He also added another layer of decomposed granite (DG) to the whole yard. He kept me informed throughout the project and provided receipts for the DG, along with the additive we decided to add to the DG. I'm very pleased with the end result. Ghosting a new customer after committing to a job is disappointing and wasted my time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company because reliability and communication are important qualities in any service business.

COVID put the person I always used in the past, so I searched for someone new. When Thomas came out, he listened to me and explained why I didn't need that service. He explained how each clump of blades is an individual plant, taking tens of thousands of plants to make up my yard. We even discussed where Bermuda grass was slowly taking over in one area of the yard. Because of his knowledge and how he explained things, I decided to give him a chance to do what he suggested. Power seed and fertilize, followed by a fertilization and soil treatment one month later. For the price, I thought if it worked, it was a good value, and if it didn't, I would find someone to aerate in the fall. I can not be happier. The Bermuda grass area has shrunk over ninety percent in three months. The lawn is thicker than I ever had it in the past, and I will admit greener than I would get, and I took pride in how green my grass stayed. The long stretch is what I call the dog run. My eighty-pound German Shepherd and I run up and back along this stretch of grass during two daily play sessions (morning and afternoon). The other photo is a patch of grass with minimal traffic unless we have a party with kids. Ginger is trained not to tinkle on any of the grass;) I say in closing, in a light-spirited manner, give Thomas a call because the grass is greener, thicker, and healthier on my side of the fence neighbor:).

I hired Eduardo and his team to install a 100 foot retaining wall and a drain system. The job came out perfect. In light of surrounding terrain and topology, Jose and Eduardo were able to form out the correct footing and wall to accommodate a challenging project. The wall makes 2 main drops at 8" each, all within the 100 foot span, creating the perfect slope for a backside uphill footing drain. Overall the team worked very hard at moving over 20 yards of materials (3/4" aggregate and native soils). I couldn't be happier. We also achieved the integration of 15 postmaster fence posts which are very strong for windy locations, and because they are steel, they will likely outlive me. I will update this post with new pictures once I have the fence up. I am very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Franco's Landscaping. read more

They have been doing the maintenance at my grandmother's house for a couple of years now and I have to say this is the best her yard has ever looked. She has had several other gardeners in the past but none have kept it as clean and as well trimmed like these guys have.
