Nate at System Pavers was great to work with from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and really worked with us to find the best option for our project and budget. I truly appreciated his honesty, responsiveness, and effort throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Nate if you're considering working with System Pavers! read more

I had my pavers completed in December, and unfortunately, I ended up having to make repairs to the installation. I was concerned about the condition and the experience I had with my previous interactions with System Pavers. After submitting a maintenance request, I was contacted by Nate Riegel a few weeks later. Nate was able to come out the very next day to assess the condition of the pavers and provided a maintenance repair within about three days. The speed and efficiency of the repair were beyond my expectations. Nate's communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. He provided a significantly better experience than my last two interactions with System Pavers, and I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation from start to finish. I'm glad to see that the quality of the staff is now meeting the level of service I expected. Nate did an excellent job, and I'm very grateful for his responsiveness and commitment to getting things taken care of. read more

I just finished my 2nd project with System Pavers, and again I am so happy with the results. This time they did my entire backyard, and it is gorgeous. System Pavers are problem solvers: fixing erosion, drainage, slope, and awkward step height were all drawn into the plan, and it turned out exactly as described. Rafael managed the construction of the plan David H. drew, and it is just lovely. It had been an overgrown mess. Now I can use my yard without fear of falling and I can garden without feeling overwhelmed. You should let SP help you with your frustrating yard problems--they will find a solution and it will be beautiful. BTW, the walkway and retaining wall they built for me 2 years ago (photos below) is still as stable as the day it was built--it hasn't moved an inch. read more

In this day and age it is rare to find the type of customer service that we received from Nate. He was available 100% of the time to address situations that might have delayed the project. He maintained communication throughout the entire process and made sure that we were completely satisfied. His professionalism and people skills were far higher than other business encounters we've experienced in recent years. We were thoroughly satisfied, beginning to end of project! We would not hesitate to recommend Nate and System Pavers! read more

I called them out to provide a quote and explained ahead of time that I might be busy on a conference call. I specifically advised them that if I was unavailable, they could provide the quote and information to my partner. Instead, they simply left without providing any information. I was hoping to make a decision over the weekend because I travel frequently and have limited availability to meet. They stated they would connect on Monday, reality Monday's are my worst days to meet, hence no appots for anything. I called to find out what happened and was told they could not wait 20 minutes for me to finish my conference call, which I completely understand. However, they then offered to come back approximately 20 minutes later. That didn't make much sense to me--if returning would take the same amount of time or longer, why not simply follow the instructions I had already provided and leave the quote and information with my partner? My biggest concern was the lack of communication and attention to the instructions that were provided. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about working with them. If there is this much confusion and inconsistency just trying to obtain a quote, it makes me question what the communication and follow-through would be like once an actual project is underway read more

We have been trying to find a great design for an extension of our patio. After researching and a few quotes later, I decided to go with System Pavers. Process was painless and they offer financing which was helpful. Our project manager, Rafael was amazing from beginning to end. Even provided updates and videos for us when we weren't home. He even accomodated my husband's request even after we already met with sales. The work was professional. Rafael and his crew were very thorough, helpful and accommodating of all our requests. I would definitely use them again for my next home project. Pricing is reasonable. read more

My driveway looks great! They had great communication, good service and quality work. I would recommend them.

System Pavers put in a lovely garden path for me in my backyard. Very professional, easy to communicate with. They provided a detailed rendering of the plans before we started and it turned out just as nice. If anything came up, the team was very responsive and happy to help. Having had negative experiences with contractors and builders in the past, it was great working with a company who take quality and customer experience seriously. Would definitely recommend them for any paving projects you need done. read more

Steven and Rafael have been easy to work with and responsive to all my inquiries. I'm excited to see the final product.

We recently had some work done on our System Pavers Deck. We worked with Nate! It was truly a pleasure to work with. Nate was very responsive and had the repair completed very quickly! We very much appreciated his professional assistance. read more

System pavers has very nice people that are willing to help you throughout every step of the process. However I have to say that where things fall off is them as a company. They have 1-2 month lead time for materials, and if you put a deposit down for a project you can't get it back after 3 days. So if something comes up during the 1-2 month of waiting, you can cancel your project, but you won't get your deposit back. On top of that, the communication was nonexistent. For almost 2 months no one reached out regarding the status of the project, what else I needed to do, or just do a simple customer follow up. With the amount of money that you pay for a project, I feel like a little communication would be the least that you could ask for. read more

This is an amazing company for all your paver deck needs. The design crew did an amazing job putting the paver deck in our backyard. If I could give 10 million stars to the project manager, Rafael who oversaw the project. I cannot express how happy I am with the work completed by System Pavers. My old patio was falling apart, and when I contacted System Pavers, they sent designer Hunter to speak with me about what I wanted. He designed the perfect patio for my space and taste! The project manager Nate was absolutely fantastic. He communicated regularly about the progress of the project, made sure any small changes needed on the design were good with me, and was just generally a really pleasant person to work with. The best part - the whole project was completed within the timeline I was given! Thank you Hunter, Nate, and System Pavers! My backyard is so much happier now! read more

They did a horrible job on a brick driveway and a prior home. I would highly avoid using them!

Our experience with both Steven (sales) and Nate (project management) were great. We felt confident from the moment we met with Steven until the patio was finished with Nate. We got quotes from multiple companies and are so glad we landed with System Pavers. They helped make the HOA approval process as painless as possible, were extremely communicative and never left us wondering what the next step was. On top of that, the patio itself looks amazing. read more

I wanted a patio but not any patio I wanted one that would add value to my home. The design process was actually fun to imagine and have my ideas come together and implemented. Nate was great in helping me understand how the process works and any time I had a question he was very helpful and prompt to calm my concerns. When I needed to talk in person he made it time. The step by step process was explained to me in detail. Nate and his crew worked together well and in Texas heat was amazing. No problem passing the word that they were the best.!! read more

Easy process from start to finish. The rep was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They helped with the design and gave valuable input.

System Pavers did an excellent job when the pavers were first designed and installed a few years ago, and I appreciate that the company stepped up to honor the warranty for this repair. The contractors were experienced, did not rush the job, and left the site spotless. I am very satisfied reaching out to Nate with System Pavers who went above and beyond to ensure I would not have any further issues. read more

this is the second time we hired System Pavers to do our patio. we had such a great experience the first time with their sales and design team to the extremely professional quality of work they do. they built and designed exactly what we wanted and was an amazing value for the level of work they did. That when we moved and bought a new home we had them come right back out and do it again. Made sure I had the same project manager Raphael when contracted. amd again, they hit another home run. we already have additional phases we will be calling them to do in the next year. Simply the best!!! read more

The company's process overall is efficient and quality of the project is satisfactory. I especially appreciate company's project management approach. The project manager, Rafael Cabrera, is super helpful. From the pre-construction walkthrough, to materials ordering and suggestions, design adjustments, and post-construction service requests, he is very responsive and professional in every way. The design consultant David Avendon and Sales Manager Robert Johnson, and support team are also very helpful and addressed my needs. Our paver patio build journey started back in October with another company from Thumbtack, which resulted in an utterly disastrous and unusable final product. We spent the next several weeks ripping out and hauling off their mistakes, while trying to find a more reputable company to basically build back up from scratch. After half a dozen more calls, visits, and quotes later, System Pavers came into the picture with a vision that was utmost appealing to us. System Pavers sent out a sales consultant for the initial meet up, as usual. His quote was the 2nd highest we received from the lot, which was beyond our comfort level, but we ultimately decided to bite the bullet and hire them, because of their 25 year warranty and the fact that they are a nationally recognized company. We've already sunk in a considerable amount of time and money into this project, so it was vital to us that there would be absolutely no mistakes the second time around. With System Pavers being the most reputable company that we could find, our choice in hiring them was a no-brainer. At the time of writing this review, System Pavers hasn't started the build yet. The project fell into a limbo due to a miscalculation made by the sales consultant, which would require a major change to the plans and significantly raising the cost of the build. Despite of this issue, I'm actually writing this to commend Rafael, our project manager, and his efforts in correcting this issue. He was able to negotiate the best possible outcome on our behalf with the sales team, essentially rendering the miscalculation a nonissue. All in all, I would highly recommend hiring System Pavers to anyone for any paver project needs. Just save yourself the headache and hire a company that will stand behind their reputation and product. I will update this review with pictures once the project has been completed. read more

Overall fantastic service and have been so helpful in getting things set up. Excited to see the finished product!

Paving driveways with gravel or base was not something that they offered. They were very quick to respond which is always appreciated.

After multiple attempts to redo our backyard patio with different people and contractors and running into issue after issue, we finally decided to call System Pavers to see if they could bring the patio we originally envisioned when we purchased our home to life. After our past experiences, we were nervous, but we chose to move forward... and I truly wish we had called them so much sooner. They were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Our Design Consultant, Chris, was phenomenal. We told him our vision, and he walked us through every step with patience and clarity. He helped design the project and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. Our Project Manager, Reese, was AMAZING. He listened to all of our concerns and fears, especially after the problems we'd had with previous contractors. He reassured us that we were in good hands and he meant it. He never missed a call, always checked in, and made sure everything was taken care of. His crew was just as impressive. Once the project was finished, you wouldn't have even known they were ever there, except for the fact that we finally had the patio of our dreams. System Pavers exceeded every expectation. Their warranty is outstanding, and while nothing in life is perfect, I have no doubt that if anything ever comes up, they will stand by it. But right now? It's pretty dang perfect. I'm truly in love with our new backyard. If you're wondering whether this is the company to go with, I'm telling you right now, it is. I can't wait to work with them again for future projects. read more

I just had another company step in to fix the System Pavers collapsed wall at a fraction of the cost that SP was trying to charge me. I reinforces my dismal view of SP, so be sure and shop around. Great initial installation, and just as important, great follow-up! The stones along the steps came loose over time and were a trip hazard. I had been looking to replace a 60 year old driveway that was very cracked. Saw a post on instagram that System Pavers was running a promo that would haul off my old driveway which I knew was a large chunk of what the cost would be. I emailed for an appointment and Mike came out the next day. He explained the process and pricing which was in the range I expected, so I paid to get in line. They started about a week later (which was pretty exciting). I dealt with three guys during the process, all of whom had stellar communications. I was texted or called at every step and was shown what was going on. This was all good. Now here is the great part... ANYBODY who has done any kind of home project knows that you are possibly sharing space with different subs or either sloppy workmanship or a giant mess around your house. There was NONE of this. There weren't errant cigarette butts or Whataburger bags strewn around. All of the tools and materials were neat at the end of the day. The end of the job was the most amazing part. The area around the driveway was almost like nothing had happened. There was maybe a dirt clod or two near the edges and yes there was dust BUT do you know what it would look like if I had done concrete? The quality of work and laborers were completely pro. I couldn't be happier with the process. The best part is that it looks fantastic! read more

I've had an excellent experience with System Pavers so far. I didn't have much knowledge about pavers, but I knew that I couldn't down the route of replacing our wood deck with wood once again or with composite. Ando from System Pavers came out to the house and talked me through the product offerings and the design possibilities, and came back with a visual representation and a quote. After that, we went back and forth quite a bit while we played out different aesthetic possibilities. He was always responsive and friendly. Next we were handed off to Rafael, who continued the pattern of excellent customer service. He walked me through the project and what our needs would be to ensure a great design with adequate drainage that fit into the limitations of our space. Rafael was incredibly responsive, explained things to me thoroughly - it felt like he was looking out for my best interest. Pricing also seemed quite reasonable, and appropriate for the value that they deliver. I'd definitely recommend. read more
