Paver project started in July 2016. Pavers look nice...then came the sealing part of the project. It took forever for Bryan to get back with me, it was always something. He was short-handed, he was busy, etc. Got the sealing done in August, but there were white areas on the pavers. Promised to get it corrected....now we are into September. Bottom line, after several attempts to get the pavers to look the way they should....it is now January and of course it is too cold to do anything now, so need to wait for several days of warm weather. The last excuse was that Bryan had a bad batch of sealer. How many other customers were affected? I have spoken to Aaron, Branch Manager, the project manager, the construction manager and on and on. I have requested monetary compensation, since I was unable to put patio funriture out all summer, but nothing so far. Very dissatisfied customer! read more

When I had System Pavers put in my patios, turf and putting green 4 years ago they did a great job, after 2 years I had some warranty repairs, which were done promptly. This year however has been a different story. I had repairs being needed on both patios, the front grass and the putting green. I contacted System Pavers in April to get the warranty work scheduled, the communication has been terrible and their follow up has been worse than that. They eventually got the patio repairs done on September 8th, I'm still waiting for them to do the turf repairs and there is now snow in the upcoming forecast. Follow up on the warranty work has been worse than terrible. At this point if I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

Our first project with them was 5 1/2 years ago and we experienced the same professionalism the second time around as we did the first time we used System Pavers. I'm a fan because their product is amazing and includes a 25-year transferable warranty. I received good communication with Troy, my project manager. There were some issues with regard to delays and showing up with the wrong pavers, but they worked with me to correct these issues. For that reason, I would recommend them. read more

These guys did a really good job of not only designing our complex project, but installing it as well. Our backyard had an old trashed deck, and a bunch of sidewalk bordered by landscaping "railroad ties", you know the cheap small ones that don't last. We considered Trex and Timbertech for the deck, and finally settled on pavers for the sidewalk . When the designer came onsite to quote the walkways, he suggested also doing the deck in pavers by raising them to deck level with road base. We hesitated at first, but eventually succumbed to the idea, and our backyard is MUCH nicer now! Our project was complex, and their was a hiccup or two, but in the end these guys solved each and every one of them. Nate and Josh really followed through! Now, we have a multilevel patio area with a hot tub, pond, garden, built-in grill, fire pit, and great low voltage LED lighting on steps and seating areas. We even have lighted pillars cornering the patio, very classy! I rarely give 5-stars, and these guys are pretty close, but a 4-star rating is still "yay I'm a fan", and I most definitely am a fan! I would use System Pavers again, and plan to have them redo my 23 year old cracked cement driveway later this year. read more

But once the team showed up, they completely rebuilt my front steps in a day and a half, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. But this year I called to have them come to give us an estimate on changing what we have and adding more patio. I have now called them THREE times, and cannot get anyone to call me back much less to come out and give me an estimate. I had System Pavers put in a front walk and porch as well as a walkway behind my house and patio. The install team both times were great and didn't tear up the rest of the yard in the process. When there is any warranty work needed they make sure the job is done to my satisfaction they truly want to make sure it is done correctly. We had System Pavers completely pave our backyard patio, front of the house and semi-circular driveway in our previous home in the Tech Center. We are now living in a new home in a 55+ community and they have just completed paving our front porch and steps, patio, and driveway. They are very responsive to our needs and requests. We chose systems because they did a driveway for us in 2008. Big Mistake. The '3 week' project didn't start on time and proceeded to take 4 months. The sales and supervisors agreed to install pavers in a way they were not designed to work and instead of telling us, 'no that wont work' up front, then much of the work had to be torn out and reinstalled correctly. Sprinkler lines and landscape lighting lines were cut and left. The office team treated me like I was crazy but when I called them on their BS, they had nothing to say. The project supervisors smiled at my face and assured me everything was wonderful disregarding the total shit show the entire project was. I could go on and on, bottom line is, don't give these people the time of day or one single penny. read more

System Pavers did a patio for us about three years ago, we absolutely love it. We are out there basically everyday (weather permitting) and it has been fantastic. The best part about our fantastic patio is the service and warranty that System Pavers provides. As you would expect, we have had some settling issues and they have been great about coming out and fixing any issues we have. They even figured out what our lighting issue was and had that fixed in no time. The guys are always great when they come out, super friendly and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Summer is their busy season so it takes them a little longer to do service stuff, but that is completely understandable. I would and definitely have recommended System Pavers to anyone who is looking to add a great feature to their house. read more

System Pavers recently completed a paver patio for us. Overall, we are very happy with the result and everyone we worked with was nice, but the process could have been much better. The sales process was frustrating - we were initially given an estimate of $6-8K, which then increased to $9-11K once we received the proposed design from System Pavers. We were told the increase was due to some design add-ons (a seating wall and built-in lighting), but our price was still over $9K even after we said we didn't want those add-ons. Our sales rep said that there were more materials required than he initially estimated. We decided to move forward anyway, and our contract included a target week for our project to be completed; it was only supposed to be a 2-3 day project. We ended up getting pushed out 5 weeks and communication was very poor. I had to request every update. I was told that there had been some personnel changes and I understand that stuff happens, but so much frustration could have been avoided with proactive communication. Overall, we felt that our sales rep had over-promised and under-delivered. Once our project started, communication still could have been better and it took 5 days to complete instead of the projected 2-3. The guys who built our patio, Noe's crew, really saved the project and experience for us. They were fantastic. We were fine with the longer timeline because they were clearly striving to do a great job. They were kind, considerate, worked incredibly hard, and paid attention to detail. The process took a lot longer than it should have and required much more involvement from us than we wanted to have, but we're very pleased with our patio. read more

I hired them to install a paver walk and patio in my backyard because they promised a dedicated project manager to oversee the project. The also only asked for 10% down which was better than others I received bids from. That was the end of my good experience. As soon as I signed the proposal the project was turned over to a project manager who failed to visit my project timely so that I had to stay home and catch all the places where they were failing to install the sub base properly. I had to take 4 days off of work and still have damaged sprinklers and landscape that I have to repair. read more

I had a front patio and walkway installed. I was sold based on a 25 year warranty and the promise of quick install (3 days) with supervision of construction manager. Of course it took 5 days and they broke my sprinkler head and one porch column. They did replace the head and fix my columns. It took a bit of work and persistence, but in the end they made it right. I would recommend them overall because they did make my patio and walkway really beautiful, but it took more effort then I really wanted it to! read more

We had a great experience with System Pavers. I interviewed 10 hardscape companies to get estimates for installing a paver patio once we removed our old deck and extensively researched the proper way to have an area excavated and prepared for laying pavers. Rob was our design consultant and really sold me on the the company and the way they do business. He was the only person that gave me an estimate and was willing to work with me to design something that was relatively close to my budget, whereas some other companies heard my budget and seemed to decide it wasn't a big enough job for them. Rob created a 3D design of our home/yard and helped us visualize the area and several different options of what we could do with it, which was really helpful. The got us on the schedule within two weeks. The crew they sent out to complete the project worked incredibly fast and finished our project in 2.5 days instead of the estimated 4 (some companies estimated 2+ weeks to complete our smallish patio/firepit). Zak was our Project Manager and I feel like he really went above and beyond to tie up any loose ends at the end of the project and make sure we were happy. Everyone we worked with was really great, plus the company has a 25 year warranty on their work (I didn't see beyond a 1-2 year warranty with any other company I interviewed). I think a warranty like this says a lot about a company and the work they do and it was definitely a selling point for us when we're investing a considerable amount of money into our yard. We have been very happy with the whole process and would definitely use this company again for future projects and recommend them to friends. read more

The project has only been finished for a couple of weeks and hopefully won't see some of the issues around shifting but I'm going to count on them fulfilling their promises to fix any problems that ,may arise. There were slight delays due to the stone order but overall quick and teams were there when they said they would be--even though they were working in January. I had a good experience. Demo of old patio was 3-4 days and then another 4 maybe 5 to pave. I added maybe 20 sq feet from the old patio dimensions. All work completed in January. Not too cold, but warm enough to work in. Also installed two steps from french doors. Re-seated 4 posts that support the roof over the patio. All work was done professionally. I've no qualms. Also received warranty paperwork afterwords. PM kept in contact with me. Answered all my questions. Crew helped me move shelves and a cord of wood of the patio to start demo. Borders on 5 stars, but I rarely if ever give 5 stars. read more

My experience with System Pavers was great!! I was referred to this company by a co-worker. Upon calling System Pavers I was called back and was set-up with a design review meeting. After visiting the showroom and making a few decisions, my project was scheduled and the project started when promised. It took the team one week to complete my project, including a half day delay for bad weather. With only minor follow-ups, they were able to complete all the touch-up's I requested. I was always in contact with the entire Denver System Pavers team and my project manager Andrew was in touch with me each and every day to answer any questions I had. I am looking forward to future projects and additions to my patio in the future and plan to continue using System Pavers. We are loving our new patio. Everything turned out looking great. We had a patio and fire pit area installed. It was done faster than they had quoted and the quality of the materials was good. The only issues that we had were with the installers seemingly not paying attention to things like installing a damaged/stained paver as opposed to just getting one that looks better. Once completed we seemed to get more explanation for how the materials varied in color than for why the installers wouldn't have seen that a particular stone isn't quite right and just grabbed a different stone. There was clearly plenty of stone left after the project was over. Also, some gaps were initially missing sand or a little too wide- but they didn't point these out, we had to. We felt like the project manager should have pointed these things out and just fixed them, instead of us pointing them out to fix. In the end, they did come back and fix all the areas that we were unhappy with and the final product looks great. There was also a fair amount of trash and construction debris around the yard after they were done as well as some minor damage to our table and fence. We would have appreciated a little better cleanup job. Overall, we are happy with the warranty and way the company communicated with us and the online portal. Everything runs really smoothly. read more
