This practice is focused strictly on generating revenue. When I made it clear I was not interested in any procedures other than cleaning they referred me to a periodontist. I have since been treated by two other legit practices that say my teeth and gums are excellent. Avoid this shameful place unless you've got money to waste. **You probably expunged my records when I complained previously. Best news is I was able to find 2 other trustworthy practices able to give me standard cleanings and assured me I did NOT need special periodontia treatment as my teeth are in very good shape.** read more

The woman at the front desk told me they would only bill services to the FIRST dental policy number I gave them. I said, "I understand that, but that was the wrong policy number. Here's the correct one. " She said no. There was no further discussion on the subject as far as she was concerned. Funny thing, about a month later, I got a text message from the billing department at Dream Dental with "good news." They DID bill the correct policy number and got back over $800 in fees I had already paid. They asked if I wanted the check sent to me. I said yes. That was November 2024. I was so happy to have an extra $800 or so for the holidays! No check in November. No check in December. No check in January. I even called twice to follow up, and both times they acted like they had NO IDEA what I was talking about. I just hung up...I don't get into back-and-forth with people who are clearly jacking me around. Then it occurred to me. I had a cleaning scheduled in February 2025, and they are SITTING ON that money till I come in to put it towards other services they tell me I need. I called and cancelled the cleaning appointment without saying anything else. Guess what!?! The check arrived 3 days later. read more

I have not even been in for my appointment yet and I am already in love with this dental office. Last week I called to make an appointment for my daughter and myself for a cleaning. I was having some pain in my left back gum area. Jen made my appointment and told me to go and buy a water pick that hopefully it would release whatever is causing the pain. That afternoon I ordered one on Amazon and it arrived the next day. I used it immediately and then again that night. When I woke up the next day the pain was gone. . I had a tooth abscess and Dream Dental was able to fit me in immediately, even though I wasn't a current patient. I had a huge swollen face and was in some serious pain and everyone was very gentle and caring. Dr. Ouellette said I needed to see an oral surgeon immediately, so the office contacted surgeons in order to find one who could take me right away. They didn't let me leave until they had all the details squared away. I went straight from Dream Dental to the oral surgeons office because they cared enough to make sure I had exactly what I needed. From start to finish, my visit was wonderfully pleasant. I am a new patient to Dream Dental Services. I wish I remembered her name, but the office assistant was super kind and sweet. Will, the dental tech, was very kind and thorough. He explained each process that would be happening from taking X-rays, meeting with the hygienist, and then ultimately the doctor. He made the visit fun with his humor and I could feel his smile through his mask. Tracy, the hygienist, was kind, quick, and efficient. Dr. Ouellette was the best - funny, kind, wants to provide excellent care. I've never felt more home at a dental visit. And then if the visit itself wasn't great enough, they give you a warm eucalyptus oil cloth to wipe around mouth after you are finished to clean up any mess that was made. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dream Dental. My husband and I just moved to Florida 6 weeks ago, while I was 36 weeks pregnant. I've been suffering from TMJ, since giving birth 2 weeks ago and came in to be examined. From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with smiles! Every single staff member was just so wonderful, happy and courteous. The Doctor himself is absolutely amazing! FANTASTIC. Dr. Ouellette is the best. I've gone most of my life terrified of the dentist and despite having dental insurance I would rarely go because of that fear. From my very first visit the Dr and his staff have made me feel comfortable. The equipment used is state of the art, the hygienists are thorough and make you feel comfortable while completing your cleanings, the office staff are always friendly and fun, and Dr Oullette is so gentle. I've have 2 root canals, several crowns replaced, as well as an infection in my gum line a prior dentist missed all taken care of by the Dr and his staff.
