'm assuming that 2,500-650 =1,850 was for all that. Tbh, looking back... i felt that i overpaid...and upon asking around, apparently I did. I should just paid them for installation and that's it. And yes, they did ask for this review to be put out... hence, i'm editing it so that i'm writing it truthfully.
