I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the way this dental office handled my mother's treatment and insurance. My mother is a Humana insurance member, and she was charged thousands of dollars for dental crowns that should have been covered. The office either failed to verify her insurance benefits properly or deliberately misled her about coverage. After being concerned about the high out-of-pocket costs, my mother sought a second opinion at a different dentist. To our shock, we were told that the crowns are fully covered under her Humana plan and should never have required such a large payment. This raises serious ethical concerns about the practices at this office. Either they are not competent enough to properly process insurance claims or they are intentionally overcharging patients for procedures that should be covered. This is not just frustrating--it's financially and emotionally damaging to patients, especially seniors on fixed incomes. I strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any major work here and to verify everything independently with your insurance provider. We will be reporting this office to Humana and the appropriate state dental board. Patients deserve transparency and honesty--not predatory billing. read more

this doctor is a scammer unfriendly old fashioned dentistry and only cares about his $$$$$$$$ very sick money minded person they take the $ 2000 from Humana do not apply it and charge and make you open another $ 3000 Credit card so for 3 crowns I paid $ 5000 which is outrageous and Humana does not care and does not protect us people who go there twice are ignorant and do not know any better than me I found a new dentist and am paying $ 180 per crown with Humana I wish i would have known before as I mentioned in may google comments I believe that Karma will catch up with this un ethical person read more

I do not recommend this dentist. My son was told he had 6-7 cavities and needed about $1000 worth of fillings. I took him to another dentist for a second opinion. They saw two watch spots on his wisdom teeth, no full blown cavities. So this is either a case of incompetence or potential fraud. I see Dr. Freyman for my dental needs: cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc. I really like the office staff, they are friendly and work with my schedule and it's never been a problem to get appointments adjusted if needed (please give a reasonable heads up). Apart from that I've been coming here for a few years and have not had any issues with some of the extensive work I've had to get done. I will continue to come here for as long as I can! read more

I've been dealing with my two front teeth since elementary school. I've had everything done caps, etc. Nothing would hold for more than a few years Finally, wanting to do something, I went to a number of dentist with no luck. Finding Dr Freyman was the best thing that could happen. Instead of the BS I got from other, and a number of "experts " telling me how it can't be done, Dr Freyman got it done. First time here and what an amazing experience. Dr. Freyman is a very humble and honest dentist. I had to change my dentist due to change in insurance, and after having very bad experiences from few I came to know about him through a reference. Decided to give it a try and I feel so lucky I found him. Staff is excellent as well. I arrived a day early for my appointment and realizing my mistake I was ready to come back next day, but instead they just adjusted me in their existing schedule. It is very difficult to find a doctor/dentist who really cares for patients and I am so lucky that I found one. read more

I absolutely love this place. Doctor Freyman is an honest and decent man who will not say things to get money out of you. His technicians are very nice, the secretary is very kind and the enivornment is relaxing. My mom was in desperate need of a dentist appointment for me, and the secretary promised her that she would get back to her once she found an opening. With in about a week, the lady called back and was able to squeeze me in. There aren't many businesses who would do that. As for the Doctor Freyman himself, I had gone to another dentist during the time my mom was hoping for an opening. The other place stated that I had gum disease and everything under the sun and that I would have to do this and the other. While the other dentists was checking my gums, he stabbed them, and made them bleed. The pain was unbearable! When I got squeezed in for an opening at Doctor Freyman's place, he quietly and gently checked my gums and it stated that they were fine!
