I expected to wait, but they didn't make me wait for long. She even had my insurance worked out before I even got there! My last office ALWAYS messed up my insurance. Either way, athough they had other patients, they made sure I was seen promptly. The genuine respect for my fears and desire by him to make this a "pleasant" experience amazed me. The Dr. and his sweet assistant (I think her name was Pamela?), took care of me that day and made sure I walked out with a gorgeous smile. I was surprised I wasn't even in pain, once the numbness wore off. Dr. Gulde explained every step of the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect, putting my mind at ease, and they did not pressure me to start anything until all of my questions were answered. I ended up having gum line issues/bleeding/ and color mismatch from my prior crowns and 3 years after the procedure I ended up back in Dr. Michaelson's office. Once I decided to move forward with my crown revision, he was very honest and straightforward with how I could best achieve the look I wanted, what my future with the crowns looked like, and timeline. They were also up front and transparent with pricing. Even though they are on the higher end price wise, the lab they used did an amazing job to match the color and it has now been over a year and my teeth have held up nicely. I was also very nervous for how long the temporaries needed to be on because of how bad temps have been in the past but these temporaries were not bad at all. For general dental visits: all of my cleanings were awesome/pain free and you could tell that they knew how to be careful with maintaining integrity of any dental work. Only experience that I feel like could be improved upon was X-Ray process. I have never been that uncomfortable from just getting dental images but they also got the most in depth photos I've ever had done so that could be why. Lastly, they always tried to accommodate my schedule and fit me in when they could. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Michaelson and his team.
