I highly recommend this in home Audio Video company. They did an outstanding job installing a high end system throughout my Newport Coast, California home. Unlike many other companies that I interviewed I felt that their experienced installers and high end quality equipment would work well in my home with out all of the technical problems and glitches that often occur with other vendors installed systems. I have used my system now for almost a year and again what amazes me is that it always works when I turn it on without fault or any complications. I am not very good with using high tech equipment and their system works beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. We have been working with these guys since we bought our house in 2011. We had the whole Savant automation system done in our house, pool and backyard. I can not say enough about this company! Bill is my go to guy, anytime! He always gets back to me right away (even when he's on vacation in Mexico! Sorry about that Bill) I mostly call when I can't figure something out, the system works beautifully, and if something isn't working properly Bill gets someone here right away. Everyone is very knowledgeable with all the various components. My personal favorite tech is Ryan, such a great guy and always knows exactly what the issue is. Over the last 13 years, I have hired Steve and the Synergy team to design and install 3 systems. I went from a small "starter" home theater setup to a complete whole house audio/video system that included Lutron lighting and Savant whole-house control including theater, lighting, climate control, etc. Everything is controlled through an iPad/iPhone with an easy to use interface. Did it all go in perfectly? No. But this is complicated technology and that's where Synergy really shines - when something didn't work, they fixed it.
