A very reputable company from beginning to end. Browsing for remodel ideas, the company set up a very quick consultation appointment. The designer, Chris, listened to what was important to us and completed a design we loved. We were pleasantly surprised to get the project started earlier than expected. We were out of town, but the project manager, Nester, let us know that he could handle it all and we would be pleasantly surprised when we returned. He also added some great design and product ideas as the project rolled. The crew worked incredibly hard. They even worked on Saturday in order to finish on schedule and left the yard orderly each day. Our yard has been transformed and designed for our grandchildren by day and family dinners while enjoying the sunset at night. Very pleased to know there is a warranty included if we experience any problems. read more

We recently had artificial turf installed by System Pavers, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and my yard has been completely transformed into a clean, vibrant, low maintenance space that looks beautiful every day. A special acknowledgment goes to Scott Eulberg, whose excellent planning and sales guidance set the tone for a smooth project. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the decision making process effortless. We also want to recognize Brian, who managed the project with professionalism and precision. His communication was consistent, his oversight was thorough, and he ensured every detail of the installation was handled with care. Thanks to his leadership, the project stayed on schedule and the final result is flawless. System Pavers delivered exceptional service, top tier craftsmanship, and a team that truly cares about the customer experience. System Pavers started my project 5/2023. Now is 2026 I've been trying to get hold with them for so many months and years. Not even 6 months we're having issues with the drainages and water pump. When it's raining our house is flooded of water. Lots of projects manager came by Israel, Ceasar , Nestor no one is helping my issue. We paid in full the reason I posted this matter so no one will endure the pain and suffering we've been experiencing this company. My families in Escondido I even told them not to get this company. Beware !!! I have lots of proof and photos what they did is disaster. I never recommend this company. Thank you . read more

System Pavers completed the third of three in a row driveways on our street. They did an outstanding job and finished our challenging long driveway with walkways, including drainage and front porch, in record time. Workers were courteous, prompt, hardworking, and thorough. Our neighbors gave us great comments and referrals, so we knew from the start their work is excellent. Quality and appearance are great. I think it's remarkable that three houses in a row have super looking paver designs by the same company. Strongly recommend. SW in Poway. read more

5 years after pavers were installed I called for advice on adding sand to a few grout lines and resealing. Alex Paez came out, did an inspection and provided lots of education and recommendations for the very minimal refreshing that needed to be done. Set and ready for my DIY project. Great service every time. Thank you Alex. read more

I chose System Pavers after a neighbor told me about their great experience, specifically how System Pavers stands by customer satisfaction. I'm glad I went with them. When some of my recessed lights went out and a few pavers started to lift, System Pavers came out promptly, replaced the lights, and gave me a fair quote to redo the lifting pavers. What really stood out was project manager Alex Paez. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, smoothing out the turf himself, filling in the pavers, and thoroughly checking all the work before calling it done. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in the finished product. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend System Pavers and Alex specifically if you want the job done right! read more

System Pavers helped with our recent back yard remodel. Concrete, walls, fences and water features were removed and System Pavers help us with the design of the new layout. This was our 4th project and largest with systems pavers. As in previous projects they excelled. We had worked with Alex the project field supervisor before and once again he came through with flying colors. Project was done in time, every detail we requested was addresses. We could not be happier with the end result, it is beautiful. And Alex went above and beyond to make that happen. Very impressed with the atten he gave us , timely responses to messages and his politeness . We've run out of areas to pave but I highly recommend them. Arick S. Poway Ca read more

The pavers look great and Up front they are great with all their promises and excellent warranty. Had problems after 4 months. Communication here is horrible. The minute something goes wrong, they disappear. Plan to get ghosted if you ask questions or have concerns. My biggest problem is the lies spewed out by the sales people which doesn't align with the actual warranty. To sum up their warranty: basically covers poor workmanship only (by their standards) ...so...nothing. The subcontractors they use are very nice guys. I would highly recommend you reach out to smaller or private companies. Don't let the warranty sway you because they will find a way for it not to apply. So in summery, I love how my pavers look but that is thanks to the subcontractors. I overpaid for a service to include a great warranty I will never likely be able to use. 2 stars: - quick appointment - done quickly - looks pretty Negative: - poor communication - Felt lied to about warranty (1st issue after 4 months) - Felt unheard when we warned of issues with soil prior to installation and they said it would be fine - after project complete, appointments will be no shows and calls will be ghosted read more

We're working with System Pavers on a full outdoor project for our brand-new home. Front yard, backyard, retaining walls, and pool area, and the experience has been great from the very start. Since we were starting with a clean slate, we needed help designing everything from scratch. We were also on a tight deadline to submit a plan to our HOA, which added pressure. We met with a few other companies, but many felt pushy, didn't understand our vision, or overpromised--leaving us feeling a bit discouraged. Reaching out to System Pavers was such a relief. They got back to us right away, came out the very next day for a quote, and worked quickly to design a layout we loved. They were incredibly easy to work with and helped us create a plan that met all the HOA requirements--on time. We were able to submit everything just a few days later, which took a huge weight off our shoulders One of the standout features of our design is a classic herringbone pattern set at a 45-degree angle, which isn't the easiest layout to pull off. It takes a lot of time, measuring, and precise cuts, and the crew has absolutely nailed it. You can tell they take their time and really care about doing it right. It's rare to see that level of craftsmanship these days, and we're so impressed with how it's turning out. Everyone, from Manager Ken, to Project Manager Cesar and the on-site foreman, has been friendly, responsive, and great at explaining the process along the way. They've also been flexible when we had questions or needed to make small changes, which we really appreciated. We're already super happy with the quality and how smoothly things are going. If you're looking for a team that's professional, detail-oriented, reputable, and easy to work with, I'd definitely recommend System Pavers! read more

We just transformed our problematic backyard and walkway with a roughly 1500 sq ft backyard paver project by System Pavers. The pavers are beautiful, precisely installed and our useable area has been greatly increased. A gorgeous retaining wall completes the patio and enhances access to our lower pool and studio. Ceasar Ortiz, our project manager was so great at communicating each step of the process, explaining in detail how the job would transpire and was absolutely hands-on throughout the project. We could depend on his availability for every question or concern we had. He visited the job and provided updates regularly. System Pavers' crew were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and ensured the finished product was functional, beautiful and precisely built. Our expectations were not just met but exceeded. Now we have a backyard area that is gorgeous and inspires us to furnish and decorate so we can host fun get togethers with family and friends. read more

We are in the midst of our paver project at our home. From the original meeting with John Cain, the sales representative to our project manager Brayan and the lead installer, Francisco, everyone was genuinely concerned about making sure we were happy with every inch of the work. We are so excited to see the finished product, which is coming along very quickly and beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend System Pavers to anyone looking at doing some home beautification. Additionally, their price was very competitive with others we got estimates from but the reputation of this company and the warranty, together with the price is what sold us on System Pavers for our project. read more

I still don't trust this company because of their deceptive sales people, ineffective leadership with Ken, using subcontractors and their and high prices. However, I will say that Brayan, the project manager did his best to remedy the situation. Our simple project took months to complete because of all the problems, but he was the only one who did seem to want to make us as happy as possible, given the fact that we were talked into a product that we didn't want by the deceptive sales team. So I have upped my rating from one star to two only because of him. read more

We purchased our home in Escondido by Lake Hodge, and we needed to do paving for our home. Called up System Pavers, spoke with Frank, and the rest was history.
