I have to say that I was very impressed with what System Pavers has done. They are absolutely a game-changer for anyone in the Austin area looking to up their home's outdoor appeal. They truly go above and beyond for every single project, including the wonderful transformation they did at our home. Our place used to be unable to have an outside due to poor drainage, and the sun only reached slightly out, not even allowing the growth of grass. All these changed when we decided to work with System Pavers. From the first communication, David, the Design Consultant, and Rafael, the Project Manager, were very professional and dedicated. They gave an ear to every question we raised and have dedicated themselves to crafting solutions--solutions that are creative and finely molded to each issue we raised. This included the replacement of the substandard grassy area with first-class pavers matching the masonry of our residence perfectly. It's there that they put in place a complete drainage system to get rid of subsequent inconvenience and other problems related to water stagnation. Every aspect of the work conducted is perfectly aligned with HOA guidelines and city codes. That really says a lot about their attention to keeping a regulatory and aesthetic alignment. This was very customer-centric of David and Rafael. The changes that they wanted just flew right in, and every small detail was carried out according to the way we wanted. Their guidance to the crew was pinpoint, reflecting the thoughtful design in the impeccable execution. Since then, we have been enjoying a lovely paved outdoor space, courtesy of System Pavers - a space speaking not only of aesthetic beauty but also functionality with adherence to all regulation enforcements by the local authority. Transformation was truly over and above our expectations, culminating in having the perfect outdoor area for relaxation and entertainment. I would rate System Pavers at a 1000 out of 100. There is absolutely no one even on the same planet with their level of commitment to excellent and luxury outdoor solutions. When you're looking to enhance your property with the best outdoor installations, good looks, and quality, there's just one solution: System Pavers. Once again, a very big thank you to David, Rafael, and the entire team for the wonderful job done, turning our vision into a spectacular reality. read more

I recently had an exceptional experience with System Pavers for a significant backyard transformation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My project involved extending my backyard patio by a substantial 10 by 50 feet, creating a much larger and more functional outdoor living space. This wasn't just a simple extension; it also included the construction of a beautiful and sturdy 16-foot sitting wall, which has truly elevated the aesthetic and usability of the area. From start to finish, the System Pavers team demonstrated remarkable professionalism and expertise. My initial interactions with the designer, Luke, were fantastic. He was incredibly responsive to my ideas and questions, helping me visualize the potential of my space and translating my vague concepts into a concrete, beautiful design. Once the design was finalized, Project Manager Rafael took over, and his management of the construction phase was equally impressive. Rafael was consistently responsive and addressing any minor adjustments or questions that arose promptly. His experienced oversight ensured the project stayed on track and that the quality of work was consistently high. It was clear that both Luke and Rafael were dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction. I am genuinely very happy with how the project output looks like. The craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from the perfectly laid pavers to the sturdy construction of the sitting wall. The new patio and wall seamlessly integrate with my existing backyard, creating a cohesive and inviting environment that feels like a natural extension of my home. The quality of the materials and the precision of the installation are top-notch. A significant factor that influenced my decision, and a huge point of confidence, is System Pavers' 25-year warranty. This is truly the best warranty you can get in this industry, providing immense peace of mind knowing that my investment is protected for decades to come. It speaks volumes about the confidence System Pavers has in the durability of their materials and the quality of their workmanship. Note: My project was completed within last 1 week, I will update this review after a longer use read more

From start to finish, the System Pavers team did an exceptional job transforming our backyard/pool area into the exotic, yet simple, resort-style we envisioned. Their craftsmanship on the pavers and retaining walls were outstanding. A significant factor in our decision to choose System Pavers was their 25-year warranty, giving us confidence that our investment would be protected for decades to come. About a year after the project was completed, weather-related conditions caused a few cosmetic concerns. It took only one phone call to our Project Manager, Nate, to step-in. He listened carefully to our concerns, responded immediately, and went above and beyond to develop thoughtful solutions. He presented several material options that not only resolved the issues but also enhanced the appearance of our planters, creating a much more seamless and polished transition with the pool area. What impressed us most was Nate's commitment to customer satisfaction. He communicated consistently throughout the process, kept us informed of every update and timeline, and even completed all of the warranty work ahead of the date we requested so we could enjoy the 4th of July without construction. Nate's professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to doing the right thing turned what could have been a frustrating experience into another outstanding one. His commitment to his customers reinforces exactly why we chose System Pavers in the first place, and why we will confidently return for future projects. We highly recommend both Nate and the entire System Pavers team. read more

I am updating my review to one star for the warranty service. I hired System Pavers for an approximately $40,000 project completed in February 2026. I paid a premium in large part because of their warranty and the expectation that they would stand behind the work. On August 24, about six months after installation, I reported multiple areas where the pavers had shifted or become uneven and sent eight photos. I also reported that the installed landscape lighting wasn't turning on, and it still doesn't work. On August 26, a manager confirmed that a repair ticket had been created. Since then, I have received acknowledgments and promises to arrange an inspection. In September, I was told someone would call that week to schedule an assessment. In October, I was again told an inspection would be arranged and that warranty repairs were taking approximately 8-10 weeks from receipt of the claim. As of November 1, more than nine weeks after the repair ticket was opened, no one has inspected the affected areas or provided an inspection appointment or repair date. My October 26 follow-up remains unanswered. I understand that repairs take scheduling. What I find unacceptable is having to repeatedly chase an inspection for a problem reported only six months after a project of this size. I am still asking System Pavers to inspect the work and address the warranty claim. I will update this review with any response and the eventual resolution. read more

We recently completed a backyard renovation with System Pavers, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation through project completion, the team was professional, organized, and highly responsive. A special thank you to Rafael, our project manager, who truly made the process smooth and stress-free. Rafael did an outstanding job answering all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, ensuring we always understood the next steps. He provided consistent status updates, which gave us great confidence that the project was on track. What impressed us most was his flexibility and attention to detail. After reviewing the site conditions, Rafael proactively suggested thoughtful design adjustments that improved both the functionality and overall look of the space. He listened carefully to our goals and worked collaboratively with us to refine the layout so it fit our vision perfectly. The workmanship and final outcome are fantastic. The quality of installation is excellent, and the transformation of our backyard has truly elevated our home. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and respectful of our property throughout the process. We highly recommend System Pavers to anyone looking for a professional, well-managed outdoor project. Thank you again to Rafael and the entire team for delivering such a beautiful space for our family to enjoy! read more

We're about 70% through our project with System Pavers, and I wanted to take a moment to call out what an incredible job Rafa, our project manager, is doing. We're working with a relatively new crew, but Rafa's experience and leadership have left me completely confident that the final result will be exactly what we envisioned--and what was promised. From day one, Rafa has been a standout. He communicates with me daily--sometimes even more than that--and never leaves me wondering about next steps or progress. It's been clear throughout that he not only knows every detail of the process (we're doing pavers, retaining walls, earth work, and drainage), but he also understands the importance of both function and form. He's constantly double-checking things to make sure everything meets technical specs and will pass inspections without a hitch. What really sets Rafa apart is how seriously he takes the responsibility of making sure we feel confident. His over-communication isn't annoying--it's incredibly reassuring. It's rare to have someone so knowledgeable and proactive managing a job, and it's made all the difference for us. If you're on the fence about moving forward with System Pavers, I highly recommend requesting Rafa as your project manager. He's the kind of person who gives you peace of mind, no matter how big or complex your job might be. read more

Our experience with System Pavers was exceptional. The designer, Robert, spent 4 hours at our home during the initial consultation...meticulously walking us through our design options. He was not at all pushy but rather he worked with us to find a design and a price point that met our needs. The communication with the team since that point has been outstanding. Any delays were communicated timely (mostly due to weather) and explainable. Our project consisted of a 120' long 4' wide paver pathway to a 15'X22" paver patio. It's been about six weeks since our project was completed and overall we absolutely love our backyard transformation. The patio and tied in pathway tie our entire yard together. We've had a few minor issues - primarily with water drainage and cracked irrigation pipes. This is where System Pavers 25 year warranty really shines. Every issue I've encountered post-installation resulted in a crew showing up the next day to repair it - at no charge!! Every time!! In my experience with other contractors that never happens...System Pavers stands behind their work and they're not satisfied unless you are 100% satisfied. That's world class customer service in my book! Shout out to Robert Johnson, Joey Garcia, Cruz and the rest of the team for a great job. Thank you. read more

This is a 5 Star Review for System Pavers. We recently had the pleasure of working with System Pavers, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Our first contact was with David Avedon, our sales representative. He was incredibly informative and patient, walking us through the various options, explaining the product quality, warranty coverage, and cost breakdown clearly. We initially selected one style of pavers and began looking forward to the transformation of our backyard. When Raphael from the installation team came out to assess the space, I asked him about changing the paver design. He was not only understanding but worked with me to make the change happen without issue. His professionalism and willingness to accommodate made a big impression. Soon after, the installation crew arrived and got to work. Even with rain in the forecast, they pushed forward and had the patio complete in just a few days. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident throughout the process. Now, I sit on our beautiful new patio and couldn't be happier. It's more than just a backyard--it's a space we'll enjoy for years to come. Thank you, System Pavers, for making it happen. We would absolutely purchase from you again. read more

I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience working with System Pavers. The project, which should have taken a reasonable amount of time, dragged on for a frustrating six months. The quality of the workmanship was shockingly poor, and the company's management seemed completely disorganized. The project was outsourced to third-party contractors, and the project managers were constantly changing. This lack of oversight led to significant damage to my property. The garage door was dented, holes were made in various places, the fence was wrecked, and the pavers themselves accumulate water during rain. Additionally, the company broke several Lueders slabs and ruined the landscaping around the work area with a substandard concrete mix. To make matters worse, the designer's plans and the project manager's instructions were inconsistent, leading to further delays and confusion. I feel that the company's negligence has had a severe financial impact on me, and I strongly advise others to avoid working with them. I will now have to clean up the stuff that they had promised. I have chased them off my grass, make sure you don't entertain them. read more

If first impressions are any indication of how a project will go, we're very glad we chose System Pavers. We reached out for a quote and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we heard back from our patio designer. After an initial phone consultation, she came to our home to evaluate the space, discuss ideas, and help us prioritize features that would give us the biggest impact while staying within budget. What could have been an overwhelming process felt collaborative and enjoyable. Our project manager has also been fantastic. He took the time to walk us through the next steps, answer questions, and make sure we had everything needed for our HOA application. The level of organization and communication has been excellent. Right now, our backyard is essentially a blank dirt canvas, but the team has helped us envision a space that will truly extend our home outdoors. Everyone we've worked with has been professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us create something special. We'll update our review once construction is complete, but based on our experience so far, System Pavers has earned our confidence and excitement for the project ahead. read more

We had our pavers installed last fall. Rafael and his project manager Ricardo were amazing. Rafael designed a firepit area and a paver field for us to place a large Pavilion. It turned out beautifully thanks to Rafael's creativity and the amazing skills of Ricardo and his team. Recently a tornado hit our town and fortunately there were no fatalities. Unfortunately, many beautiful trees were lost. We didn't realize until all the trees that had come down in our backyard had been cut and cleared away that the beautiful steps Ricardo had installed leading down to our firepit area had been damaged. I called Rafael right away and he got a hold of Ricardo and assured me he would do his best to keep the costs as minimal to us as he could. Ricardo's team is very busy with many weeks of work ahead of my repair but he cleared a Saturday to come to our home. He and his team worked all day on an exceptionally hot day and completed the repairs to our steps. I don't know how they could look better but they do! Thank you Rafael and Ricardo for coming to our aid in such short notice. Making us a priority in your busy schedules meant so much to us! read more

I would like to start by giving flowers to our Project Manager, Rafael. We recently had a new walkway installed, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, thanks to the team's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The craftsmanship of the walkway is outstanding--beautifully designed, durable, and a perfect complement to our property. What truly set this experience apart was the team's innovative approach. They provided creative solutions that enhanced both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the walkway, ensuring it met our specific needs while exceeding our expectations. Customer service was exceptional throughout the project. The team was responsive, communicative, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with every detail. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction truly shines through in their work. If you're looking for top-notch workmanship, forward-thinking solutions, and a company that values its customers, this is the team to trust. Highly recommended! read more

We are absolutely thrilled with the System Pavers' transformation our backyard is taking. Hunter the project designer created a beautiful design. The crew is doing an exceptional job. The Paver and Turf project is not quite complete, but we can already see how beautiful it will be once completed. The project had some construction issues, but System Pavers brought their resources together by assigning a very proficient and professional Project Manager, Rafael. He was a blessing because of his communication not only to his team, but to our concerns. The Construction crew has worked very hard, they are very diligent and are very meticulous in their day to day responsibilities. Rafael's attention to detail is incredible, he made professional suggestions that have made a big difference to the outcomes of the project. Rafael has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Rafael is always keeping us well informed of the project process and is ensuring the final result matches the initial design. Our yard will be the envy of the neighborhood--worth every penny!" I had System Pavers do a walkway in front of my sheds and chicken coop/run so I would stop wearing down that area with foot traffic. My 3 man crew led by Oliver was phenominal! This 3 man crew worked like a crew of 15 people. Their craftsmanship was beyond phenominal. I will hire this same crew again in a couple of months to do more additions to what they put down already. PROS: -The crew was amazing and their work is phenominal. -Financing was extremely easy and great options. -My designer Luke was absolutely amazing and made the designing and pavers choice a painless and easy process. EDIT to my small CON- It has been immediately rectified! Small CON: Project Manager is lacking somewhat in communication and follow up. I let him know I will need some more joint sand (it settles) in some areas and have had no contact from him or follow up after the job was completed the afternoon of 9 July 2025. Today is now 11 June 2025 and still no contact from him in regards to more joint sand needed in some areas. read more

We wanted to eliminate a 2-1/2" stepdown from our rear sliding glass door to the patio in our new home in Santa Rita Ranch, and the System Pavers representative happened to "cold-call" us at the perfect time. He proposed overlaying the patio with pavestones in a beautiful pattern of different shades of brown and dark gray that would eliminate the stepdown as well as complement our roof color. He also had a plan for the same kind of overlay at the front entrance that made that area look much better and smoothed out some rough spots. We accepted his proposal, and are very happy with the finished product. Their crew did the installation in 4 days and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The patio and front entryway look great and there are no tripping hazards at either entrance to our house anymore. They even have a financing option with no interest for a time that we used. Overall, we are very happy with their work and definitely recommend considering them for this type of work. read more

System Pavers installed a backyard patio, landscape lighting, a seat wall, planting areas with drip irrigation, and a fountain. The project took about a month's time to complete. Mike was the project designer. We had some design ideas that Mike used and improved upon them. We are pleased with Mike's final design. Travis was the project manager. The crew he used to do the work were experienced, paid attention to details, often worked all day long, and did a great job. Travis is easy to work with and communicates well. He's very knowledgeable about all phases of the paver installation. He easily handled unplanned changes. After a heavy rainfall left standing water in one part of the yard, he had an additional drain installed. He created an add-on solution to the fountain so that its water splashing could be heard better. Our backyard now has a large usable space and looks great, especially at night with the landscape lighting. The cost was high, but worth it. I recommend System Pavers. read more

We recently hired System Pavers to remodel our front porch stairs and walkway to enhance the curb appeal of our home. The timing initially seemed tricky, as we had a 16-day trip already planned during the dates the company wanted to begin the project. However, our contractor Rafael suggested they move forward while we were away, so the work would be complete by the time we returned--meaning we'd miss the noise, mess, and disruption of construction. At first, I was a bit hesitant, but Rafael reassured me that he would treat the project as if it were his own. He truly followed through on that promise. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed with regular texts, videos, and photos, always asking questions to make sure we were making the choices we wanted. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. A big thumbs up to Rafael for making this experience smooth and stress-free! read more

My experience with System Pavers exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the process was seamless and efficient. The installation of my new patio was completed in just three days, which was incredibly convenient and minimally disruptive. The patio itself is not only functional but also adds a touch of elegance to my backyard. The pavers are of exceptional quality and the craftsmanship is top-notch. I appreciate how the design team listened to my preferences and incorporated them into the final layout. Overall, I am highly impressed with System Pavers' professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. My new patio has quickly become a favorite spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. I would definitely recommend System Pavers to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space! read more
