I was very happy we chose to go with System Pavers to remove our old patio and put in a new one. I am not sure who did the old paved patio we had but it was less than 5 years old and the pavers were shifting. I am very pleased with the work that was completed. When I had issues with something it was addressed and fixed very quickly. The whole project took only a week and it looks great. I am was pleased to learn that they provide a 25 year warranty on the pavers. This is the second time I have used system pavers. I use them because the customer service is excellent, the warranty & the quality of their work is beautiful. The crews are professional and very accommodating . I expected them to take 2 days to put in my sidewalk and they were able to do it in 1. Right before the next snowstorm hit. They used headlamps to get it done and pulled a long day. I am extremely happy with the result and everything was cleaned up well. 2 years ago they put in a huge patio and firepit. Its my favorite place in the house and my only decompression/ relaxing area. I use it year round. read more

Really pleased with how the project turned out. The quality of the materials is outstanding and the installers did a fantastic job; I can see it lasting for decades. They were respectful of the expenditure and the cost to us in their design. It was difficult to get an estimate in writing but they tried to be forthcoming about costs. Worst experience ever! My husband ended up being the project manager as they would not follow through on things they committed to. They even tried charging us additional money the night before they were supposed to start because they were losing money on our job. I hired System Pavers to build a paver patio to replace my failing deck. They were very professional and super helpful throughout the whole process. I really enjoyed the design process and choosing the materials. They were also very accommodating for some last minute design changes. The building crew were very hard working and got the job done quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. Although they may be pricier than other companies I compared them to, they are well worth every penny in my opinion. Especially with the 25 year warranty and easy loan service. Just had our backyard paved by System Pavers!  The workers arrived early and stayed late each day until the job was complete.  The workers were professional and cleaned up each day.  The finishing work was even better than I had anticipated.  They bought mulch to spruce up the gardens which I did not expect. Good experience all the way through. The salesperson presented many options, but didn't try to upsell to more expensive materials. We eventually did choose to go with a more expensive paver, but that was our choice and while our salesperson supported our decision, he didn't push us in that direction at all. The project was a large patio area that required thought out slope and drainage considerations. It also required the removal of existing flagstone, which they willingly stacked out of the way on our property for our future use. This also required the removal and clearance of four significant-sized tree roots, and removal of a portion of asphalt driveway. The primary workgroup was a two-man crew that were there throughout the 2-1/2 week project. They always showed up on time, were extremely respectful and friendly. They cleaned up when they left. They anticipated any complications, such as shortage of product, pick-up/drop-off coordination and such, so none of these issues caused any delay or problem.The crew expanded when the project moved into the phase of actually laying the pavers, then shrunk back to the two-man crew for the finalization of the project. There was never crew standing around with nothing to do. The project manager was in communication on a regular basis and helped coordinate the installation of the natural gas firepit with the plumber, permits and inspectors. We feel that in many ways the crew and project manager went above and beyond in ensuring that we were happy with the final product. read more

This company deserves a review for professionalism. I did not hire them as they did not provide the services I needed. They were however the only company I contacted that had the courtesy as a company to actually contact me. Not one other company even bothered to respond which apparently is normal in Colorado as opposed to decades before. For that they get 5 stars since they actually acknowledged you as a homeowner. $20K Project, but we felt like $5K Customers :( We chose System Pavers for the quality of the product and quality of the installation - Both were outstanding, although we had to request portions be re-done as they were not done correctly the first time. Each time we made a request for correction, the project manager agreed and had the correction done without hesitation - Having a project manager, we feel these mistakes should have been caught and corrected without us asking to do so. The sales team is the reason for the 2 star review. Our sales team member quoted multiple things that were not done and our overall price never changed. The sales team member incorrectly measured the grade which required an additional step that we were forced to pay for. See below for the details on the issues we encountered. We went to the show room for our scheduled appointment to select colors/stone options only to find that the sales team member would not be able to make it as he was out on another sales call instead. Our sales team member provided no information to the other sales member who tried to help us make selections. We needed help color matching a patio that was already installed along with making sure our selections would be compatible with the stone work on the exterior of our home. We were incredibly uncomfortable making a selection without the sales team member who understood our vision. We were told that we could either make our selection that day, or make another appointment some other day - The show room is only open M-F and we already took time off work for our scheduled appointment. We had a scheduled visit where both the sales team member and the project manager would be present to ensure our design/quote could be completed for the quoted price. We understood that this was necessary so the sales team member could explain his rendering and what we were quoted for so the project manager could successfully execute the design. Once again, our sales team member was unable to make the scheduled time and the project manager was unsure on some aspects of the design. We walked him through all the items we were quoted for and he assured us that it was going to look great. We were given a quote that included some features that we ended up having to fight for, and inevitably pay for at an additional cost to our original quote. We had to pay for a third step because the sales team member didn't properly measure the grade - We were told that the grade would be taken care of by building up the back of the fire pit patio, but the project manager instantly realized that it could not be done that way for safety. This could have been completely avoided if a project manager were sent out immediately after a quote was given, not during day 2 of the work several weeks later, or if the sales team member were present during the earlier appointment he missed! We also were quoted for the completion of a retaining wall and the cost for those materials. Not only were the materials not ordered, but the project manager stated they could not complete another contractors work. We argued that the completed retaining wall was part of our quote and was shown on the rendering completed by the sales team. This was product/work that were included on our quote, but we were assured we weren't being charged despite the fact that our quote price never decreased. We also discussed and were assured that the area between the previously installed grass and completed patios would be finished. When we discussed this with the project manager, he explained that they do not do landscaping - Again, this was in our quote and shown on our rendering, yet the work was not done and our price remained unchanged. Lastly, we were quoted for a cover on the propane tank that doubles as an end-table. Again, this item was supposedly not in our quote and we were asked to pay for it. Ultimately, they ordered the cover and told us we would not have to pay for it, but we have yet to receive it and the work was completed over a month ago... read more

Very unhappy with their service. The installation was great...although not timely as promised. Took several weeks to finish. Just a year later, the back side of the fountain began to leak and we are having to refill the fountain almost daily. Been waiting over a month and a half for service. We get nothing but excuses and unfulfilled promises for callbacks. We are so frustrated at this point that we will not recommend this company to anyone. My wife and I just completed an extensive landscaping and patio renovation. We started project by engaging a landscape architect to develop a comprehensive plan for our outdoor space. After taking our plan to several different companies to get estimates and look at different alternatives, we decided to work with System Pavers to extend our existing covered patio, add a large planter box, upgrade our front courtyard area and add pavers to accent our driveway. Their pricing was competitive and they had several suggestions for improving the design that reduced our overall cost without compromising the look and feel that we wanted. Shortly after contacting System Pavers, we met with our sales rep who described the construction process and quality controls in detail and made sure that every question we had was answered. After reviewing the plans and making a few revisions, we were given an estimated start date. At the last minute, we had an unexpected sewer repair that had to be done before starting the project. The System Pavers schedulers worked with us to get our project rescheduled with minimal delay. A couple of days before the crew came out to start construction, we met with our account representative and the System Pavers project manager for a pre-construction walk through to ensure that everyone was on the same page before starting work. This was a critical step and helped to ensure that we had clear communication throughout the project. Once the crew started construction they spent the time necessary to ensure that preparations were thoroughly completed so that finishing work went smoothly. As with any large project, there are always one or two minor issues as construction progresses, but thanks to System Pavers emphasis on effective communications, things were quickly remedied and the situations were resolved with no impact on cost or timeline. During the project we were coordinating landscapers, irrigation contractors, and other vendors. System Pavers collaborated with our other contractors to help ensure that our entire landscaping effort turned out to be a complete success! The team was not only professional and courteous, they were a true pleasure to work with. Our yard is complete and we are thrilled with the results thanks to System Pavers and their outstanding staff. read more

Do not use System Pavers. They have been a nightmare for us. The warranty they offer is great, they give a warranty on their work for as long as 25 years, but it so happened that they had a lot of work and made mistakes in the installation. We had to talk with managers of various ranks, but everyone first defended his salesman and his team, and then my husband called the vice president, only after that, everyone "started working" on correcting mistakes. And very serious mistakes were made, such as: 1).a wall was constructed of concrete not by a code and paving stones were laid on it, which led to the breaking of the paving stones (which has not yet been repaired). 2). The salesman in the estimate of concrete footers for gazebo, made a mistake and instead of 9 counted 4 pieces that we had to put 3K more, which we certainly did not count on. Thanks to the vice president of System Pavers of CO, the company agreed to correct its mistake will install (9) for the gazebo we already purchased. They finished this remake (each time changing the schedule for the start of work every week or two) 7 months after the completion of the project. 3. 10 months later it was time to turn on the sprinkler system and it turned out that the team who worked in our backyard badly blocked the sprinkler under the paving stones and there was a water leak, and we had to urgently stop this, we found a person who cut off the water from the main box and installed a new line and some clean ups it cost us an additional $800+ $1000 (thanks to System Pavers). Since the repair error correction on the wall is not completed, we will probably return to their warranty department in September, as we are very tired in this fight. That's why my family cannot recommend System Pavers and the price we paid for our backyard was $35,100 plus other repaires in total aroun $37000, we had much lower estimates from other companies, but we were bribed by a 25-years warranty. We are very tired of this project, and do not know when this feeling of frustration and fatigue will pass. Sorry for such a long story and thanks for reading. Best wishes. read more

I had an old stamped concrete patio and sidewalk, I now have a new patio, new sidewalk, built in grill, fire pit and pergola!!! I was very impressed from start to finish. Met with my Designer Josh and he spent almost 3 hours with me just discussing what I wanted for my backyard. He worked with me on pricing because he knew I was a on a budget. He walked me through all my choices and really went above and beyond with explaining everything (I had a lot of questions). The longest wait was for my HOA to approve, which Josh completed all the paperwork for me, all I had to do is submit. The Project Manager Andrew, did a fabulous job of communicating with me and updating me daily. The crew were such hard workers and did an amazing job. Once they started the job they stayed until completion, no being juggled with other projects. You will pay a little more but the quality of product and the workmanship is worth it, plus you get a 25 year warranty. My wife likes what System Pavers did to her driveway and front patio. It has been 2 or 3 months now since it is finished. I have noticed that there is some sinking going on under the bump out of the living room. About 1 1/2". The gutter drains under the pavers have not been doing a very good job of draining water away from the house during the last couple of days of rain. Gutters are running over from lack of ability to handle all the water. I will be calling System Pavers to test their integrity about warranty work in the near future. System Pavers installed a walkway with a small landing along the side of our house, that connected our driveway with the back patio. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of work, as well as the professionalism and communication with everyone who was involved. At the initial consultation we were given a detailed price quote along with a picture of what the completed project would look like when done. Very clear, and no surprises in price, fees, changes, etc. When the installers came out they were extremely polite, and were able to complete our project in just a couple of days, while checking with my wife and I several times to make sure we were happy or wanted anything changed. When I started taking bids on our backyard renovation, I went straight to reviews, as I do with everything. Of all the places I was considering, System Pavers well, didn't have the best. Some may wonder why I chose to go with them anyway...the reason, our design consultant, Nate, he was the most professional & knowledgeable consultant I had the chance to meet. He was sweet and so prepared! There was no question or concern he was unable to address. He laid out all the facts, process, & cost up front, and gave us an amazing design for our yard. The quality in service did not stop there...the project Manager, Andrew, was equally impressive! He and his crew were in constant communication, with each other, yes, but what's more with ME! I knew what was going on & when it was going on, at all times. Just as importantly, they handled my indecisive nature like true professionals. After the fire pit was built, I (selfishly) decided I wanted a bigger one. While I'm sure they were not ecstatic about the demo & reconstruction of a new, custom pit, they did it and gave me exactly what I wanted. The end result...is amazing. They followed through with everything, as scheduled and much to our satisfaction. Our yard is beautiful, while I'm sorry for those who did not get the pleasure in experience that I did from SP, I am so unbelievably thankful I went with my own instinct. If I had written this review when we first had our back patio installed, it would have been a great review. But now, a few years later, it's desperately in need of repair (and still under warranty), and they keep promising to come out to fix it, and then don't show up. We've been trying for a couple of MONTHS to get them to come out and fix it, but so far, the runaround is all we've gotten. They're now giving excuses-- "oh, the front office took my crews, I'm really mad about it too, I want to help you but I cant, blah blah blah." It's all bullshit. They say now that they'll be out to repair it in a couple of weeks, but I'm not holding my breath. All of that said, IF they actually come through and fix our patio, I will revise this review. If not, well, all I can say is you'll regret it in the long run if you go with these guys. read more

If you have a complex area make sure you engage a landscape architect first. They'll do pavers and stand by their work, but they won't figure out water drainage, slope, etc. So get that from a certified architect then have system pavers follow their guidelines. Overall great job. read more
