They also accommodated some changes along the way without any issues. On the very first day, Robin designed our backyard per our vision, listened to what we wanted and took our budget into account. He was very nice and was able to revise the design multiple times to what works for us functionally and aesthetically. Ben and his crew was amazing and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Ryan our project manager was present everyday to ensure the team had what they needed and anything we wanted was addressed. This is my second experience with System Pavers. My original project was completed, as expected, many years ago. We were very happy with the results and have enjoyed our outdoor living space tremendously. Three weeks ago, we returned from a weekend trip to find a water pipe had leaked under the paver deck. I called System Pavers and they sent Adrian to our location to determine if the issue was covered by the warranty. Adrian quickly coordinated the work to repair the leak and reset the pavers. System Pavers just completed our patio demolition and pavers this week. Our concrete in the backyard was in pretty bad shape and needed replacing. We'd been shopping around for a while, but always put off by the high cost. We booked an estimate and consultation with their sales team. The salesman we had, David, was excellent and very thorough. He did not upsell us on products or features we didn't need. He was very respectful of wanting to stay within a reasonable budget and still wanting a beautiful outdoor space. When we ultimately booked the job, we told him we had a tight timeframe to work in and they were able to accommodate. Our project manager was Adrian and he was responsive, kind, and very thorough as well. The job only took four days to complete, include full demolition and haul away plus the whole new job. We had our pavers and light package installed 3 years ago and we have been so happy with system pavers. The electricity went out about 2 weeks ago an I had been unable to reset the "Brilliance smart socket" lighting app. I called System Pavers and was immediately contacted by Ryan Travalini the project manager. He came to our home and we tried to figure it out, when we couldn't, he immediately said no problem the smart socket needs to be replaced, I can go get another one and install it for you later today, its covered under your warranty. My experience with System Pavers started off extremely frustrating. Our first project manager provided little to no oversight at the beginning of our backyard project. Everything moved painfully slow, communication and support were almost nonexistent, and several quality issues came up. The turf was poorly stitched together, some of the pavers were uneven, and we were even told we needed to pay for services that we had already paid for. At that point, I was very disappointed and frustrated with the company overall. Things completely changed when Oscar Maciel became our new project manager. He was a total 180 from the previous experience and truly took ownership of the project. Oscar showed up every day to ensure everything was going according to plan, listened carefully whenever I raised concerns, and addressed issues immediately. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were exactly what we had been missing. Oscar is a far better representation of what a project manager at System Pavers should be. Fast forward about a year later, we noticed some slight shifting in our pavers. I reached back out to Oscar and the System Pavers team, and they handled the issue the same week. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service and sense of urgency Oscar demonstrated, even long after the project was completed. Overall, my experience with System Pavers went from being extremely frustrating to very satisfying, and that turnaround is entirely due to Oscar. Updated review Redoing our rather large front yard and driveway was a dream come true. We love how it looks and have received quite a few compliments. Now, here's a very honest review. 5 stars for workmanship: care and thought was taken each step of the way. The workers were super respectful and did their best always to help us be able to get in and out easily during the work, kept the area tidy and made sure to confirm with us if there were any questions that arose . 1,000,000 stars for Adrian O'Donoghue, our project manager. Adrian visited the project almost daily and was readily available by text or phone call. This was such a peace of mind. His communication was amazing and his willingness to make sure any blips were addresses was impeccable. Now, outside of his control was the fact the designer/sales manager told us our front step would be "taken care and wrapped into the deal" but we were then told it would be another $3800 upon the project starting. This whole experience would have felt so much better if the bottom line had been the bottom line. Granted, I appreciated all his help in implementing our ideas into a design but this left us uneasy. So, would I work with them again, yes. All of the aforementioned made it a wonderful experience. However, this latter issue was disheartening and I am a person of my word so I must fully review the great and the "do better next time." The consultation is free, the design process is included, just make sure you are guaranteed there won't be any hidden costs/surprises. We have used System Pavers twice now. Once for the initial paver install and secondly to add artificial grass in the rest of our yard. While the pavers look nice, our grass has since melted. When we went to utilize the warranty that is on the turf, we were told that they had edited their warranty since we had purchased the turf and that they would no longer cover the issue that they would have prior. They quoted us $3,800 to repair this small section, which was more than our entire turf addition. I find it fraudulent that they feel they can edit a warranty after I have purchased the unit, and suddenly they no longer cover damage that they never warned us about when our original contract that we still have has no mention of not covering heat damage. They failed to provide us with proper information around turf in the heat, which would have swayed our decision away from the turf addition. read more

System Pavers installed our backyard patio in June 2020. Since then we had an issue with one of our storm drains that we thought was caused by the patio install but it in fact wasn't once the crew came back to lift the pavers and investigate. The crew found the pipe below the pavers was disconnected, leaking and had roots growing inside!! We recently had a new driveway installed by System Pavers and were extremely satisfied with the process and results. The pavers were installed in 1/2 the time than was projected and the quality of work surpassed our expectations. They did a meticulous job laying the pavers and attending to the smallest details (like cutting the stones to fit precisely in corners, against the concrete adjacent to the garage), and creatively laying out the curves in the driveway that we requested.
