The designer, Chris, listened to what was important to us and completed a design we loved. We were pleasantly surprised to get the project started earlier than expected. We were out of town,but the project manager, Nester, let us know that he could handle it all and we would be pleasantly surprised when we returned. He also added some great design and product ideas as the project rolled. The crew worked incredibly hard. They even worked on Saturday in order to finish on schedule and left the yard orderly each day. Our yard has been transformed and designed for our grandchildren by day and family dinners while enjoying the sunset at night. The pavers look great and Up front they are great with all their promises and excellent warranty. Had problems after 4 months. Communication here is horrible. The minute something goes wrong, they disappear. Plan to get ghosted if you ask questions or have concerns. My biggest problem is the lies spewed out by the sales people which doesn't align with the actual warranty. To sum up their warranty: basically covers poor workmanship only (by their standards) ...so...nothing. The subcontractors they use are very nice guys. I would highly recommend you reach out to smaller or private companies. Don't let the warranty sway you because they will find a way for it not to apply. So in summery, I love how my pavers look but that is thanks to the subcontractors. We're working with System Pavers on a full outdoor project for our brand-new home. Front yard, backyard, retaining walls, and pool area, and the experience has been great from the very start. Since we were starting with a clean slate, we needed help designing everything from scratch. We were also on a tight deadline to submit a plan to our HOA, which added pressure. We met with a few other companies, but many felt pushy, didn't understand our vision, or overpromised--leaving us feeling a bit discouraged. Reaching out to System Pavers was such a relief. They got back to us right away, came out the very next day for a quote, and worked quickly to design a layout we loved. They were incredibly easy to work with and helped us create a plan that met all the HOA requirements--on time. We were able to submit everything just a few days later, which took a huge weight off our shoulders One of the standout features of our design is a classic herringbone pattern set at a 45-degree angle, which isn't the easiest layout to pull off. It takes a lot of time, measuring, and precise cuts, and the crew has absolutely nailed it. You can tell they take their time and really care about doing it right. I still don't trust this company because of their deceptive sales people, ineffective leadership with Ken, using subcontractors and their and high prices. However, I will say that Brayan, the project manager did his best to remedy the situation. Our simple project took months to complete because of all the problems, but he was the only one who did seem to want to make us as happy as possible, given the fact that we were talked into a product that we didn't want by the deceptive sales team.
